These boots suck. The leather is much thicker and bumpy then in the photo. There is no zipper on them, and they are very narrow, I could barely get them on, and had a hard time taking them off. I will definitely be returning them.

I bought these boots exactly two months ago. They're extremely versatile, so I've been wearing them a lot. I noticed a little discoloration on the back of both heels about two weeks in. A few days ago, the entire front part of the sole on one of the boots starting coming loose. I either have to buy a new pair of boots next season or get these re-soled. While I definitely recommend these for style and comfort, the quality is extremely disappointing. Don't buy them unless you'd like to be in the market for a new pair two months from now.

By far one of my most favorite boots! I wear them all the time and I work standing on my feet all day, they're very comfortable boots. They're very versatile, you can dress them up or dress them down. I find that they're pretty true to size--I normally wear size 8, I got these in an 8 and they fit perfect. I do tend to have narrow feet so I don't find these to be too narrow for me but they might be a little bit more snug if you have wider feet. They fit a bit under the knee, so I would say that they're about calf-length. Overall I really love these boots, so much that the soles are starting to wear out and I got them last year!

I have seen a number of my friends wear these and thought they were really cute. Ordered them, the leather looks really cheap, and they are really wide and come up to the bottom of my knee (I'm 5'1) so had to return them. They seem a bit overpriced for what they are.

Love this boot! I first bought it in cognac, love the color. I had to purchase it a bit larger than my normal size because I have a wider foot. Once I broke them in, they were perfect! Also I have larger calves and these boots fit great. I just purchased them in stone, which is more of a cross between khaki and grey, beautiful color. I am constantly getting compliments. Best boots ever!

Love these boots! They're comfortable and go with everything. I bought one pair and wore them to the point I needed replacements, so I bought them in two colors! They could use a little extra arch support but some inserts did the trick.

First off, let me just say that I really, really, really wanted these to work out but, unfortunately, I had to return them because they were too wide in my ankle and calf areas. I don't think sizing down would work, so I'm stuck looking for a new pair of boots to fall in love with. :(

Love these boots! I'm 5'9 and they hit perfectly below my knees. If you're short, they may actually come up to the bottom of your knee. The buckle on the side has two holes so it can be made looser if you have wider calves. I love the wedge! I hate "clunky" looking boots because they look like work boots to me. The wedge makes them look very chic. The pointed toe does mean that your toes might be a little squished but I'd rather that than an ugly, clunky sole.

These are cute boots, but they have huge calfs. I was hoping for something a bit more fitted. I have to return them.

Okay so here we go. I loved the idea of these boots. I have a wide calf and was very excited that a cute boot was available that would accommodate me! and they did have a wider calf with he buckle to adjust but you will have to punch your own holes in the strap for these to work properly. The boots I received had a worn down leather look but the soles were unworn, so this had me thinking maybe they have been tried on a a lot and also returned that many times? Right around the ankle seem they bunch a lot and the front of the foot around that seem is stiff so the bunching and stiffness makes for a not so cute look. They are also pretty narrow in the toe area. I was really looking forward to these ad was a little disappointed but if you are a girl with wide calves this isn't too surprising. :(

I was surprised that these boots received such high reviews. I think the leather is cheap looking, the boot shaft is too big and bulky. I like the wedge idea, but this boot was not attractive on me. I'm going with another boot instead.

These are great boots! The color is exactly what I had been looking for, and they fit true to size. I am sometimes a 9.5, sometimes a 10. I ordered the 9.5 and although at first they seemed a little tight around the toes on my bigger foot, just walking around the house had loosened up the leather enough so that they are more comfy. I was worried when ordering these about the leg opening being too big. I have normal to thin legs, and the reviews talked about these fitting larger calves well. They fit great though, with the buckle on the tightest setting. I was also unsure about the wedge heel, as I had been originally looking for a more standard heel. However, after seeing several people in boots with a wedge heel I decided to go for it. I was worried about them being difficult to walk in or uncomfortable but so far they are neither, and I am so glad I ordered these boots!

I read all the reviews on this boot before my purchase. I ordered a size bigger than I normally wear. I still cannot get my foot all the way down in. It's great for wide calves but is super narrow on my foot. I'm sad to say the search for my fave boots continue. These are going back. I'm just thankful Zappos has free shipping!

These are nice looking, well made boots. They are very narrow, although I bought the medium width, which I have always worn.

I just received these boots and super happy with the style and color. I originally purchased these in the grey color and returned them for the cognac. I will also be purchasing them in the black. Apparently I have a large calf so it's been hard for me to find a boot that fits. The good thing about this boot is the buckle is adjustable for smaller/normal calves as well.

Quality control needs to do a better job with noticing that the unique texture to this style need to at least match for the left and the right boot. When the boots were opened as a gift, the architectural style of the boot was great, but once they went on the foot, the structure did not match the form of the top of the foot and ankle. So, Steven Intyce needs to have another look his drawing board. Found a much better boot at AE, same style (but different color), better fit, and much cheaper.

The color is more like an antique brown than grey like I had thought but they are so beautiful. Looks great with black and brown which is what I wanted!

I really love these boots! I was hesitant to purchase them because I have 16" calves, but they fit perfect! There is even room to tuck in skinny jeans or leggings. The leather looks a little more distressed in person though. They fit true to size now, but they feel like they will stretch out over time. My only complaint is that they are a little baggy in the ankles. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and plan to buy these in another color in the near future!

I wore these boots lightly 3-4 times (in the grey) and the soles both separated from the boot, and the leather on the heel completely tore and fell off. I had originally tried on all three colors, and the grey leather is definitely a different feel - it is softer and stains easily. I really like the look of these boots, but unfortunately, they did not hold up well (at least not in the grey), and I would not recommend spending money on them.

I've been looking for a pair of knee-high cognac boots with a low heel and I thought these were going to be it. They have rave reviews all over the internet, so I was excited when they arrived. Unfortunately, these are still not the boot. I'm usually a 6.5 and these are too small in the toe area for me and the entire foot portion feels really stiff and uncomfortable. Even in a half size up, I can't imagine them being less stiff. Additionally, the shaft is pretty wide for my calves. I tried tightening the buckle to the last notch and they just look kind of silly. The leather appears to be nice quality and is a great neutral color and I love the height of the wedge heel. I'm, sadly, returning them and continuing the search.

I adore these boots! I got them in cognac and the color is wonderful. Also, the lining on the inside is soft and comfortable. I got my usual size 9 and I think they fit true to size. I have large feet and tiny calves, so I'm used to boots being wide on me, but I think these are a little more so than most. I can tuck in a pair of skinny jeans and still have plenty of room to spare. I'm okay with the shaft being a little wide, but if you're looking for a form fitting boot, these may not be the ones for you. Overall I love these boots and would highly recommend them!

These are exactly the same as ALDO Shehane SKU: #7859361 boots! I was looking for a boot of this style and ordered these and the ALDO Shehane, and I just about did a double-take when I received the shipment. Both boots have a pebble-leather finish, and are exactly the same. Cute style and good fit, though.
