I wanted a nice pair of comfortable sandals to wear on vacation. They were comfortable the moment I put them on and did not need any break in time. One of my feet is narrower than the other; the Velcro straps let me adjust each foot perfectly. I also ordered a similar looking pair of sandals that were considerably more expensive, they made my foot cramp as soon as I put them on. I am very very happy with this purchase.

Wore them brand new to an all-day wedding, not one peep out of my feet! From afar, the twists looks like bows.

This sandal is great. Slightly dressy and very comfortable. I can wear it with pants or a skirt. They looked so good I ordered a second pair to save for whenever the first pair wear out. I also purchased in the off white color. Very comfortable and did not require any breaking in or getting used to. I wear a size 11 B and they seemed true to size. Great for a low heel sandal.

Believe it or not, got these shoes for a very dressy wedding. I have hammer toes, heel spurs and lots of other discomfort in my feet. Needless to say, I can not buy "the usual wedding shoes". Got these. They are so comfortable, I may even be able to dance with my Godson, the groom. Was very worried that I would look "weird". My two daughters and my grand-daughter told me they were really great and that I looked good. They are not the kind of people who would just tell me the shoes looked good. They absolutely nixed the shoes I was going to wear to my 50th High School reunion, so I had to get different shoes for that. Can't wait 'til the wedding.

Love this shoe. This is the most I have ever paid for a sandal but well worth it. I have a heel spur and needed the comfort and it does not disappoint. They are also gorgeous and I get compliments every time I wear them. I have a very narrow foot and it is really hard to find fashionable good looking shoes in my size. I bought the metallic color and if I could afford them I would get another pair in a different color.

This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The Velcro closure makes for perfect adjustment, and the footbed is exceedingly soft. I wore these for the first time to a square dance and danced all night with aboslutely no discomfort. The next day, I wore them again! Highest rating!

Very comfortable, versatile, and true to size. I bought these so that I could adjust for more room across the ball of the foot and accommodate an orthotic for the metatarsal arch.

Wonderful comfort featuring a wide foot bed. Many "wide" shoes just add more leather at the sides so that a wider foot can get into them. However, it is not comfortable, secure, or supportive if the foot is hanging over the side of the bottom of the shoe. These have a correctly sized base, with supportive arch contours. The tops are soft and velcro-fastened so one can get an exact fit. This also allows loosening during the day if foot swells. For a supportive sandal, these are also very attractive. I bought the pewter metallic, and they look quite dressy (heels are out of the question for me). I intend to come back for another color; proof positive that I am happy with this shoe.

These are great sandals. They have a comfortable foot bed and the velcro straps make them easy to adjust. Wore them for hours in the hot July weather at Disney World this summer and did great.

Wonderful Shoes! I have a double wide foot and the extra wides really do fit. These shoes look way better on your foot than in the photo. Very attractive. I have them in the metallic and have received many compliments. They have a Roman-Greco look to them that is very much in style right now. Arch support is adequate and heel height is perfect for shorts, capris, dresses. I usually do not spend this much money on shoes, but these are worth it.

I have trouble finding wide shoes and these are just perfect because they are adjustable. The colors are good; I have them in black and bronze. I feel confident purchasing them on line because this is a known brand and the shoes are very well made.

Love these sandals! Very comfortable and true to size. The "heel problem" others mentioned goes away after a few wearings. Suitable for work & lots of walking. Zappos customer service is unbeatable in that ever shrinking world of service.

I love my Clarks Lucena sandals. They not only look great, they are very confortable. I wear them from morning to night. I hesitated ordering the M width, but I have no regrets. The velcro tape takes care of that problem

So. Full disclosure: my feet are messed up. I've got no arches, a wide toe box and narrow ankles. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and have had numerous cortisone shots and 2 surgical procedures. My criterion for buying shoes is usually buying the pair that hurts the least. Finding shoes that are actually comfortable is a luxury I feel is reserved for people with "normal" feet. So when I finally find shoes that not only don't hurt, but are actually comfortable and stylish, well that is cause for celebration. Desperate for some summer sandals, I ordered maybe 6 different styles and brands of sandals from Zappos and the Lucerna's felt great immediately! I first ordered them in black and realized I had to get another color. I got the pewter metallic; they are very versatile. This is way more than I would normally spend on a pair of shoes but I can wear them around all day and not be in agony. I hope they work for your problem feet, too!

I needed new sandals for a trip to Greece and wanted something really comfortable to handle all of the walking - this pair did it!!! I wore them out for dinner as they were dressy enough for most of the places we went, and also wore them during the day for sightseeing. I never had a moment's complaint from the first moment I put them on. I would very highly recommend these shoes.

Comfy and cute! By the way- I normally wear a 10 1/2 narrow, but in Clarks the 10 narrows fit! So if you are a fellow sufferer of the shoe size that most companies skip over- try Clarks 10s!

This sandal is one of the most comfortable I've ever owned! It can be easily adjusted across the toes as well as at the ankle, creating a custom fit. It's not as stylish as some sandals, but the comfort more than makes up for it.

I love these shoes!!! They are extremely comfortable and the way they wrap around your foot is sexy. I love the velcro for on and off ease.

I had previously bought these shoes in a 6W for myself, and I bought a pair in 8M for my daughter. We both love these sandals! They are extremely comfortable, especially since you can adjust the width with the velcro closures. There is ample padding on the sole, so you can wear them all day without foot fatigue. I think they are nice looking and have received compliments on them.

These sandals are very comfortable and look great. My only complaint is that my feet have a tendency to slide to the inside and hang slightly over the sole, but it doesn't detract too much from the overall comfortableness of the shoe.

This sandal is especially comfortable to wear and a great advantage is the adjustable straps which help to hold the shoe firmly to your foot. They are very attractive on a long narrow foot which is also a big factor. Might I again repeat what everyone else has to say about Zappos? You really are to be commended for providing a valuable community service in helping the hard-to-fit find shoes. We thank you!!

Given that I have small feet and high arches, I am so pleased that my Clarks Lucena sandals fit so well, and are super-comfortable! Having two adjustable straps is the key, and I love that these shoes can go with anything, casual or dressy. Since my first shoe selection doesn't always fit my unusual feet, Zappos return/reorder service is unbeatable.

These are really good shoes. Comfy, go-to shoes for the summer. Leather is soft and they remain comfortable all day. I generally don’t love velcro on a shoe - but you can’t really tell with these - and it makes them easy to adjust if you want to. Size - I wear sometimes 9.5 sometimes 10 - these I got in 9.5.

The narrow ran true to size and width. Comfortable shoe. Easy on and off. Lot of compliments.

As these sandals were true to size and have velcro fastenings, they were perfect flat dress shoes for an elderly woman with mobility problems.
