So sad to be returning these. Klogs footbed is still great, but the sole is NOT as cushy as my previous style/pair that I can't find any more. It's a subtle difference, but over 10-12 hour nursing shifts, the difference is in leg, foot pain is noticeable. Bummer!

I really hoped that these shoes would be my everyday comfort shoes, because they come in half-sizes and many casual brands no longer do. But I had the problem of toes sliding up and being crushed against the end of the shoe that some other customers reported. They fit a bit loose in the heel but that's to be expected from the clog style. I might try a style with a lower heel to see if the toe crunch is less.

Purchased this pair of shoes for work. I work in a kitchen, so I'm standing on my feet for at least 8-10 hours a day. After doing some research on work clogs, I came across the Klogs brand. These pair from Klogs are so comfortable to wear all day and they give nice arch supports as well! Sizing does run a little bigger than usual, but with Zappos, it's pretty easy to do an exchange if you order the wrong size!

Wonderful shoe

These were huge - so much so that I couldn't get a sense of whether to order a full size or a half size smaller if I try again. I liked the look, but couldn't really get a sense of the "feel" because they were so big.

I have tried to wear these shoes for months. Nice looking shoe but my toes slide to the top. They hurt so bad I can’t wait to take them off.

These work well for me in a job where I have to stand for hours at a stretch. I wouldn't wear them for long distance walking- more flexibility and a little more arch support would be needed. The leather is very durable- i see only a tiny bit of wear after two years of 5 day per week use.

I really like these shoes. This is my second pair, but I do think the arch support was better in the first pair I bought several years ago. These work for me in a job where I stand for at least 3 hours at a stretch.

Ordered Wide, and they were too wide. Guess I'm not wide in this brand?

A comfortable shoe for standing all day. I have a very high arch, these shoes do not hurt my feet.

I’ve been wearing Klogs Naples for 8 years. I am a nurse and spend long hours on my feet. They are so comfortable! They are soft and cushiony, unlike Dansko and Sanita brand klogs.

I ordered a 9 first and though they are a little large I did keep them and ordered an 8.5 which fit perfectly! The wide width was perfect for me.

I'm returning these b/c my heel kept sliding out from the shoes, both l/r. The size was okay, sized okay, toes had enough space, though the heel simply just would not stay in place. The construction seems well made, can't attest to the longevity of the shoe. Like color, purpe/flower, true to image. It felt wide but the way it was made, dig into my pinky toe... that would have bothered me give or take an hour. Saw lots of reviews for good but maybe not for my feet. going back.

First, I have really wide feet. While I can wear most "wide" width shoes, sometimes I have to do the WW. These I got in W. For the most part, they are pretty comfortable, but occasionally they do pinch a smidge across the ball of the foot-but usually only on the foot that I have a bunion. I do have to wear thin socks with them, but that's ok, I prefer thin socks. I tend to supinate when walking, so I do have to think about that when wearing these shoes as the soles are quite thick. But the thick soles helps with heel pain in my opinion. Overall good shoes and I have enjoyed them.

I love these shoes, but I am unable to wear them. I bought them in a size 9 and they were quite a bit too large, so I ordered an 8.5 and they were too short. I do not think it is the fault of the shoe. I believe that as much as I would like to, I am not able to wear Klogs. Some brands just do not work well for me. And in this case I am very disappointed.

Day after day these shoes prove to be extremely comfortable after a full day on my feet (teaching), with no foot pain at all despite a history of plantar fasciitis. However, two years (and pairs) in a row now, the shoe has separated from the sole. My original pair lasted for 3+ year and I only got a new pair because they were scuffed. I'm bummed that I have to stick with these because nothing else is as comfortable, but it seems like a waste of money for how many replacements I've gone through for the same issue. If I ever find a shoe with the same comfort level but less likelihood to quite literally rip apart at the seam, I'll be switching over.

Naples is a very comfortable shoe and Zappos is an awesome place to shop. Their customer service is outstanding!

This will forever be my go-to work shoe.

I really liked these shoes but they were incredibly wide. I guess I didn't realize the the M width really means wide, not medium. The one star on overall & comfort are due to the fact that the shoes were so large, I really could not judge anything,

With my wide feet it's hard finding cute shoes. Zappos does not disappoint!

I ordered in my usual size 7.5 but my heel pulled out each time I took a step. Returned for 7 and they fit well. I have worn several times very comfortable and I receive compliments every time I wear!

These are the best shoes if you are on your feet all day! I highly recommend to anyone that has wide feet like me. They are super easy to break in!

This is the first time I tried Klogs brand; typically I buy Dansko but Klogs have received great reviews from other Dansko-aficionados, so I thought I'd give them a try. I had wanted the Mission style but it was unavailable in my size and color preference so tried these. Very pretty, but the toes of my right foot were smack up against the toe of the shoe. Also, my heel slipped constantly, which was disconcerting. I don't think another size will help. Regarding the heel slippage, while that is normal for my Dansko clogs, the entire clog is loose-fitting so the heel bit is not all that noticeable and one gets used to it. On these, the foot part is close-fitting, like a shoe rather than a clog, so I found the heel slippage to be weird and not something that I think I would get used to over time. Back they go, but will still try the Mission style.
