These shoes are super cute!! BUT...I normally wear a size 7 and I was all set to order them in a 7, then I read the reviews. Most people said you should order a 1/2 size up, so I did. I just received the shoes today and they are a 1/2 size too big!!!! So I have to exchange them and, to my disappointment, now have to wait a few days till I can actually wear them!! Oh well, they are worth the wait. I was skeptical about ordering a larger size and I should have trusted my gut. Just putting it out there for everyone. :)

Excellent comfort, nice style - This is a wear all day shoe, very stylish and comfortable. It is secure for walking, since I tend to stub my toe in loose sandals. I actually bought a half size bigger than I normally do just to make sure i had enough room for my fat feet. I don't think that was necessary, but I kept them because they are very nice. The leather is buttery soft.

Comfortable and Classy - I purchased the pewter Lucena a few weeks ago and have had a chance to wear them several times. They are SUPER comfortable! I have bunions and tenderness on the bottoms of my feet - these sandals make me forget about my foot problems. The straps are very supple and soft feeling and the velcro closures allow for a precise fit. The cushy pad on the footbed is awesome as well. The pewter color is really more of burnished bronze, but it is a handsome color and looks good with lots of colors. I did have to get these in a half size smaller than my regular size - no problem, Zappos had them to me in 2 days!!! Great shoe and great service, I'm very pleased with the Lucena sandal.

Pretty and Comfortable! Very nice shoe. It is very comfortable and the velcro strap helps to give a perfect fit.

I love these shoes! I bought them in black and they look great with everything! A sexy, yet casual sandal that is finally comfortable. They are adjustable too, which makes walking longer distances in them wonderful.

These shoes are adjustable at several different spots. These are my second pair. The only reason I marked them down a little is they look a little grandma like - a slightly higher heel would help and they don't have the support of some Clark shoes. I have several foot issues and these are some of the best I have found for comfort.

The shoe was very cute, but did not last long. The sole of the shoe was not one piece - it was leather at the front and then another material. The seam was bothersome and then it came apart. They are now just sitting in my closet...so disappointed.

Clarks just fit me! I normally wear a 10-10 1/2 wide and these shoes are great. Pretty comfortable for walking and great to wear with black slacks for work. Wish they had a bit more arch support, but overall a great shoe.

These shoes are very comfortable. The only negative is that the strap that goes across my ankle is a little loose. I have to pull the strap farther than I should which shows some of the Velcro. If I had know this, I may not have kept these shoes because it feels like they get looser the more I wear them.

These are comfortable - however there is an arch support that is higher than my last pair and for me it is too high. It hurt my foot.

This is a close version of a BeautiFeel sandal, which is no longer available. The Clarks Lucena would be a good substitute, except that it has a buckskin-type covering where the foot sits, and on the inner heel straps. This makes them less versatile as the solid black of the BeautiFeel could go easily from casual to dressy. The buckskin covering also stops at the beginning of the toe-line which makes an uncomfortable ridge for long hours of walking on tours, etc. Returning the sandals. Really wish Clarks had used a soft solid black inner, like the BeautiFeel had.

This is a very lovely sandal! It has a criss-cross ribbon look that reminds one of a Grecian goddess. :-) I ordered the "pewter" color which is a pretty metallic that's almost a brass color. However, for me this sandal ran too wide...which surprised me, because I have a rather wide foot. I couldn't get the velcro fastened tight enough to make it feel super stable; so when I walked it felt it wasn't quite securely fastened. And probably the leather will stretch out with time, which would make it harder over time to fasten up securely enough for good walking. But the LOOK of this shoe is great!!! You can wear it as a comfortable dress sandal or for casual wear. I would order it and try it on and walk around for a while in the house, on a bare floor, to make sure it will work for you and is secure enough for active walking outside.

I ordered this shoe in black and the pewter metallic color. I ordered the same size (8 1/2 regular width). The black shoe seems smaller and the velcro straps aren't as long as the ones on the pewter metallic color shoe. I'm returning the black. I might have exchanged the black one for 8 1/2 wide, but it is not in stock. It seems odd that the same style shoe is different sizes depending on which color you get.

I first tried this sandal on at a local store having a sale. All they had left was a M width, which fit okay in the front, but was too lose around the ankle. When the clerk told me they made a N, I immediately ran to Zappos to order it. I am a bit alarmed to find that the fit is practically the same. The right one fits a bit better than the M, but the left one fits just the same. Hmm. But it's a cute sandal that suits my needs, so I'm keeping it. I also wish it had more arch support, since it won't accommodate my custom orthotics. Oh, well.

Beautiful shoe. But Narrow was not narrow enough and had to return them. Still looking for a narrow shoe to fit!

These fit perfect. They look really nice on, even with a skirt. The leather stretches quite a bit with time and wear. Overall they are comfortable about 6 hours.

I bought these shoes for a cruise that called for "dressing" for dinner. I needed something that would fit that bill, yet still be comfortable enough for my poor feet which suffer from several ailments/injuries. Because the straps are all adjustable, they're easily customized to your foot, especially in the width. It's normally impossible for me to find dress shoes that are wide enough. They do look just a tad frumpy (I kept flashing back on my grandmother), but they're passable. I also had to send my first pair back, as they run quite large.

These are really cute shoes and they have adjustable straps; however, for my 10N foot the toe strap could not be tightened enough to make them fit. The leather is very soft and the shoe is very attractive. I did have to send them back.

These are comfy and nice. They are not as youthful as I had hoped. I ordered a few sandals and are keeping two, but not his pair.

These feel great. Straps are adjustable which is great with my narrow feet. Style is a littls "old" but comfort compensates.

Previous reviews have remarked on the great comfort and looks. I'm writing only to say I am returning them because they are too wide. If the straps allowed for even a little more tightening they would be fine.

The shoe fits comfortably. It can be adjusted easily. I can walk a mile in it, but the line where the leather ends near the toes rubs uncomfortably. I would also like more of an arch for walking longer distances.
