I am an 11 and need a 43 in Naot. LOVE these shoes. My foot is narrower and they are delicate, pretty, and very comfortable. Love them the most out of Birki's and Dansko. Wish I could buy them in every color. I have them in black. My only hang up about these shoes, is the diamond clasp. Sometimes I think it is funky, sometimes I am not sure if I like it! I wish Naot would make more shoes in this size, because they are so so comfortable and have great support and do not stretch out.

Believe what you read!
I read the reviews and even Zappos description that said they run narrow. I bought them anyway, they're so cute. I would agree that they are narrower than other Naots and I would also say slightly smaller. I'm returning mine and am debating ordering a size larger. I wish they had half sizes!

Love the sandals! They are very comfortable and can be worn all day and they look great with jeans. I wear a size 5 in womens but in this brand, I need the EU 35 (4). My only complaint is that the buckle straps are long and have curled up.

My feet aren't really narrow or wide and these shoes fit me just right (though a touch long in the toe area) - I ordered up a 1/2 size. They are very comfy and fancy enough to wear to work in the summer.

At last, a comfortable pair of sandals for those of us with very narrow feet. I did have to order one size larger as the sandals run short. I have plantar fasciitis and am thrilled to have found a cute and comfortable pair of sandals that I can wear all day, every day. Great arch support! The only negative is that the leather upper seems somewhat thin for the cost of the shoes. However, it wouldn't prevent me from purchasing another pair!

I purchased these shoes from Zappos in 4 different colors. I have Achilles Tendonitis and these are the only shoes I can wear comfortably. They have very good arch support and although I have a narrow foot, I have been able to make them fit well. In addition to being very comfortable, they are stylish as well. I would highly recommend this shoe. The overnight service from Zappos is awesome!

I ordered the Kate shoe after experiencing some pain in my foot. I had never ordered Naot shoes before but did so on the recommendation of friends who had. They felt wonderful from the moment I put them on. I always order shoes in medium and found that after the first wear, I had to adjust the front strap by one hole. After that, they've been terrific. I thought so highly of them (love the raspberry patent and rhinestone) that I ordered a pair (in red patent) for my mother who had had foot surgery. She couldn't stop cooing over them, too!

Now I can stand up all day and still have my feet look and feel great! I thought the footbed would have been contoured more, but these shoes are really comfortable just the same. I had to order up one size but with free shipping it was no problem at all. Alright, Ladies...THIS SHOE MAKES THE SOLES OF MY FEET FEEL LIKE I'M WALKING IN HEAVEN!!! Need I say more??? BUY this shoe! YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO!!! I own another pair of NAOT sandals in the elegant collection and they are the Marissa style and they are WONDERFUL, as well. These feel just like those sandals and are so beautiful, as well. However I will NOT recommend that you buy the NAOT KAYLA EVER...they really hurt, but these are a definite life saver with my 3 kids and walking everywhere. This shoe is adorable. I had similar ones from Naot last year that were leather instead of patent. The leather ones stretched out rather quickly where they didn't fit any longer, but were more comfortable to start with than the patent. The patent feels a bit narrow but will give as I wear them more often. I don't think the patent will fall off my foot as the leather ones did.

I have this shoe in five colors because it looks great with everything and colors are bright. Not just typical black and white. It is adjustable which is great for anyone with slender feet and doesn't look at all clunky.
Also, quite comfortable. One hint, order one-half size larger than normal.

I bought these to wear to my sons wedding and they were perfect. The only problem I had was that the arch rubbed inside a little, but it was the first time I had worn them. The footbed is a bit narrow if you have a wide foot, but the straps will adjust for wearability.

Naot is a great brand and I've always had success with their shoes but the Kate did not work for me. The size was good and the style is great with the bejeweled buckle. The problem is that the round buckle hits my foot when I walk and it's uncomfortable. I tried to adjust the strap but that did not help. Unfortunately, I had to return the shoes.

Love the look of this sandal. I have a wide foot and high instep and while the straps allow me to get the shoe on, my foot hangs over the sides. On the right foot this shoe would be awesome. It is also very comfortable. So sorry that it didn't work out.

The Naot Kate is stylish. The dark gold tinged color is very attractive and I really appreciate a buckle over velcro, unfortunately the last is too narrow for my foot so the straps and the edge of the footbed cause uncomfortable friction on my feet. These will have to go back - sad because they are perfect with a dark gold leather and straw beach bag that I love to use during the summer.

Very pretty shoe and I love the subtle bling on the buckles. The leather straps are very soft and may be prone to stretching easily...but we'll see as time goes on. The footbed is soft and comfortable...as it usually is with Naots.
