At first I really loved these shoes. I have had them for about 6 weeks and have worn them maybe 12 times total and they are now completely falling apart. The leather separated from the seem area and now the seem is pulling. I am very angry considering the cost of these shoes. I am out 130.00 and a pair of shoes that I really liked. I do NOT recommend this item.

The Naples are my first pair of Klogs Footwear and were comfortable from day 1. I have had mine for 2 months and have only worn them inside the OR where I work, never outside. Starting at only 3 wks the inside sole at the toe began looking scuffed. By 4 weeks the black had worn off of this part of the sole and was white. It would be a great improvement if sole was made out of black material instead of white. I still plan on wearing them but will have to touch up the sole with a black paint marker. This is not a deal breaker. I will stay with this brand because, other than the scuffs showing the white sole, they have held up very well and the comfort is wonderful.

This is my second pair of Klogs. Similar to the first pair, they are a bit wide but fit nicely with thicker socks. I'm not sure why the medium width is considered a "C" width as I thought "B" was a medium width and would probably fit better. I wear a size a 11 and these are perfect in length. They also do not make me feet look "big". The Naples design coordinates well with black or blue jeans and probably other colors as well.

I wear between a 10.5 and an 11. I have a wide foot so I usually just go up a size to make up for the width. I ordered an 11 and then noticed in the comments that these shoes tend to run a half size too big, so I canceled and ordered a 10.5... HOLY MOLY they were still WAY too big. SO COMFORTABLE though. I reordered for a size 10 and they just arrived. STILL TOO BIG!? I am hoping that the 3rd time is the charm, I ordered a 9.5 and they should be here tomorrow. I cannot believe I ordered a 9.5! Possibly the sizing isn't THAT far off when you order the regular width instead of the wide width, but if you order wide width ORDER SMALLER THAN NORMAL! (In my case MORE THAN AN ENTIRE SIZE SMALLER!) Overall, impressive - comfortable - soft (softer/cushion than Danskos)

They fit perfectly except the heel was so wide I was walking out of them. Bummer - I really liked them.

This shoe made me slide forward there by my toes were hitting. The heel is too high for me. The shoe are not flexible enough. Soles are hard. A lower heel would be better. The outside looks nice. Just slightly too big for me.

I just received my Klogs Naples yesterday and I already can't get enough of them. This is my first pair, and reading through the reviews helped me to decide to pull the trigger because I've been desperate for a comfortable, cute, supportive shoe to wear when I'm spending hours on my feet in the kitchen. They're clogs, of course, so they're only as cute as clogs can be, BUT, thanks to several of the reviews that warned that they run big, I ordered a half-size smaller (I'm usually a 7 and I ordered a 6.5). They fit perfectly. They're lightweight but solid, and more flexible and comfortable by far than the Danskos I used to have. I might have to order another pair in a different color/pattern - I can't get over the huge variety available! :-)

I love these shoes and have tried them in two sizes but unfortunately, they just don't fit correctly. I have at least 5 pairs of Klogs and love the brand but I found the padding in the edge that sits on the top of foot is too thick and puts pressure on the top of my foot. I found the same problem in another pair of Klogs that I kept and now I never wear them because it is uncomfortable. Sadly, I love the look of these but I had to return them.

I am writing this review almost a year after having these shoes. I work in the service industry and am on my feet the entire time I am at work, on average 6-7 hour shifts. When I first received the shoes, they were a God send because I was dealing with plantar fasciitis and had a lot of heel pain going on. A few months into owning them, I started to notice new pain toward the outside of my ankle. I started googling things about it and came across some forums that talked about how clogs like these can actually, in some circumstances, cause more long-term discomfort because they don't allow your foot and toes to completely move as they naturally would without the stiffness and structure of the clog (which is ironically what gives you all the ankle support and comfort!). So, I am not giving these a bad review because I don't think they are bad shoes, I just think that if you are on your feet all day, that you should do your research before investing in a pair to make sure they will accommodate your personal needs at work. I am moving and walking a ton while I am on my feet, so I think my next pair will not be clogs so I can have more movement with my toes and bones in my feet. If I were doing more standing than anything, these would be great.

These shoes are hard. The height of the heels made me slide into the toe area where it was uncomfortable. Overall shoes are made well but not soft.

These clogs run have size lagrer. The width was great!!! The style on these made my feet look ducky, so not happy with that. My heel slipped up and down, this doesn't work for my unstable feet. Sadly they go back to Zappos ): Thank you Zappos for being here, you people are awesome!!!

Really wanted to like these shoes, but they didn't quite work for me! Very well-made, excellent brand, and the toe box is nice and wide, but they didn't have enough support at the metatarsal head area for my feet.

This shoe fits like very nicely. Some of the printed ones are loose... but not this one!

I love these shoes. They are comfortable the first time you put them on with no break in period.

I usually wear a 9 but I had to get an 8.5 but I love them. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

These are the only shoes i have bought. I wear them to work as i am on my feet anywhere from 16 to 18 hrs when i am working and this is on a moving train. Great shoe.

These are very comfortable—I walked all over Manhattan in them and frequently wear them for work. They look pretty good, can be casual or office appropriate. However I’m surprised no one mentions the squishy/suctiony sound when walking. My patients all notice and that is what keeps them from being the perfect professional shoe.

Klogs Naples - Black. I really like the style of these shoes. The quality was nice and the fit was true to size. I ordered the medium and the wide. I do not have wide feet, but like SmartWool socks in the winter so I thought I would try both medium and wide width. The wide was too wide so the medium, which I normally wear in shoes, was just fine, even with thicker socks. The reason I did not keep these shoes is because there are other shoes and brands that fit the bill better. But I really liked the style of these shoes and if I did not have two other clog brands I prefer over this brand, I probably would have kept them. Just a note, I ordered the Klog Mission style shoes and liked the Naples better as far as style and fit.

I wear a 7.5, but needed to return for a 7.0. A little large, length wise.

I have purchased four or five pairs of these because they fit great until this pair. I had been purchasing the C width and this time they were too narrow and pinched. I returned them for a D and they are quite a bit wider feeling a bit sloppy but I can wear them comfortably.

This shoe is very comfortable, supportive and flexible. The brown with black pattern is pretty. Gives me a nice boost in height, too. Would definitely order this again. I ordered a half size smaller than usual, as suggested by others, and it's a great fit.

Loved how Danskos felt comfort wise but the heel is too tall on Danskos. It would make me roll my ankle too much. These have the comfort of Danskos without the obnoxious high heel. The best pair of work shoes I’ve owned and I’ve tried them all. I’ve tried Sanitas, Danskos, new balance, crocs, shoes for crews. They look very professional and nice as well. They breathe well compared to my crocs which was like a sauna for my feet. Only wish they were completely waterproof but I’ll spray them with scotch guard and call it good!

This summer, I purchased two new pairs of Naples style Klogs. (I bought my first pair 6 or so years ago). I am a school teacher (standing, teaching, walking from 7:00 to 3:00 every day!) These shoes keep me going and look great with slacks. (After a really long day--8 hours plus--taking them off is all I want to do, but honestly, who doesn't want to take off their shoes at the end of the work day. Right?) I buy two pair (one black, one brown) to go with all of my pants, regardless of their color. I have wide feet, but purchasing the wide style shoe was too wide for my feet. (I think the elastic sides accommodate for shoe width without having to purchase the wide build). So, despite my wide feet, I do well with the medium width. As far as wear and tear goes, I only bought new pairs because the insides were wearing out; the rubber soles and leather uppers looked like they still had another few years in them. I never checked to see if a shoe repair place could resurface/rebuild the insides of the shoes for me. I just bought new ones. (I hope that wasn't being wasteful).

This is my 3rd pair of Klogs. They are comfortable for long days on my feet. They are stylish enough that i can wear them with scrubs or professional attire. There was no "break-in period", I just put them on and went to work. You should be aware that the sizes are at least a full size smaller than what you normally wear.
