I was unhappy with the support of the insole compared to the shoe....it seemed a bit thin...and it was not wide enough for the top of my foot. I will look for the slide in a wide.

I’m a physical therapist and on a mission to find over-the-counter orthotics I can recommend to my patients. They need to work for most people/activities, which means moderate arch support, moderate motion control, and some cushion for comfort. I don’t recommend these because the arch support is not enough. There’s also uncomfortable extra padding that doesn’t match the ball of foot area, very strange. Instead I will be recommending the Vionic Orthaheel RELIEF orthotics.

Not quite as supportive as the Max version, but a little gentler on the feet. The Max is more rigid, these have a little flex in the arch support. I like both. I use the Max when I'm doing yard work and fitness. This Original version is great for everyday wear. Spenco shoes and insoles have saved me thousands of dollars in medical / chiropractic expenses. I wear them during all my waking hours to prevent back pain due to bulging discs, uneven leg length, and other spinal issues. Thongs, slippers, and insoles.

I wear a size women's 11 1/2 shoe and ordered the #4(11-12) and it fit perfectly. My feet are also narrow but it was a good fit in my shoe without any trimming. It has good arch support and cushioning.

I bought some new shoes. (brooks cadence) which I love, but was getting horrible bruises on the outsides of my feet due to under pronating and unsupported insoles that came with the cadence. Did some research and ordered these insoles and haven't had a problem yet. They are light and very supportive, especially on the outside of the sole. The only thing is they are a little bit thicker then the stock soles, so this make my shoes a bit more snug now. Bottom line if you're an under pronator or just need some more out side support definitely give these soles a try

I've been suffering from PF for over a year and a half have tried severral offerings from different companies and these are by far the most supportive and strong.

I've been wearing these in my athletic shoes for a month now, and they're so comfortable that I plan to put some in all of my shoes! I've been having a plantar fasciitis flare-up, and the shoes with these in them are the only shoes that don't hurt my feet right now. In fact, they're a pleasure to wear -- not only great support, but amazing cushioning as well. Thanks to the reviewers here on Zappos for selling me on these inserts -- you were right!

I bought a pair of these in December 2009. We had gone to Las Vegas and we were walking everywhere, my feet were killing me before the first day was over. I tried on probably 10 different insoles and none felt as good as this one. I have walked several hundred miles in these and stood for over 1000 hours. They are finally smashed flat in the toe area, and I am getting ready to buy another pair, or possibly 2. Definitely worth checking these out.

After surgery on my foot, I spent a lot of money on custom orthotics. When it was time to get new inserts, I decided to give these a try. I am very pleased. They are comfortable. These do the job and I would order them again.

Helps a lot with flat feet and back pain. I have them in every workout shoe . Worth the money by rotating the shoes. You don’t need to replace them as often as you should . Thanks Zappos for the excellent customer service and fast shipping as always .
