Very comfortable, must-have boots! I love the color, the comfort, the versatility...everything about these boots. May be worn with pants, skirts, dresses, shorts, etc.

LOVE these boots! I am a swimmer, so I have very large calf muscles, and these are the only boots I've ever found that not only fit over my calves, but have a little bit of cute extra space at the top. The only thing I'd change about these boots is that the soles are rather slippery when you wear them in rain or snow. There is no traction at all. And, in the interest of full disclosure, I just purchased my second pair 2 years after the first (or maybe it's been 3 years?). After a few years and quite a bit of heavy wear through all sorts of weather, the sole had come off a bit and they're scuffed up in some spots, but they're still wearable. Nothing unexpected as no shoe lasts forever (unfortunately). But, considering that these aren't that expensive for leather boots, and Steve Madden keeps making them year after year, I felt good replacing them. The new pair is just as comfortable and flattering as the last!

These boots are great! They are stylish, comfy and I get compliments every time I wear them! The wedge is the perfect height for looks and comfort. I have them in Cognac, and am considering ordering them in black! I felt they fit true to size.

Love these boots! They color is really cool and they are very comfortable. I like the wedge heel and the buckle on top is adjustable for your calf size, which is nice. I bought one pair of them 3 years ago, and just decided to buy a new pair since the leather is pretty damaged at this point at the heel of the boot. I would recommend having the sole of the wedge heel replaced often because otherwise, it eats into the leather of the shoe, which is difficult to fix. Hence, why I purchased another pair. That's the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

I like these boots, but unfortunately they do not wear at all. I keep buying them because I like the style, just wish they were made better!

These boots were extremely uncomfortable the first two times I wore them, but eventually stretched out. The main issue was that after wearing them only five times, I noticed the sole of both boots was missing. I don't live in the city, and my job doesn't involve much walking.

I have gone through three pairs of these boots in the last three years. I keep buying them because they are adorable, comfortable enough, versatile, and really tie an outfit together. That being said, they're not built to last. I'm not particularly tough on my shoes, and these were worn 2-5 times per week max. I had to have the first pair re-soled after a few months, and ultimately had to replace them when the toe went. Cute boots, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired at this price. Fits true to size, slightly narrow in the toe. Leather is inconsistent quality and texture from pair to pair- I would know. :)

I am so sad that these boots did not work out for me. The cognac color of the boots was not as pictured at all. I have seen these boots on other girls and mine did not look like theirs at all. They were also too tight in the toes and not true to their size. I am disappointed because of how expensive these were, too.

This shoe is horrible. I received it and it looked and appeared to be worn. The leather looks very cheap, not worth the cost, it had cracks in it, scratches etc. The bottom of the shoe looked worn also, not sure if I received a pair that was previously returned, but the shoe looked months old I was not happy with this shoe at all and I love Steve Madden shoes. This shoe totally received a thumbs down!

I was really disappointed by these boots. The brown leather looks mottled and the heel support in the right shoe makes it very hard to put the boot on.

Overall, I love the boots and get tons of compliments on them. I usually wear a size 7 and it worked fine, but you do have to wear thin socks as the boot is rather a tight fit on the top of the foot. The boots look more antiqued than in the image and for the price, I don't think they are as well made as they could be (not cleanly made where the sole meets the boot).

Kind of Narrow and Hard Inside. I have skinny feet and usually fit Mediums well, but I found this to be tight and narrow inside the foot bed. Plus they hurt the balls of my feet. I was bummed to have to return them.

I am seriously bummed about these shoes. The fit was too wide - I don't know why all shoe makers seem to think that larger feet equals bigger calves, but they do. However, I kept them anyway because they still looked cute, and they were so comfortable. About a couple weeks after I got them, the heel on boot completely came off. This is after walking only a few times with them, and never in the rain or mud. Extremely disappointing. Way too expensive for this kind of nonsense.

I knew as soon as I opened the box that I would return them. The leather does not look quality at all. Sad because the style is so very cute.

I definitely will be returning these. The leather looks cheap, worn and scratched. The boots I received appeared that they had been purchased by several customers and returned a few times as they look as if they had been tried on many times. I'm very disappointed in Zappos as I felt that they should have inspected these boots before sending them on to another paying customer like myself. In my opinion these boots need to be trashed and not sent on to another customer.

These boots are too high on my leg. The leather is stiff and doesn't bend easily. The color was darker than what I expected and I don't like the textured look of the leather.

I ended up giving these to a friend because they were too narrow. I could not assess the arch support because I could not get them on.

This is my second pair of these boots. The first ones lasted me 4 YEARS! I love them and will just continue to buy these as I wear them out! Can't say enough good things about them. Cute with jeans, dresses, anything!

I ordered these in the brown because I absolutely love the black pair that I already own. They're a little snuger in the calf area than what I was expecting, but I may just need to stretch them in. Overall, I'm happy with my purhcase.

From a style perspective, these boots go with everything. They do run true to size but do require some breaking in for me so they stretch out in the toe area.

Perfect boot. Felt a little tight when I bought but the half size up my heel would slip out. Stretches out within one wear. Love this classic style for jeans or leggings tucked in. Looking forward to wearing with dresses too.

I bought these boots in cognac and I like them a lot. With Steve Madden shoes my size varies depending on how the shoe is made. For this particular boot I got a 5.5 and it fits perfect. I can even wear socks with it. This has been my go to boot since receiving them. Thanks Zappos!

I didnt notice that they wouldnt have a zipper. I didnt like having to step into them then shoving my jeans down there. They were on the small side
