I bought these for my 14 year old son. He loves them and wears them all the time. There are made well (he is hard on his shoes) and 3 weeks in the wearing they still look new!

These are the greatest shoes for people with fat feet. I weigh over 400 pounds and have the toughest time finding STYLISH shoes for my wide feet. Get your true size because these shoes break in really well. The first pair I bought felt too tight so I got the next size up, and after I broke them in they were way too big. The next pair I got was my actual size, they were snug for a few days and then formed perfectly around my feet. Now their like my comfortable old sofas.

When I'm not skating, which is quite often, I'm filming and generally need a shoe that's comfortable to walk around in and keep in nice condition. These Chukkas were exactly what I needed and have proven to be a great purchase and feel for my feet. I'm planning on getting the white ones soon - thanks Zappos!

I bought these for my husband to replace his Vans AV Era 1.5 that we purchased in 2011. Great quality and comfortable fit. He is very happy with the shoes.

Yet another pair of Van's for my son! He likes this style, as they are not a heavily padded as some others. The styles with the "thick" tongues are too snug on him. And as always, Zappos has the best customer service!

I bought these for my 17 year old Grandson for his birthday. He loved them! They were true to size and have held up well. Nice looking shoes, I would buy them again.

Love these VANS! Super comfortable, the color is actually slightly brighter than the photo which I'm happy about. Runs true to size. My new favorites. :)

I bought these for my husband who was looking to replace a pair of grey suede Chukkas. The fabric on these is sort of a polished chambray canvas. I think it'll wear more slowly than the suede and looks more finished. He had to return the first pair because they run small, but these were great. The cushioned tongue is comfy.

This is what I think. I buy these shoes for one reason: I have flat, narrow feet. The Vans Chukka Low provides a padded tongue, which takes up room in the shoe. For guys with flat feet this is ideal. Plus, I get to rock a super comfy sneak at the same time. Now post that!

My boyfriend loves these. They are comfortable and last about a year on his feet (I get him the same shoe in different colors every Christmas). He especially likes this style (color). Also, I think he looks hot in them and his friends/coworkers compliment him in them.

Love the sneakers...size 13's were too big on my size 13 son. Will have to try the 12s since no half sizes when feet are so big!

Awesome shoe. The most comfortable casual skate shoe I've ever worn. Looks sick, easy to slip on and off, tons of compliments from people. Buy it.

These are the only shoes my teenage son will wear. Every single day. He has flat feet and prefers shoes without a forced arch. He wears Sanuks around the house, but Vans to school, etc. They have classic style that can dress up or down and last well. We buy our Vans through Zappos instead of the Vans site because the shipping and customer service are better. You cannot beat free shipping both ways! If you are looking for athletic jogging shoes, this are not them, but for great skateboarding shoes, or for stylish casual sneakers for the young or young at heart, Vans cannot be beat. Yes, you will feel the ground. That is the idea for skateboarding shoes, so do not plan on wearing them on a 12 mile hike. But they are super comfortable and great for everyday.

I bought these in the black/gum/blue for my brother for Christmas. Probably the sweetest Vans that I have seen yet. The combination of the suede and canvas is awesome, and the color combination is unique, while staying true to the old-school Low Chukka style. They can even almost pull off "dress shoes," since they are dark and suede, if you are resistant to that kind of thing, while really being cool skater shoes your grandparents do not have to understand.

My son loves these shoes! He loves the look and they are great for long boarding. They are very flat and not an all around "jump and run" shoe but that is not what they are made for. He is tough on his shoes and Vans hold up. And it goes without saying that Zappos rocks! Had his size in stock and delivered them next day.

I love these shoes. I was afraid they were going to be too small when I first tried them on. The padding is kind of thick at first. Once I broke them in though they fit more than perfect.

Love Zappos and these shoes. My son wears a size 15 and this is one of the few places I can find them. They wear great.

Nice shoe. I've owned them for two months now and over that period of time this is the shoe I worn all the time because it is the only shoe I have. As a part of general wear suede gets covered in dust and acquires more of a brown hue. The soles are pretty easy to clean to maintain their whiteness. I don't know how it would skate.

Bought these for my grandson only problem should have bought him a half size bigger. His foot has grown. He loves these shoes.

I am a lifelong Vans guy, but I had never tried Chukkas. I am not a big fan of high-tops, but when I saw this low version, I had to try them, and wow! They feel every bit as good as they look. I do not know if I can go back to anything else now. I hope they make these shoes forever. I have big feet and other skate shoes are so heavy and bulky it is like wearing boats on my feet. These are thin enough that I feel like I am wearing slippers all day, but sturdy enough to feel protective and durable unlike Chucks. They are highly recommended!

I love these Vans. I got them in purple about a year ago and are still going strong. Its amazing how durable they are. after a year of wearing them almost every single day, they are completely fine, minimal wear, no holes, and they still feel great. Trust me, that's an accomplishment because I burn through a usual pair of shoes in about 3 months. I have naturally wide feet so buying shoes can be hard. I bought these expecting them to be medium width or slightly slimmer. But in fact, they were much wider, perfect for me actually. And that goes the same for length. It can run about a half size large. There is really no arch support but it really hasn't bothered me unless I'm on my feet for 8 or more straight hours. And that's because these shoes are so darn comfortable. They look great, feel great, and will last you for at least 2 years or more. I strongly recommend this shoe.
