Love love love!! I ordered a size smaller and ordered them narrow at the recommendations of others. They are a wonderful feminine version of the classic Birks I have loved for so long.

These are defective shoes! I tried two pair, and with both, the back strap was so far forward that I couldn't get my heel in the heel cup. This threw off the fit of the whole shoe, with the arch and toes hitting my foot at the wrong places. I would have given them an excellent all around if not for this.

I have always work a 40 in Birkenstock sandals, but this pair of 40s was way too small. This has never happened to me before. Thankfully, Zappos exchanged it for free!

I've been wanting to buy a pair of Birkenstocks for a while now but I didn't like the way the normal two strapped ones looked on my feet. These are the perfect fit and they're so cute. They are a little on the pricier side, but they're so worth it! Super comfy and they came in less than a week. :)

I spent my summer in Europe, my Birks were the only shoes I took. They're very comfortable. I walked 8-10 hours everyday for four weeks and my feet were in good shape. This style of Birks look good with casual, sporty, and casual elegant clothing. They're expensive, but they're worth the money. You won't regret buying them. If you're unsure about sizing and you're buying your Birks Bali online, go to a near shoe store and try a pair of any style Birks on. It will give you an idea of the best size for your needs. My local shoe stores don't carry this model. I wear a size 7 and my Birks are size 37. Good luck in your search.

Perfect in every way. A more dressed-up feel than any prior Birkenstock and than most other sandels with orthopedic support.

I really like these sandals. My only issue is that the outside of the show angles up too much above the arch support. The arch support itself is great, there is just extra material that keeps angling up and it irritates the bottom of my foot. I am stretching it out a little each day and already it is better, so I am definitely keeping them. I have slightly wide feet, so I think these are just a smidge too narrow as is.

I think the biggest problem with Birks is that people ignore the advise regarding sizing and breaking them in. They run large, but not as large as people say, if you fit them properly. I am a 71/2 - 8 and I took a 38, which is a 7. There WILL be room at the front of the shoe, and there is supposed to be. The instructions also state that you should wear them 2 hours a day for 5 days before you wear them out. Actually DO this, and you will be duly rewarded.

I got these last week and have barely taken them off to sleep. I've been needing to replace my Gizeh's, and I wanted something more substantial and these definitely qualify. The footbed fits true to Birks sizing (I typically wear an 8 or 8.5 and have wide feet and I ordered the 38 regular). I can't recommend these enough!

Very comfy sandal, and unusually feminine looking for a Birkenstock. I do feel a little bit of the chafing mentioned by some on the second toe of my left foot, but it's not enough to make me not wear the sandal. It's not bothering my right foot, for some reason. I expect the chafing will diminish over time. My wide foot feels great in the Reg. width.

I liked the look of these sandals, but the ankle straps rubbed my ankle bones on both sides of my foot. Had to return them. Otherwise, these sandals were comfy, with really good support all along the footbed.

Best-looking Birkenstock sandals I've worn, and most secure for walking. I am totally satisfied with them. Even the buckle works well - it's substantial leather, but softens enough that the buckle is easy to fasten. The support for my size 9 high-arch foot is perfect. I like the oiled brown leather color, which is a middle range brown with some life to it. Very good shoe, and I've tried many other sandals with not nearly the look and fit of these.

Exactly as described. Comfortable, nice arch support, style is a bit better than traditional Birkies. Order one size down.

Just to add some size information, I've recently been measured as a 7C, and the 37 Reg in this style fit me perfectly. As others have said, these are extremely comfortable; I especially like the depth of the heel cup as it holds my heels and ankles stable.

I have always found Birkenstock to be the most comfortable sandal but was looking for something more feminine. I ordered so many sandals to try on. Thank goodness for Zappos' return policy. The minute I tried on the Bali, I sent all the others back. There is no break in period and I can walk all day in these. I wear a size 9 and the size 39 fit perfectly. They are roomy and have excellent support.

These are exactly what I expected.Amazing arch support, super comfortable and cute. There are a lot of "comfort" sandals out there, but if you need arch support to avoid tendon pain like I do, these are a must try!

Customer service was so very helpful. The shoes were just as they explained as comfortable and the lady I spoke with explained about the weigh and the length of for my feet. I would have asked for the wrong size.

These are amazing! I needed a narrow pair even though I do not normally wear narrow. I wore these all around Italy and never had one issue while my two traveling companions dealt with blisters from their shoes. I love these. Definitely get them! They are cute and totally comfortable!

The "regular" width is really for men. In women's shoes, I'm a medium, but these were far too wide. A "narrow" width might work.

I got sized a few years ago at a Birkenstock retailer so I already knew I was a true size 39 even though I'm usually a size 9 womens. I bought the Birkenstock Gizeh (before they became "trendy") and I'm still so very much in love with them. I decided I wanted a nice pair to wear with my maxi dresses and saw these Bali's and had to have them. Well, UPS just dropped off the box! I've been wearing them for 2 hours now and I want to live in these sandals! If you're really thinking of getting a nice "earthy" shoe....you will never regret it.

I highly recommend Birkenstock Sandals especially the ones with back straps & soft footbeds! Did not need to break these sandals in at all. Comfortable right out of the box! I would suggest you order one size down though. According to the charts I would wear a size 40. I'm a women's size 9, but I ordered a 39 instead due to some of the other reviews I'd read before ordering. So great sandals -- just order one size down.

I ordered these in a size 5, based on prior reviews. Normally I wear a size 5 or 5 1/2, but these fit bit. Disappointed that they are too big, will be sending them back.

These are really great shoes. Very well-made and comfortable, and for me much more attractive than the original style I wore in the 1970's (open back with two straps across the top of the foot). They are more expensive than I normally spend on shoes, but I knew from my last pair many years ago that they would last a long time and be comfortable. I had actually wanted the Gizeh Birko-Flor with the open back, but the piece that goes between the toes was too thick and hurt, so I returned them and got these instead. The only thing i don't like about the Bali Soft Footbed is that the upper strap is too loose, and needs another hole to fit my foot better, and sometimes it's hard to get the buckle pin in the strap hole. I would wear these more often if I could slip into them. For now, I just use them when I need brown sandals to go with my outfit. The rest of the time I live in my Reef flip-flops which have many small "pillows" in the rubber foot-bed--SUPER comfortable!

These sandals are super comfy! Classic Birkenstock look. They do run a little wide but you can tighten the straps.
