I've owned 7+ pairs of phantoms going back 10 years or more, always been the best sandal ever. Something has changed. They feel cheap, don't fit the same and leave black marks on the floor, quality is way down. It's time for a new pair of flops and I am switching to a new brand.

again they sizing is off a size 15 is smaller than my old 14s. And i feel like these are now made in china and the quality just doesnt seem to be the same .Been a avid Reef wearer for 10 years but dont know if I will continue and am looking at other brands now

sizing is off shoes too small feel like the cheapest quality compared too the old reefs

I own two pair of reefs size 12 they were true to size but the phantoms run a size smaller, sending back and reordering a 13

Reed used to make decent flip flops. I've been wearing them for years, but the last 2 pair are I bought bud were junk. Most recently I bought a pair of Phantoms in 5/8/17. The flops got wet 3 times and completely fell apart. One strap pulled loose at the inner arch and the other between the toes. Less than 2 months of being worn and there in the trash. Complete junk. Don't waste your money.

Why did you mess with what works. Your new sandals have stupid heels and look ridiculous. I've been wearing reefs for 25+ years and the only ones that I like now are the Smooties and they wear out too quickly

Anatomically incorrect / not designed for humans! The toe post and arch support are way to the back of the sandal (even comparing to other Reef models), therefore if aligned with your foot, then your toes have to be at least longer to reach the front of the sandal (heel is hanging over the back and your toes are far away from the front end, even check someone's photo on this website). And the shape is awkward - it's wide where it shouldn't be. The conclusion - it is for monkeys. The material used is not top notch either - I've been wearing these for 3 days and the bottoms of the soles are worn off already quite a bit.

Unfortunately, I will be returning these. They are too narrow for my foot, and are uncomfortably tight. I am trying to replace a pair of Reefs I had for several years, and cannot remember the style. These looked very similar on the web page, but did not work out for me. I will keep shopping, and love the Reef sandals.

I bought two different types of flipflops, at the same time, and the one pair has plastic soles which is very slippery, and very uncomfortable. Considering that REEF'S are the only flipflop product i wear, I am very unhappy with both pair.. These are the worse flipsflops I have ever had..

I use this product almost every day. There is nothing great about these flipflops, they are the most uncomfortable flipflops i have ever bought. I only wear REEF'S, and I am very unhappy with this product

I didn't care for these at all and will be returning them ASAP.

Love the product. Just got a bad pair. I have had 5 or 6 pairs over the last few years

These flip flops turn your feet black after even a very short time of use. Very disappointed.

Too small! I have worn reefs size 10 for many years (>10) and they always fit until now! So I sent them back. What gives?

I ordered a size 12 mens which always fit these were too small return them filled out the paperwork for a size 13 that was over 2 weeks ago still haven't received them don't even know what to think at this point but if I don't get them no loss

After having Reef flip flops for years that I have thoroughly enjoyed I have been very disappointed in my last 2 pair due to sizing issues. The both pair were identical to older pairs- except for the length being short on the first pair- The second pair the length was right but the straps were too tight!! 1st pair=smoothly 2nd pair=phantoms

Too small. Not true to a size 8 in mens. Having to return and not sure if I should chance ordering a bigger size.

The right flop fits but the left one is extremely tight. I don't mind them being a little tight, but this is a little much. I think they were manufactured improperly. My feet are the same exact size and I've never had a problem with these before. I've been a Reef fan for a long time, but I may start having to look elsewhere.

they are really good untill the strap get out of the sole,,,,,its the third pair that is hapens to me with i head enough,,,,,i wont buy them anymore,,,,and i might not buy reef any more,,,,,

Overpriced considering where they were made. Not a easy to break in as previous versions.
