Looks much more stylish in person, and heavenly on the feet! I love a pretty shoe, and recent foot troubles have left me down in the dumps. I can no longer wear heels or flip flops and most "comfort" shoes leave me cold. I decided to try these, since Clarks shoes are normally nicely made with a little bit of a funky look. These shoes are great. The look much prettier in person, I got the metallic. They go with everything. They don't look like little old lady shoes, either. I wear them with shirts and slacks, and have received lots of compliments. They feel wonderful, in fact, other than athletic shoes they are some of the most comfortable shoes I own.

Butter Soft Comfort - These shoes are so comfortable. The leather is buttery soft. I love the two adjustable straps. I have these in black. Today I am ordering the other colors, beige, brown and pewter. Thank you Zappos!

Feels like a sneaker - I'm 26 and I work in a store, so I'm on my feet all day long. We had the beige and black color this shoe last summer, but this spring we got the pewter color. I feel the pewter color looks a little bit trendier and younger. I tried it on and loved it from the start. I really like trendy shoes, but since the gladiator and Roman look are "in" right now, I decided to own these. No regrets, my feet don't hurt at all by the end of the day. The only thing I wish is that the straps were a little skinnier looking, for looks reasons. I definitely recommend these shoes.

Finally a comfortable sandal - After 3 tries, I've finally found the comfortable, casual shoe I've been looking for to take on vacation. This sandal can be dressed down during the day or dressed up in the evenings, provides support and security for walking around ruins or down cobblestone streets, and is stylish enough to get by with a variety of outfits. The adjustable straps will be great for swollen feet during air travel or after walking/standing all day. I'm looking forward to taking these with me on my upcoming vacation.

My bad feet are finally happy - These shoes are so comfortable. I have a terrible time finding shoes that don't hurt somewhere. They seem a tiny bit on the large side, but when I tried them on I realized that I couldn't walk out of them, so I was actually able to relax and walk in them. I had read some reviews that pronounced them "ugly," but I don't think so.

Love this shoe - I first bought these in black and then I reordered in tan. I recently sprained my left foot so with the velcro, I can adjust the one on my swollen foot wider than the one on the good foot. I think that they are stylish as well.

My New Sandals - I love these, they're soft as butter. I have narrow feet & fit in size 8 to 8.5. The 8.5 were too big. The 8s fit great. The pad in the heel is unusual, but didn't take much to get used to. I can wear them all day & my feet feel wonderful. I got the pewter color and it goes with most of my summer outfits.

A great sandal - I am very happy with this sandal,it is extremely comfortable & dressy enough to wear to church which is what I wanted it for. I got the pewter color. I tried different sizes & widths & finally got one just right for my foot. Zappos is the best! Free shipping both ways & fast, thank you Zappos!

Pricey but worth it! I read all of the reviews on other dressy Clark sandals I liked, and this one got the best ratings. It really is cute and has a unique type of closure. I'm going to wear it in Hawaii in the evenings with skirts or dresses for dinner, plus we have to go to a business awards banquet. I've worn them a couple of times and as far as sandals go, they are what they say they are. They are as cute as I expected or even cuter (dark brown). I probably wouldn't wear them if I was trekking around the countryside but definitely they are good for strolls or shopping trips in which you plan to break for lunch or coffee. The price isn't cheap but in this case I think the quality equals the cost. Great for girls who are casual to the core but want to still feel girlie. Good for moms on the go too, like me! The only reason I gave 4 stars for comfort is because I have a high arch and there's not that much support but I don't think these were meant for major all day walking tours. Hope you like them as much as I do!

Black sandal - Shoe was very comfortable. Liked the feel. No problems what so ever.

Not for narrow feet, especially narrow heels - Returned Clarks Lucena in size 11 N (AA) brown. I have narrow heels and hyper-pronated feet. Length perfect, but were actually wide enough to be a medium. My heels slide around and off the shoe. Because of the way the material criss-crosses, you cannot tighten the velcro tabs, even though there is ample velcro. Comfortable, but when compared to some of the other comfy shoes, the heel feels a bit hard when not walking on carpeting. (Could be my skinny heels, so do not let this critique steer you away!) I'm sure if these fit your feet well, you will enjoy them. They are soft and feminine, not sexy. Too bad 11 AAA is not offered for a proper narrow fit.

Love this sandal! I have wide feet, so finding a nice looking shoe can be difficult. I ordered this in a 9.5 extra wide and they fit great. So comfortable and I got lots of compliments. Very nice quality leather and well made.

The perfect vacation shoe! I have the black and pewter colors of the Lucena. The leather is buttery soft, combined with an arch support. These sandals are the perfect shoe for lots of walking, and look great with either pants or dresses. I look forward to purchasing the dark brown!

This sandal is beautiful and comfortable. I ordered my normal size, and it fits perfectly. I was looking for a summer sandal that is comfortable with decent support, but also looks pretty - this sandal meets all those requirements. As always, Zappos delivery was fast and I'm a happy Zappos customer!

Comfy from the start - These are GREAT Looking sandals, felt great the minute I put them on. Enough support to walk all day in them!!

Love 'em! I have had a terrible time finding sandals that fit my long, wide feet, are well suited for long walks and extended wear, and look great. Clarks Lucerna sandals meet all three criteria, hands down. They fit perfectly and comfortably from the moment I first put them on. The adjustable straps assure a perfect fit. They were long enough in the toe area (no toes hanging over the front of the shoe… a serious problem for some of us who wear size 12s). I spend lots of time standing at work, and they provided comfortable cushioning. One caution... if you have a wide foot and are concerned that they might be too narrow, never fear. Order your regular width. I initially ordered an extra wide, and it was too wide for my wide (not extra wide) foot.

Comfortable adjustable shoe - I have one foot wider and longer than the other foot due to surgery. It's difficult to find comfortable shoes. This shoe handles the situation perfectly.

Beautiful Sandals! These are beautiful sandals. Were it not for an enlarged ball joint on my left foot, this sandal would absolutely have been a keeper. The straps hit that area of my foot in the wrong place and did not look right. I'm so sad they didn't work out - they are really great looking sandals - well made, nice leather, comfortable. The problem was my difficult to fit left foot.
