I purchased these because I was having pain from a bone spur on my right foot, which comes and goes. Upon receiving these, I immediately put them inside my shoes, then went about my day in town, doing various things. When I got home, the soles of my feet hurt...so much so, that I felt that if I continued to use these insoles, that in two or three days, I would have blisters on the bottom of my feet, so I decided to buy another pair of shoes, which I received today, and they feel a lot better than these insoles. I was hoping that these insoles would help, but, while they helped a little bit with the bone spur pain, they created a different pain on the bottom of both feet. I may try them again, and if anything changes, I will edit my review.
