I want to love these shoes. I really do. All the positive reviews, the happy video of how awesome Naot shoes are... the 5 stars leap off the page like I will never, ever take them off. Can I just tell you - between us girls - these are the most uncomfortable sandals in my closet. I'll put the breaking in blisters aside because every shoe needs time to break in. I gave them 2 stars overall because they are extremely well made. They'll likely last forever, which isn't a plus for me at this point. The arch support is high enough that it actually bruised my foot, and the lip around the edge of the foot bed is unforgiving and uncomfortable. I have to stick it out with this sandal because I bought it for vacation and ended up having to wear it for a few days. During that time, the comfort did not improve. Still have hope that maybe it'll get better with time, but it won't be my first choice on any day.

I've owned many pairs of Naots and have loved them, but lately have found that the cut of the upper leather is too roomy, so I have been forced to look at styles that can be tightened. The problem with the Kate is that upper strap sits too low down the foot so they are not comfortable to wear. Also, the color is different. Online they look like a pearly white, but they are really a dove gray color.

I am not at all as fond of these shoes as I am the Mary, Marissa or even Ashley. I didn't like the fit as much or the look, mind you I tried them on in white patent and that's a hard color to like.

The shoes were not even in the correct box, AND THEY WERE WORN. THAT WAS A FIRST FOR ZAPPOS. PLEASE CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. I SENT THEM THE WAY I RECEIVED THEM.

I owned a pair of these a few years ago and they were great. Fast forward 10 years later and these shoes are not worth the price. I can barely walk in them. Simple walking is annoying as they don't grasp my foot.

looked like been worn, footbed was indented, buckles would not lay down after I adjusted them tighter, overall very, very disappointed. I LOVE these shoes and have previously bought 2 pair. this one is just worn out. and the boxes are coming to me all torn up and crushed, from being in a bag not a box. sorry, otherwise love zappos and shoes normally, thanks

Super hard sole and not comfy at all like all Naots are. Return!

This is my second color in this style and brand so obviously I like them BUT I think I got someone's return. It looks like the shoes were worn and tried by someone who had wide feet and couldn't make it work. My feet are narrow and they had them on the widest hole. Not sure if I will send them back and get a fresh pair or not. Ewww. Feet are so personal and these shoes are too expensive so to have a brand new pair.

These sandals ran small and looked and felt very cheap. The patent leather straps felt like plastic, and foot bed was not as soft as other Naot sandals. Overall the sandals were inferior to other Naot shoes that I have bought in the past. Honestly, I think these were knockoffs. They certainly in no way were worth what I paid. If this is what to expect from Zappos then I no longer want to do business with you. They are going back. They are already boxed and ready to ship!

This is my 3rd pair of Naot sandals and this is the only pair that hasn't fit! My husband even said "aren't those too small? Your heel is hanging off the back!" They will be returned.

I found the footbed to be very hard. The sizing has definitely changed since I last purchased this brand. They run small to size. The straps were thin and flimsy. Sorry, but these are being sent back.

Really cute. This sandal is narrow and not a true 9. I have narrow feet and my foot is a 9. I was surprised. Naot is an expensive shoe. I am disappointed that I have to send them back.
