Chaco Zong Illusion - I have a few other pair of Chaco zongs and wear them all the time. I needed a more neutral color, so I ordered the Illusions. They're extremely comfortable with great support, and they look cute, too! At first the straps kept tightening, so I washed them. That should help.

I read a lot of the reviews other buyers had about this shoe before buying and can understand some of their comments now that I own a pair. The straps do take some adjusting the first few days, but after you find your fit, these are SUCH comfortable shoes and are so cute! After wearing flip flops all summer long, I had to find a more supportive shoe due to back pain. These completely fit the bill (and helped my back) and I will definitely be buying another pair of Chacos! Plus, the service by Zappos was far MORE than I expected! Thanks Zappos!

Great Shoe - Took a while to adjust but they are so comfortable. I have wider feet so I needed to go up a 1/2 size. Love these shoes.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE - I am a Chaco lover and I really like the Chaco Zongs. They are always so comfortable and really easy to put on. The size is perfect and totally comparable to what I wear (8 normally, 8 in Chaco). I really like that they fit perfect to my feet because of the straps mobility and there are clear instructions on how the straps move on the box. I can tell when I wear other shoes that I just don't get the arch support that Chaco provides. The other thing that was amazing that wasn't related to Chaco, but helped enormously was Zappos.com. I am wearing my Zong sandals in my wedding and I decided last minute on the color that I wanted to buy. I bought my Chacos online on a Monday around lunch time and they came to me on TUESDAY mid afternoon. I couldn't believe my eyes! I thought that they would come just in the nick-of-time, but they came the next day! That was so AMAZING! Also, Chacos are very durable and I have worn them hiking, river tubing, longboarding, and just normal everyday wear and I think my Chacos will start to outlast me. They still look brand new and are very easy clean up. Thanks Chaco and Zappos.com.

Having trouble adjusting the straps. The diagram in the box is helpful but confusing when I get to the right shoe (the left is in the diagram). I have trouble getting the toe strap comfortable. Really like the arch support not commonly found in this type of sandal.

Chaco's Zong - Extremely good fit. I have rather narrow feet and therefore was thrilled to find a sport sandal with such comfort.

The Chaco Zong is a wonderful sandal. I have never been able to wear any type of shoe other than a tennis shoe because I wear custom orthotics. I have plantar fasciitis and can wear the Chaco’s with no pain. The high arch that the Chaco has helps support my foot all day.

Chacos Beat My Birkenstocks! I have been an avid Birkenstock wearer for about ten years and recently I found Chacos. Well, after walking around the store, I bought two pairs and I've never looked back! They are fabulous sandals that work well hiking through the woods and hiking through the urban jungle. I walk everywhere as I am a student and I live downtown, so I need shoes that will hold up well and have excellent arch support. If you get these, don't be discouraged; it might take a week to break them in and yes, I had a small blister from one of the straps, but get them wet and keep walking! The straps will loosen and they will become your best friends in no time!

Took some adjustment, but cool and comfy - It took me a day to get the straps adjusted just right, but now that I did, they're nice and comfy. Great for water sports like sailing.

Love my Zongs - I love the arch support and they are casual enough for jeans and shorts, also look great with skirts and dresses. Having a "low volume" foot, they adjust to my bony feet. In fact, I haven't found any other sandals I can wear since all the ones I've tried just don't adjust down to the thinness of my feet. So yeah, I love 'em.

Wash shoes if having problems!! I have these shoes and love them as well, but the straps do not stay the exact way you have them adjusted. When I asked a salesperson about this - they told me to wash the shoes. If that doesn't work wash them with 'simple green.' If that does not work Chaco's will take them back and fix them. I love the shoes, but have had a lot of trouble with them. That was great advice to me; otherwise I could hardly wear the shoes. So far - they are working out great after washing them. This might be a help to some other people out there!!!

This was my 4th pair of Chacos - I've been wearing Chacos for several years. My arch needs to be supported to prevent plantar fasciitis which I have dealt with twice in the past. The straps can be adjusted to fit any foot. I don't like most sandals due to being too loose and lack of arch support. With these I can make them fit my foot perfectly and the arch support is amazing!! I have steered several friends to the Chacos and they are hooked as well. Chacos also makes a closed shoe as well. You will not be disappointed!!

Chaco's are awesome! First off---my Chaco’s were on my feet less than 24 hrs after ordering them, which was awesome and unexpected. I was worried at first, but after breaking in the shoes, they worked out great. I love them!

Great arch support for a sandal. I haven't had much time with these, but what I have noticed is that the straps aren't as "tight" as chaco sandals i've had in the past. The straps slide through their slots a little more easily, so I can see where over time, on a long hike or something, they may loosen. For my foot the strap length is a little bit too long overall- I have a lot of left over strap flapping around once I have the sandals adjusted to my foot. Still, best one can go for something close to a flip flop that still allows one to hike and trek around.

Great outdoorsy sandal! I usually wear an 8.5 but took the 9 in these - and they're perfect. I have flat, narrow feet and I have to pull the straps rather tight - and there is some overhang of the straps, causing them to drag on the ground - but I can remedy that easily enough, I'm sure. The sunflower design is subtle and the shoes are at least more girly than many others I've seen. (I wore them with the Merrell Artemesia dress and they looked lovely.) I'd definitely recommend them.

I wasn't sure about these without the back, I heard it was hard to get the straps right, etc... and when I received them, all that was true and they were uncomfortable and the straps were frustrating. But I had a friend that said to give them a chance to get comfy and she was right! After about 2 weeks, they became really comfy and the straps are perfect. They don't slide off at all without the back strap.

I bought theses because I have 2 other pairs of Chaco's sandals. I love my other pairs, but theses are a little difficult to get the toe strap comfortable. Every other aspect of these sandals are great, especially the way that you adjust the straps.
