I have a narrow foot so finding shoes is very difficult. But on Zappos I'm able to find what I want and if, for some reason, it doesn't fit they ship both ways for free. The selection is great and I have purchased several pairs of shoes, and I don't have to wait long to get them! The shoes come to my door in a couple of days. My only problem with Zappos it that make it so easy, I have to restrain myself not to buy more!

Patent leather sandals - Very nice! However, as much as I love the comfort of this style of sandals I wish they were not so wide. I have to buckle them on the last notch & I do not have real narrow feet!

Replaces my custom orthodics - Bought first pair from a retailer in a 36, they were a little long but they didn't have a 35. I came home and looked at Zappos found a 35. These are perfect. I wear both Naot (Kate) all the time. I have worn a women’s size 4M for near 50 years. Very difficult to find. I would like to find this footbed in a fall/winter shoe. Thanks Zappos for next day shipping.

Wood patent leather Kate - This sandal is very comfortable. I purchased the wood patent leather which looks dressy and goes great with pants or skirts.

Naot rhinestone sandal - Love the look of these shoes however there's an issue with the width. Its not that the shoe is too big in the length but the straps won't take up enough that the shoe fits real secure. For the price I would expect it to fit perfectly.

Naot Kate Sandal - I have very narrow feet and this shoe fits well. I was able to adjust the straps tightly and the foot bed is narrow. The Naot Claire was also recommended as being narrow, but it was not narrow enough for my foot.

My favorite sandal - I love these sandals. I have a narrow size 12 foot and have been searching for an attractive comfortable sandal. These fit perfectly and look great with casual and even dressier clothes. I have plantar fasciitis and the arch support is great. Highly recommend and they are adorable!!

Very happy with these comfortable soft shoes - The inside is soft and comfy- they are easy to walk in and I do have problematic feet when it comes to sandals- I have worn them every day since I got them 3 weeks ago! (And I have lots of choices!)

Wonderful - I love my Naot shoes "Kate." The color and bling are stylish and the comfort of these shoes makes me want to wear them all the time. I'm very satisfied!

Naot Kate - Sandal is very comfortable and stylish - runs slightly narrow compared to other Naot shoes, but that is partly why it looks so nice! Metal leather has a distressed finish that gives it an expensive look. Zappos service is always excellent!

So comfortable! I wear a 10N, and this Naot fits me great. I am in constant search of a comfortable black sandal that is at least somewhat stylish, and this shoe is perfect. I've wasted a lot of money in the process, so I'm so happy my search has ended.

Adds a little more height than the mephisto which makes this shoe a little more special with skirts & dresses especially when touring in cities during summer months.

Cute but too narrow - Naots are very comfy and I love the look of this shoe but it is simply too narrow for me. I do not have a wide foot normally. With Danskos I actually need a narrow size. I would say not to order these unless you have a narrow foot.

Naot Kate - By far, the most comfortable. They are great for work, shopping, walking the dog, anything! I bought them for a trade show next week and I know I'll wear them everyday & night. This is my third pair of Naots and I believe the most comfortable of all. I wear a size 9 and usually wear a 40 but had to go to 41 for this footbed.

I do not like these shoes. I earlier wrote how great they were, but since then, they have gotten more and more uncomfortable. They are very wide and seem much bigger than what they really are. They constantly irritate my little toes on both feet.

Naot's Kate - I love these shoes. I bought a black matte leather pair and also the wood patent leather. I had to exchange the wood patent because the upper strap rubbed on my foot. The next pair was fine. They were comfortable from the first time I put them on. I have heel pain and these are the only shoes I have found that I can wear all day without a lot of pain. I did have to punch an additional hole in the strap across the toe. The only negative was that the black dye rubbed off on my foot but that has stopped. The customer service at Zappos is great. I will definitely be ordering from them again...matter of fact I just did today.

Like walking on a cloud - My shoe size is 8AA and I like the Kate because I can tighten the straps, which I had to do. I returned the Naot Ashley because it was too wide and not adjustable. My Kate is black patent which looks dressy, the rhinestones are attractive and heel height is good. The comfort is so incredible I don't want to take them off. I plan to order the Kate in another color. If you have a narrow foot, this is the sandal for you because of two buckle adjustments.

Black dye - Black color dyes your foot the first two times shoe is worn. After that, it is fine.

New Use for This Sandal - If I were going to wear these out in public...I would give them 1 star for LOOK...the "bling" is just too cheesy! Almost sent them back...BUT I realized they would make perfect sandals to wear as summer slippers/shoes for comfy loungewear after swimming and with summer evening lounge wear!! Perfect!! I love them!!

Love my Kates - When these shoes arrived I opened the package and tried them on. Then I got distracted and found that an hour later the shoes were still on my feet! Soooo comfortable you won't even know you have shoes on :)

Zappos Order - I love my Naot shoes, have several different pair. Zappos service is unbelievable, others could take lessons. Thank you so much.

Finally a shoe that fits! Stylish (I have the red patent version) and true to my small size, unbelievably comfortable. I highly recommend these shoes. I will definitely come back to this brand.

Unique & comfy - This is the first pair of Naot shoes I have purchased. I am extremely happy. This shoe is very comfortable and feminine at the same time. i have a bad right foot and have a hard time with sandals but this one fits great!

Thank you for getting back to me regarding the size 13 on these shoes, the Naots run a little short, so I need a longer toe bed. I enjoy the narrow shoe. They look classy and will look great for this summer!

Great Shoe - I needed a comfortable shoe to walk around a convention and this is it!! Love it and love Zappos!
