Very pleased with the service. Received my shoes within a couple of days. The first few times I wore them around the house and the dye bled to my foot, but it has been getting fainter each time. I almost thought of returning them at first, but I'm glad I didn't. Also glad I had that option with Zappos. Love the free shipping policy!

Had to return - much too big. I wear a 7-1/2 wide and ordered their 38 - at least a size too large and their regular is very wide.

I love these shoes. They are ridiculously comfortable, and the soft footbed made them feel good out of the box. I am really happy with these sandals. While they aren't necessarily fashion forward, they are pretty cute, especially for Birks. Be warned, however, that these do run really large. I recommend ordering at least one full size down.

This is my third pair of Birkenstocks, and I love these! I've never had a style with an ankle strap and these are just as fabulous and comfortable as my other two pair. Quality construction, heavy leather straps, and the footbed is so comfortable.

I tried this as a summer sandal for the coming season, but it just wasn't comfortable with the ankle strap. I really like the soft footbed version of their shoes, but just didn't like the ankle strap. The sandal just doesn't seem flexible enough for an ankle strap. When I tried walking in it I just felt like I couldn't bend my foot. It is super cute though. Looks great on. If you can get by the ankle strap feel it would probably look great with skirts or jeans and khakis.

The footbeds on Birkenstock seem to be cut for a medium foot, even when ordering a narrow. Would be nice to find a true narrow very casual sandal. With a couple extra holes punched in the leather, this one will stay on comfortably and this will be my first pair of Birkenstocks I've been able to keep. I wish the interesting colors had been available in my size instead of just brown.

These are my favorite shoes! I have owned many pairs of Birks, but the soft footbed made these the best I've ever worn. I am sad to put these away for the colder months.

I love these shoes. I was able to wear them 8+ hours the day after I got them and the footbed is ridiculously comfortable. The ankle strap also secures your foot in so you are never worried about your feet slipping out.

I love these sandals! They are very comfortable and the fit is terrific. I work on a cement floor and can wear these all week in comfort. Not many shoes pass this test. Terrific foot support!

I love the Birkenstock Bali Soft Footbed. I usually wear 6 or 6.5, which translates to 37 in European size, but 37 was too big for me. 36 narrow was too tight and 36 regular was perfect! It took a couple of days to break in. I love them and plan to use them for the upcoming Italy trip where we plan to walk for hours.

I have plantar fasciitis, so need good arch support, and these sandals have that! However, I sent them back because I don't have the patience to buckle and unbuckle every time! I'm going to try the Florida sandals with the soft footbed. Much quicker on and off.

Eureka! Finally a stylish sandal from Birkenstock. I've always loved their shoes but the styles always seemed a little unisex. These are definitely more feminine. Super comfortable as I would expect from Birkies. Only negative is the size. They run a bit large and wide so order appropriately. Would definitely recommend.

I found this sandal to be very comfortable right out of the box. No problem with the buckles (like I had with the Bali's - which rubbed my little toe raw under the buckle!). I wear an 8 1/2 medium, and the 39 fit perfectly.

This sandal is very comfortable and I like the ankle strap for added support. I usually wear size 39 or 8W in other brands but a 38 fit perfectly with ample space for my wide feet. This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and I'll definitely be purchasing more in the future!

Great sandals. The soft footbed is nice. No break in period. I wear a size 10 med. width. They are just a bit wide, but not enough to warrant the narrow width.

These shoes are so comfortable but way too long. I usually wear a 37 but had to get a 36.

I think these are so adorable! The back strap was a bit stiff when I first wore them a few times, but I can tell it's already starting to soften up, and get more comfy. The foot bed is super cushy, but you still get the support underneath. I love the cut-out detailing, very cute!

Love them. They are so comfortable and feel secure when I go into town. I know I'm not going to walk out of them going up stairs!

I love these sandals. The soft footbed is just enough to make them cushy without drastically changing the feel of the Birkenstock footbed.

This shoe is so comfortable! I like the ankle strap, I don't have to worry about the shoe sliding off my foot in rougher terrain. I'm just a little worried to get them wet.

These are great sandals. I have problem feet (bunion and a Morton neuroma) and these give me enough support to be able to go walk around the block pain-free. The ankle strap makes them a lot more supportive than my Arizona Birkenstocks, which are fine for around the house but nothing more than than. The ankle strap was really uncomfortable at first, but I broke these in over a period of a few weeks (just an hour or two at a time) and now the leather is very soft and comfortable. Plus they are much cuter than most Birkenstock styles.

These run true to size and are very comfortable, as are all well-fitted Birkenstock shoes. Unless it's raining or there's new snow, I'll wear them in winter as well with beautiful heavy socks. You can't go wrong with Birkenstock shoes, especially if you suffer from foot aches and pains. You can never go wrong with Zappos, who will accept return after return. They pay for all shipping incurred, until you get it right.

I love these shoes. A couple of months ago I bought a taupe pair and loved them so much I ordered another pair in black. I have worn Birkenstocks for 16 years and these are the best yet. The soft footbed is super comfortable and the ankle strap is soft and doesn\'t cut into your foot. There is no accidental stepping out of your shoe so I wear them to work. And did I mention the price? Lowest price anywhere and super fast shipping. I am very impressed with Zappos and will definitely check here first when I want shoes.
