I love the new soft footbed, unbelievably comfortable! The shoe fits perfectly and suits my need for a strap so I do not accidentally slide out of my shoe!

This was my first Zappos purchase, and I was astounded by the fast shipping. The price was much lower than the cost in my local store, and the staff there told me they couldn't even order this particular shoe in my size! The shoes are perfect. I love the dainty straps instead of the usually-bulky straps of traditional Birkenstocks. I would definitely recommend Zappos. In fact, I already have!

They felt a little stiff at first especially where there is a rivet on the inside of the ankle. But they softened up right away. They were very comfortable and the anatomical foot bed very supportive. Make sure you get the right size or the ridges won't line up. I wear a 9 1/2 wide and got these in 39, they fit great. Best of all a shoe I can wear without my orthotic.

Just what I wanted. Fit was fine. Arrived the next day. I wore them to a high school reunion. Don't ask which one. Comfy, as are all my other Birkenstocks. Thanks.

This is my favorite Birkenstock sandal, and my favorite overall sandal. It is extremely comfortable, feminine looking, and just always feels good. I can wear the Bali soft footbed anywhere, no matter how much walking I do. Paint your toe nails a pretty color and wear this sandal. You'll love them!

I love Birkenstock shoes. There is nothing better for comfort, though they sometimes lack in "beauty".These are my favorites. They walked me all over the "Big Apple" right out of the box. If you have a medium width foot, order them narrow. I wear a 38 regular width because I like the extra toe space. That's a 7.5 wide - US sizes.

These sandals have great arch support and the footbed is soft from the beginning. They do take a bit to get the leather to not be so stiff, but it\'s only a day or so! Well worth the money.

This sandal is "nice". I don't hate it, but I also don't love it. It needs more holes in the straps to tighten it up; the shoe is a little big around my ankles. The price was high, but got free shipping.

I love all Birkenstock shoes, but these are my very favorites! They took no time at all to break in, and they're the most comfortable shoes I've ever put on my feet. They are SO cute! I wish they came in more colors, because I'd have a pair in every color. This was my first time ordering from Zappos, and I couldn't believe how quickly I received my shoes. I WILL order from Zappos again!

Had foot surgery (bunion removed) recently...this is the type of shoe recommended by my podiatrist. She was so right. Extremely comfortable and, I think, good looking. Shopping Zappos was both interesting and, most importantly, a painless experience.

This is an EXTREMELY comfortable shoe. I am often on my feet for extended periods of walking and standing on uncovered concrete or marble flooring, and am able to wear mine all day without experiencing any foot fatigue or pain. I have an area on the first knuckle of my right big toe where I developed a small blister with the first extended wearing, but I forgot to put on my protective bandaid when I wore them for about the tenth time today, and I had no problem. They are fairly feminine-looking and less "klunky" than some of my other Birkenstocks, which is a feat, since my feet are on the wide side. They look great with skirts. I have had no issues with buckles or rivets at all, and I think all Birkenstocks should have soft footbeds! I would recommend these sandals unreservedly.

I thought I'd give this Birkenstock a try since it has a back strap, which I need, and had the new "soft" footbed. I love the color, it goes with everything. I love the fit, as I have wide feet and it fits perfectly. I love the style, as it's pretty, and feminine. The straps however just barely fit my feet on the very last holes, and there isn't much room if you needed to add more holes. This would be the only downfall with this pair I could find. The soft footbed is nice on the days I don't want or need as much support as my regular Birki's. It is still supportive, but if you need lots of support as normal Birki's give, this may be too soft for you. I find it wears about the same as other pairs, too, so far. The price is high but I figure good shoes are worth it, and you just can't find this pair anywhere! Thanks Zappos!!

I am really enjoying these sandals, only issue was I had to make more holes in the ankle strap as I have small ankles. They are extremely comfortable.

Birkenstock Bali: I just have to say that this is THE most comfortable shoe with no break in period. I have several pairs of Birkenstock (one a pair from at least 10 years ago) and they are some of the best shoes I have worn. I LOVE this shoe, the best of all because of the soft foot bed. I really think that makes a difference in the comfort of the foot bed. Also, the straps are very soft around the ankle. I thought at first they might rub and give me blisters, but they have been wonderful right out of the box. And they are super cute! I have wide feet and they are very roomy in toe box. And great arch support. LOVE THEM!

Cute shoe. I ordered it in black. Loved the soft footbed, very comfortable. Unfortunately they didn't work for me at all. The toe strap starts a little farther down (as do most Birkenstocks) than I like. The leather on the ankle strap is a little stiff, which I am sure would soften up a bit with wearing. But the big problem was the metal joint on the inside of the ankle strap-can see it in the pictures. Quite uncomfortable. I didn't see how that would ever not be painful, maybe if you had the strap loose enough.
