These shoes were very comfortable but slipped off my heel and flopped like a flip-flop. I had to return them. :(

Cute Shoe - I have a narrow foot and ordered this shoe in a narrow width accordingly. I think it’s very cute and has excellent cushion. I just hope it manages to stay on my foot; I think the strap around the heel could have a few more holes to allow for more adjustment. I'm going to wear it around the house a little more before I decide whether to keep it.

Great Fit - The shoes are a great fit and comfortable. I suffer from heel spurs and am very careful about wearing shoes that are not a mule style, but these shoes are wonderful---fashionable too.

Toes too small! This is a really cute shoe, and I tried it in a larger size as well as my normal size. But it's just too tight in the toes -- maybe it needs more height in the toe box. So even the larger size, which was too long, didn't have enough room in the toe area.

Very disappointed in the fit... This shoe runs much wider than my first pair of Sofft shoes. I wear a narrow, but the Callan narrow is just huge!

Cute shoe, but not too comfortable. This shoe is really cute, and the cushion is nice, but it's not really good support. It's like having a piece of foam under your feet. It fits pretty well too; though a 1/2 size up may be more comfortable.

Cute shoe but... Not the most comfortable shoe. The toes are scrunched and the inside leather is somewhat irritating - not soft enough. I love the look of the shoe so I wear it, and I ordered a wide size and does not feel as wide as it should.

Small toe box - Pretty cute shoe. Heel is short enough for everyday use, but the toe box is very small. I ordered a wide and there still wasn't enough room for my toes. I think it's because there is padding in the toe box, so it doesn’t leave much room for your toes. I returned them.

Softspots Callan - I love the look of these shoes because they have a nice looking, lower heel. I can wear them with pants or a dress without having to wear a high heel, but the toe area is pretty tight and didn't loosen up with wear. I wore the shoes to work yesterday and still have blisters on the bottoms of both feet (around the balls of my feet and the sides of my toe). I'm hoping they'll eventually loosen up. Everything else felt right except the tightness around the front tip of the shoe.

Dashed hopes...I had high hopes, based on reviews, but these shoes didn't work for me. I tried the 10W, but these still felt narrow to me (my feet are only a tiny bit wide at the forefoot), and the heel strap didn't secure my foot well enough. Each step resulted in a strong heel slap. I was disappointed, because I'm still looking for closed-toe work options in black.

Pinchy toes - I thought that this shoe would be the perfect compromise--just the right height, cute rounded toe, and comfortable support. While it is supportive for a slingback, the toes are incredibly pinchy. I feel that even ordering a 1/2 size larger wouldn't help b/c I would just slide further into the toe. I returned them.

Cute but small - I should have read the reviews. Most people said this shoe was a half size too small and indeed it was. It's a very cute shoe, but very small toe box along with simply just being too short! Unfortunately, I wear a 12M and this brand does not come in a size larger for me.

Sofft not for me - I usually wear a 9W. Even in the wide width, my toes were pinched and squished down into this shoe. It was too small, but I don't think going up a size would have helped. I have to say that after trying a few of this brand, it's not for me.
