Straps run smaller than usual, I bought 2 other reef flops at the same time and this was the only pair I couldn't get my feet in. The straps we're much smaller than the other two.

Way too narrow. Length was perfect but they were squeezing my feet to the point it was painful.

Ordered these for my husband for an upcoming vacation. He liked the style, but said that the little grippy bumps on the foot bed were irritating on his feet. He normally wears a 10 in tennis shoes, and the 11's in these fit perfectly. So, its safe to say these run a whole size to small. Sent back.

My husband has been wearing reefs forever, and we ordered these as a replacement for an older pair. Unfortunately, they fit completely different than his old pair. They definitely ran at least a half size smaller than his other pair. We ended up returning them and going with a different reef style.

I purchased these to replace a pair of $10 sandals I had for years. I liked the look of these and the reviews were good. I was shocked at how uncomfortable they were. I returned them for two reasons: 1) They were tight to get on, but not because of the size. They actually felt a little big. The problem with the fit is that the thong is too far toward the big toe, so it grips your toe uncomfortably while the rest is quite loose. 2) All surfaces that touch the foot are ABRASIVE. If you wear socks with sandals, you probably won't mind. I am barefoot a lot, so my feet aren't exactly dainty. I'm puzzled why so many reviews are glowing on this product. I ordered a pair of Sperry sandals at the same time, which feel pretty good. Don't think I will try Reef again.

These looked great, but they are not for wide feet; the strap across the top was extremely tight and they would not fit. For this customer, the arch support was too high. Also, they had a rough spot where the strap connected to the sole - quite uncomfortable.

Structurally sound but cover "fabric" is peeling off (started a couple weeks after arrival). This was without any particularly hard use - I wore them walking from the locker room to the pool deck and back.

While comfortable, after about a month the straps already show significant signs of cracking and busting apart at the seams.

Very disappointed in this sandal. Used to be a big Reef fan. I wandered away several years ago as I found better products, but gave them another chance with these. They are not as comfortable as older Reefs or other competitor's sandals. Too late to return but won't be wearing them for long.

These are not the high quality Reefs that I expected. They are a bit cheap in the construction compared to past Reefs and they ran small. I returned them!

Good flip but very very narrow, tried to wear them but my foot was wider than the flip. The flip is okay overall but the quality does not compare with Olukai, which I own 3 pair, so I sent the Reefs back and once more ordered the best flip made, Olukai.

I bought two pair of these and tried the first while on vacation at the beach. The ribbon between the large and second toes rubbed raw. I can't return the worn pair but am returning the second pair. Very disappointed.

too small for a 10 flip flop

My husband has worn these for years and we keep re-ordering the same ones. The last two times we ordered from Zappos the shoes were obviously worn and returned and even smelled like a musty deodorized house. I think we are done with Zappos after this. Shoes are great. Zappos zero stars. Stop selling used garbage.

not sure if this is a different generation of product, but the quality is trash compared to a pair of Reef Phantoms i previously purchased on Amazon. horrible cheap light foam sole. should be 1/3 the price for this awful quality.
