These seem to be the answer to my prayers. They are comfortable, have an excellent arch support, and my foot which was operated on a year ago - is not longer swelling up. I wore them for four days straight to be sure. I have just put in an order for two more pair. Thank you, Spenco and Zappos!

I have a dozen pairs of these for all my shoes. they helped me get thru plantar fasciitis, and I won't be without a pair!

Total support is totally perfect. I actually use them with a pair of flat dress shoes and it makes them super comfy, providing some arch support and definitely helping with over-pronation.

I use these for arch support in my work and walking shoes. MUCH better than the ones that come in shoes. I started using them several years ago after a flare-up of plantar fasciitis, which is very painful. I've had no problems since using these. The firm arch support and good heel cushion are very comfortable.

Great inserts! 2 distinct reasons I purchase these inserts for new shoes. First the material that Spenco uses does not mat down, and second these inserts seem to fit into the shoes better than others. Spenco is my go to company for giving great support for my feet.

I have rheumatoid arthritis that affects my feet. I have a very hard time finding comfortable shoes. I bought these insoles for a pair of walking shoes that stopped being comfortable. They fit perfectly and they are so comfortable that I am going to buy a couple more. I definitely recommend them.

Go for it! I used these insoles to revive two pairs of running shoes and it worked. Very pleased and I think I may spend less on shoes in the future and depend on these, not the shoes, for support. My foot: shaped like a brick, no arch, high instep.

I have high arches and wide feet, and no shoe supports them out of the box. I love Spenco Total support. I have a pair for all of my casual shoes with removable insoles. These work with Merrell slides, running shoes, hiking boots. They are not very cushioned. If you want spongy cushions there are other Spenco styles with more foam, but less arch support. I need the arch support these provide, because my feet and back do not ache from standing on them all day.

After two hip replacements and other health issues I was told I had flat feet. Ignore that for a while and plantar fasciitis! None of my shoes had arch support so I tried Dr Scholls. Did nothing and did not replace the entire innersole. This Spenco Total Support Original replaced the innersole in my New Balance and from that moment on I felt relief - wore them around the house all day and out the next day - even relieved my bunion pain!

Hammer toes and flat arches on both feet. Product gave better relief than my $300 custom insoles. Excellent comfort in my hiking boots, 5 miles / day 3 days / week.

I have suffered for many years with problems with my feet. I have gone to podiatrist and they made me inserts for my shoes, but to no avail they did not work. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. I did order vionic shoes and they were great, but expensive, then I came across their inserts for my shoes, and behold they worked. No more pain in my feet and I am back walking again and no more pain. The best thing I ever did.

Impressed with quality and fit. Only one day to break in this great product. Makes tired out shoes fell like new. Will continue to use this product through the years.

Completely resolved an issue I had with pain in my arches when running long distances. I have used them in all my running shoes for the last 5 years while completing 5 marathons. They give you a little extra cushioning and good arch support. Very durable.

I've tried them all, green feet, powersoles, etc. These are absolutely the best. I had a bad heel fracture from an accident and plantar faciitis and for me these gave me excellent support to take the pressure off of my heel and awesome cushioning. I cannot say enough good things about this product. Well worth the investment. If you are larger, say over 220 lbs, I would go with the total support maxx.

These Spenco inner sole replacements are the best I have ever used. Highly recommend them to anone looking for good support in an athletic shoe.

I used these insoles in a pair of walking shoes for additional support. I have Morton's Neuroma and these insoles helped to relieve the pain. I am very pleased with them.

I was skeptical about these working. I tried some gel insoles and some little plastic insoles before and they didn't help. But the Spenco insoles are awesome! I switch them from shoe to shoe and even put them in my flats which I'm pretty excited about. I never used to be able to wear flats before because they made my feet and knees way too sore, but with these insoles I can walk around in flats all day. Woohoo! Love 'em. Also, as a note, some reviewers said the insoles were too big for their shoes -- all you do is cut them to your foot length and they will fit! I'm a size 6.5 shoe but got the size 7-8 insole so I had to cut it a bunch. I think they might be a little wide, so when I buy these again I'm going to get the size 5-6 and see how it goes.

Awesome! These were so good I ordered a second pair after wearing the first for a week. No pain in my feet now at all.

These are the best arch supports I have found for running. I have completely flat feet and some other foot issues, but with the Spenco supports I do not have any problems.

My doctor recommended these for my plantar fasciitis. These have made it much better for my walking with the dogs and walking videos. Cushioned my heel and it does not make my arches feel funny like some other ones I have tried.

These things are perfect! I think I have found my insole for life! My current application for these is in my soccer shoes, both indoor and cleats. I found myself on a goose chase to find the right pair for the job. I tried 4 different types before I finally went with these and got the perfect fit. I tried 3 different New Balance insoles and they have just too much volume for the application. I tried Dr. Scholls athletic insoles just for kicks and nope. Then I originally ordered the Thin version of this insole. Perfect fit but just not enough padding in the forefoot on the "thin" version. Got the regular total support insoles today and these are it! I've got a high arch and narrow heel, these insoles have the perfect combination of padding in the heel and forefoot along with arch support. They are the perfect volume as well! Meaning, they don't put your heel up too high to where it slides around in the heel cup like some big volume insoles will due. I'm excited about them! And glad to be done with hunting around for the right pair.

These are awesome! The Size 6 fit my size 14 Patagonia Drifter ACs like they were custom made! The drifter already has moderate arch support but I have high arches and adding these insoles was the best move I could have made toward improving my whole experience with the shoes. I am recently recovered from a broken metatarsal and these definitely help my foot feel better at the end of the day. These are the best insoles that I have used so far. I bought a pair for my boots too.

These are a great value. I need a soft, high arch, flexible orthotic for my strained plantar ligaments per my dr. These have been fine. I run in them and put in my daily walking shoes. They provide the much need comfort I should have been using all along. The podiatrist wanted me to get a $500 custom orthotic but these work fine. I'm happy I didn't waste my money on the custom ones.
