Considering I don't feel secure in a shoe unless it has an ankle strap, this sandal works well for me. I have a fairly unusual foot problem and need orthotics for any extended walking -- lax ligaments affect the structural support of my feet. I've ventured out with these and have been very comfortable with the great arch support, but for extended walking, I'd probably go for an ankle strap. My issue with Naot is their lack of really supportive shoes in the long narrow range. I really wanted the Marilyn because of the adjustability over the arch, but the Marilyn only went to 42, which would be too short. I had to send back the 43 Kate and the 44 fit perfectly, and that's supposed to be a 13. I measure an 11 & 1/2 narrow, so I thought surely the 43's would fit. My feet do spread out (the flat flexible foot situation), so maybe a 43 would work for some 11 & 1/2 women out there. The footbed is a dream, and there's really no other shoe I can wear without my orthotics; I just wish Naot made a supportive narrow shoe I could wear in winter. I'm tall, so I don't want a heel, and I couldn't wear a heel anyway. I enjoy just slipping on the Kate, but when winter comes, I'll wish I could wear those great supportive oxfords! My overall rating is 5 stars, but for me personally it's a 4 because I don't feel secure enough to go everywhere, and I think most people would feel secure. Naot does have ankle strap sandals that would fit me, so that's next on my list. I suspect that women with long narrow feet often have my problem, but probably not to the degree I have, so I think Naot would have very loyal customers if they made supportive oxfords in long sizes! I'll get off my soap box now. By the way, these sandals are cute!

I liked the sandals but there was a stone missing and it was pretty noticeable. Plus the buckles were set to the smallest hole and when I moved them to a larger hole it left a mark where you couldn't wear the shoes.

Comfortable and cute. I wear Naot sandals every summer and get lots of compliments. This year the footbeds seem a little bit shorter than last year. All my other Naots are size 43, but I took a 44 in this and another style this year. My other shoes are always either 11.5's or 12's. My foot is slightly narrow which part of why Naots work well for me.

I cannot imagine how everyone finds these shoes so comfortable. They re okay for short walks, which led me to believe they would work out, but if you are planning on doing any real walking (say a trip to Europe, which is what I needed them for) you will be miserable. They provide no arch support, left bad strap marks, and gruesome blisters. They are definitely not worth the price. Zappos' service is still awesome, of course. No problems there.

These sandals are so beautiful, dainty and comfortable. I will be using them on a casual day with jeans and summer dresses. My shoe size is 4.5 - these run a little smaller so size 5 was perfect.

I have a pair in cherry and would like to get more. I wear them almost everyday and rarely take them off. These are some of the most wonderful sandals I have ever owned and I have really, really bad feet. One is wider than the other due to hammertoe surgery and the adjustable straps solve that problem. I love the rhinestones.

I think on the Naot website it indicates this footbed is for narrow/medium, but do not hesitate to buy these if your feet are medium width. Being able to replace the footbed might come in handy on this style. I like that these are comfortable, while not being clunky. I love all my Naot sandals! I got these in 38, and I wear an 8 in ballet flats. I wear a 37 or size 7 in Taos sandals.. I think I used to wear 38 in Birkenstocks. It is difficult to know what size to buy, so that is why I like Zappos' return policy. I love other colors more in this sandal, but I decided to keep these since they will sort of work with everything.

I love this sandal! It's dressy and comfortable too. I found that I needed a size 8 and I usually wear 7 and a half so I would order up if you wear a half size.

Love Love Love Naot! This foot bed is my favorite. I have this style sandal in 3 other colors. Super comfortable, just the right amount of bling on the buckles.

These look great, but the straps are a little loose for me and they cannot be tightened enough. Thus far I can wear them without turning over on my ankle. Otherwise they are quite comfortable.

This is my third pair of Kate. Very comfortable on my narrow feet. The silver goes with everything.

love these Naot sandals! They are my 4th pair. I have pain issues with my feet and these help reduce the pain. They are soft, yet stable with great arch support. Also... Zappos is the best source for great shoes. I don't know how they get them to me the next day, but that's one mystery I don't need to uncover. Thanks Zappos!

I love my Kate Naots...this is my second and the first one (in brown) was beginning to beg me for some respite! Wear them all the time. They dress up and dress down beautifully!

I love Naots. I actually ordered these shoes to replace an identical pair that I wore into the ground.

I love the fit of these sandals. Sadly the first pair I received were flawed. These jewels were not glued correctly, but you replaced them promptly and easily.

I have difficulty finding any sandal that fits my narrow foot well and is also comfortable. Naot has the perfect solution. The Naot Kate sandal is a darling shoe that fits and supports my narrow foot beautifully! The buckles adjust nicely to get a snug fit on a very comfortable footbed. Love Naot and love Zappos!

Very comfortable and pretty pair of shoes. Very versatile - I wear them with shorts, dresses, skirts, and jeans. Great for travel especially when limited to only a few pairs of shoes. I get lots of compliments on them and on my second pair in this style!

These are very comfortable shoes for work or play. They are stylish and dressy enough for work, yet comfy and still cute for walking. I have a pair and they are worn out! I did have to order a size up from my regular shoe size from 8 to a 9. Time for another!

They are so comfortable. I work on my feet and my feet feel great all day long when I am wearing these shoes!

This is my second pair of these, and I love them. I have narrow feet, and when the straps stretch, I can have the shoe repair guy punch more holes in the straps. These sandals are great for walking, but pretty enough to wear with skirts. I did have to go up a size from what I normally take in Naot.

These shoes are wonderful. They fit perfectly when I first put them on. I love the bling! I have received so many compliments. But more importantly they are comfortable and the width is true to size.

I love these shoes! I wear them every day and have to force myself to wear other shoes for variety's sake. They look awesome with everything and are beyond comfortable. I want a pair in every color!
