Love the sandal from the first day I wore them never had any problems had a lot of compliments. Although I've had some trouble with the stitching around the straps didn't hold up tore loose. Is there some sort of warranty still love the shoe going to see if I can get them repaired.The most comfortable sandal ever. Just ordered another Jambu sandal in different style.

I love how Zappos treats their customers! It's fun! I love these sandals (my second pair) although the insole is kind of rubbery and makes your foot stick in place; not sweaty, but stuck. I prefer a sleeker feel under my foot but that's a personal preference. Another insert with a little more arch support took care of that. These are well made and although stubby looking - actually make your foot look small. I can wear them dressed up or down.

Very comfortable and good looking. The arch is in the right spot and the width is perfect; however, I wear a 10 and these are just a little short. I planned to use them on a walking vacation so need to return them. I would keep them if they were just for regular use.

If the shoe felt good for my feet I would have ordered a half size larger because of big toe rubbing. I have over pronating feet and the shoe was not comfortable for me. I also think the insoles may be to sweaty for regular wear. I just had them on for 5 minutes and knew the shoe would not work for me. I love dealing with Zappos because I do have such problems when buying shoes and their no hassle return policy is great! The shoe seems that it would be really comfortable if you do not have foot issues.

So cute in the Navy/Turquoise but these felt a bit short although I ordered by normal 7.5 Medium size. My toes felt like they bumped the end of the toe area and despite the feeling that my foot was nicely hugged, the sides were not supportive enough (my feet pronate). The strap is velcroed by I had to have it pulled fairly tight since I think my foot must been low volume in that area. The heel also seemed a bit lower than I normally prefer. The one downer though was that the lining felt very warm in bare feet. The search continues! Thanks once again for such a huge, deep inventory, Zappos, and fab service!

I am returning 9 and I will try both the 9½ and 10. The shoes fit OK otherwise, but they are too short and rammed my toes into the front of the shoes. The navy/aqua color beautiful, and overall nicely adjustable for comfort, so I have to try the larger size.

I love them - they are very comfortable and for me, completely true to size. I don't know how truly adventurous I would get in these - love that they are more stylish than say, Tevas, and give my tend-to-stub-them toes protection, but I worry that on me (and all feet are different) the heel strap might dig in and cause blisters if I actually brave something more than a walk to work and so I will risk my toes and switch to faithful Chacos for anything actually, really adventurous. But for daily mountain town living, these are great. I love the way they look and feel, except for the heel strap concern. I just got them and have been wearing them around the house and even though I have high arches they still feel good to stand in. I am also happy with the black and brown combo as I can perhaps keep my summer shoe count to a minimum (gasp! I know, I know).

These shoes are adorable. Oddly short in the toes, as others have said, and that's from someone with stubby toes. I just ordered a half size up -- same size as I wear in Keen's, with thick socks -- and they're perfect, barefoot. Very comfortable and soft. On the pavement, they feel like bare feet with just right amount of protection and support. The only thing that stops me from ordering every color is that they squeak. Arrgh. That doesn't usually happen until wearing a shoe for a while, but this one started the first time out.

I really like these shoes everything good the reviewers say below about these shoes are basically true-I ordered the 6½ in red, but now I think the size 7 possibly would have been a better fit. As these fit great with the innersoles removed - but too snug with them in? I am just not to sure if these shoes would be comfortable to wear without for any length of time. So now I think I should return them for the half size larger, but of course these in the red are now out of stock, meanwhile I will give these great looking shoes another try with out the innersoles (in the house, of course) as the length and width on these size 6½ even with my bunions are perfect until I insert those innersoles.

Cute walking shoes...but they had to go back. I normally wear a 7 but had to order a 7.5 to get black. Good thing because the 7's would have been too short. Unfortunately the strap at the heel rubs, and the toe box -- though plenty wide -- is low and rubs on the top of the big toe nail. This is a well cushioned shoe, but not a good fit for me.

Love the shoe, however after one year the stitching on the velcro came apart and not sure how to repair it, and I can't wear it because I cannot close the strap.

I bought these shoes for all my walking trips this summer. I wanted comfort, as well as a nice looking shoe. When they arrived, I was concerned about the hard cover over the toe bed. I was afraid my toe wouldn't get adequate movement, as that part of the shoe is not leather and very inflexible. I wore them around the house a few days before I decided to keep them. I've since worn them out and about and have had no problems with the shoes. They are very comfortable and versatile. I can wear with them with or without socks.

I ordered these sandals because they looked comfortable for walking since I had a big walking trip planned. I love them! They did not have to be broken in and fit my foot perfectly! The only drawback is in hot weather your foot sweats in them. But I am so happy with them, I will order more Jambu sandals and shoes in the future. When I started reading the reviews I realized that they were for the J-41 Dune. I am writing a review for the Jambu Dune. I bought them in red which is muted, like what is shown. I wear a size 7 and I believe these are true to size but if you like more room at the toes, order a size up. They have a nice built in arch support but the insert is not removable. They feel moderately comfortable on my feet with the exception of the inner edge of the shoe. It rubs and will probably give me a blister. I tried a patch of moleskin but that did not help. I put in a pair of my arch supports and that seemed to raise my foot up high enough to keep from rubbing. I may try some shoe stretch liquid and see if that helps. I got my pair elsewhere (Too late! All gone!). If I had paid Zappos price I would have to send them back because of the rubbing. I will risk the money. All in all a nice shoe, nice red color.

Super comfy! Love the look, love the fit, love the shoe! Like other reviewers, I've found that one of the inner liners is pulling up in the toe area, I'll probably try gluing it down if it keeps bugging me, but I think the biggest problem is that (like one reviewer mentioned) the clear part of the sole of the shoe is not safe on wet floors. I've nearly wiped out a couple of times. I will probably try and figure out a way to remedy this, but it just doesn't make sense to me; it would seem that it is just as slippery on wet rocks during trail walks.

Unique! Very different looking shoe. More comfortable with socks than with bare feet. Run quite wide, but I have narrow feet. Lots of compliments!

These are adorable, but the first time I wore them they made several blisters. I live in Arizona, so the heat in the middle of the day caused my feet to sweat and no matter what, that changes how your shoes rub on your feet. I found that the second time I wore them, I didn't walk as much, made sure I was inside most of the time, and used a little bit of powder in them. That helped immensely. They are way cute with a pair of capris or cropped pants... or a skort... They are rugged do have a bit of support, but they are not an all day running around constant walking shoe if you're over 40 with foot problems.

Comfy, but just a bit short. Love the style and comfort of these shoes. I usually wear a 10, but they are just a tad short and hit my second toe on one side causing a little discomfort. 11's were too big, wish they had a 10 1/2. Even with that though, they are comfy to wear and bouncy. The inside lining gets a little wrinkly when wearing without socks.

Awesome Shoes! I wore these shoes for three days of walking around Wash. DC - Great! No breaking-in required and no blisters. Probably could use a little more cushion in the foot bed and more arch support though. I got these in the Black Earth - very versatile as the soles and cross straps are brown so they go with anything. After reading other reviews, I ordered both a 7 and a 7 1/2 - since my foot is narrow the 7 fit better - the 7 1/2 was not much longer, but felt much wider overall.

I really like the shoes, but not exactly what I expected - I've had more comfortable shoes, but they are comfy and I won't send them back. I'm a tad bit disappointed that the inner lining slips out every time I take the shoe off.

Cute Shoes - I do like these shoes. However, there is not as much padding on the sole as it looks like in the picture, but there is room to insert extra padding under the insole, which I plan to do. I also didn't like the bold white stitching around the outside of the shoe so I took a black felt pen and colored it black. I do like them and probably will wear them more when the weather is a little warmer.

This is a cute, comfortable flat for casual wear. I wear it with socks and without. If you have fleshy feet the elastic bands will probably be too tight.

Very cute, true to size, but a bit narrow - Based on all the reviews, I ordered a half size bigger than I normally wear, but they were too big so I had to send them back for my regular size. And I think they are a bit narrow as they squeeze my foot right below my pinkie toes. That being said, they are fairly comfortable and very cute. I've gotten a lot of compliments!

Look good...feels ok...need band aides! Some of the straps left marks on my feet the 1st time I wore them...need to wear socks or have a stock of band aides when breaking these girls in!!
