Comfortable and cute - I'm a power-walking underpronator with fallen arches and very narrow feet--a nightmare to fit in running shoes. These shoes are very flexible in the midsole, yet have great arch support and cushioning. They fit perfectly, and the pink color is pretty to boot. I couldn't be more pleased with them!

AWESOME! I'm an avid runner and always felt like my shoe never properly fit. I decided to venture to Kingston, ON from NY to a shoe store to get properly fitted. It turns out that I was wearing ill-fitting shoes! I tried on a 1/2 dozen shoes and liked this one the best in a 9N instead of 8.5M. They are GREAT for pronation, are light weight and feel broken in the instant you put them on. I hope these never get discontinued and I hope New Balance never tries to alter this make. It's perfect the way it is.

First sneaker that ever fit! I have a 2E foot, but usually wear D sneakers because I have never been able to find 2E. So these are my first sneakers that have fit perfectly! They are so comfortable. New Balance does run 1/2 size small, so I had to order a 1/2 larger than normal, but they are perfect!

Comfort Plus - I really like this shoe. I'm usually very pleased with New Balance so I wasn't disappointed. It is a tad bit shorter than I'm most comfortable with, but I kept them because I was afraid the next size up would be too big. Zappos is such a great company to do business with. I always come to them first for my shoes.

Ready to step out and step it up! I think this is the fourth time that I have ordered the same model and make to replace the ones I walked in previously. I like New Balance because they have a wide toe box, come in widths, and my orthotic fits in them easily. P.S. I love Zappos.

Most comfortable sneaker ever owned! These are the most comfortable sneakers I've ever owned! I have a very hard to find size (5 wide) and these came in a 5 EE. They are perfect in width and have great cushioning. I would definitely recommend these! I tried a few saucony's but the toe area was narrow/pointy even in wide, but these are awesome. I will only buy New Balance now.

Excellent for running - comfortable, great cushioning, good for pronation, my select after trying at least a dozen shoes; I purchased 1/2 size up.

Great shoe -- perfect for orthotics too! I had read some reviews mentioning that the shoe man run narrow. I would have to disagree with that, I went and ordered the wide version, thinking it would be best with my orthotics. Turned out to be very wide, didn't work out... Zappos has the BEST customer service, I had a prepaid mailer shipped to me, and the new shoes were on my doorstep within 2 days. My goodness what a big surprise. They are fabulous; my feet have never felt better. Thank you!

Great shoe! I'm usually a fan of NB, and this didn't disappoint. It’s designed especially for supination, and it has definitely helped me a lot with that. And it’s shiny :)

Love the shoes - I bought these shoes slightly larger to accommodate my orthotics. They are quite comfortable and don't weigh as much as other athletic shoes. I also prefer the mesh top as it's better for ventilation. Wider toe box; good stability.

I'll never go back to Nike - Not that Nikes aren't great shoes, but they are totally wrong for my feet (way too narrow), but New Balance shoes are EXACTLY what my feet were looking for! Where have you been all my life, New Balance? I love the roomy toe box! I can put on my new running shoes and my toes aren't pinched or squished at all! I love them! Plus, I really, really appreciate the fact that they are made in the USA. These shoes are great and I can't imagine ever buying running shoes that aren't New Balance! You won't regret buying these shoes!

Perfect for walking! Although these shoes are considered running shoes, I use them for walking. I walked 32 miles for a charity in these shoes, and NO blisters for me. A good fit is just as important as a good shoe, so be sure they feel good the minute you put them on. You should not need to "break" in shoes.

Best shoe I've had!!! This shoe feels great on and looks great too. I love that it has a larger toe box, so my toes don't feel like they are scrunched together. Feels great all day. I will definitely buy this shoe again!

I was nervous for the first day, and then for the first week, but now I'm happy. First, the shoes are a shinier silver than you'd guess from the picture, and I wanted a low-profile look. Second, though I got the "wide" size, which is usually right for me, they felt constricting across the instep, too much padding in the tongue and inner heel, and the bumpy laces didn't allow for self-adjustment with movement. But now that they're broken in and street-worn, they are a better color, and are extremely comfortable, with a snug, narrow heel and LOTS of cushioning at impact. (I have nerve injury in one foot so I'm sensitive.) I'm glad I stuck with them. The mesh is very flexible and light too.

First pair of NB ever! I have been a Nike or Reebok customer for years. I have problems with knees and ankles and a bad back. My doctor suggested getting a pair of NB several years ago saying they would help. The NB shoes were a great fit, with a roomy toe box. I plan to get an insert for them though as I like more padding in my shoe. I find that even when I am on my feet for hours at a time, I have less problems with sore feet, ankles or knees and my back hurts less as well. They do tend to look larger than my old Nikes, but I will buy them again.

I was excited to get this shoe, but unfortunately was disappointed. The wrap straps in front were very stiff, and they were pressed into a crooked pattern. It did not look nearly as nice as the online picture. The ivory color looked a bit dingy too. Just as an FYI, my foot is slightly wide and I think these were true to width, as they were slightly tight. I'll go with a different Coloriffics shoe instead.

They Squeak! This shoe is much shinier than I anticipated - the silver really glows at the gym; but the biggest issue is that they both squeak when I walk. Didn't start until after I'd worn them for several days and it seems to be getting worse. Don't know if I'll order these again, although the fit is okay for my wide feet, but not as comfortable as I expected.

Great active walker - This is a great shoe for people who walk briskly up and down hills: good traction and durability. It fits narrow feet really well.

Great shoe - This shoe is very comfortable. I walk almost every day and have to have good support. My job is on my feet too, so I am picky about what I put on my feet. These are stylish, feminine with the pink and silver, cooler with the mesh uppers, and very cushy to walk on. I love the laces. They are no slip so I don't have to double tie my laces.

This is a great exercise sneaker for walking. I have a narrow foot and need orthotics. The orthotics fit well in this sneaker without my heel sticking up too far up the back and rubbing. I usually buy Brooks Sneakers and decided to try New Balance this time and I'm glad I did. I really like the shoe laces too! I would recommend this shoe and will most likely purchase New Balance in the future. Zappos Rocks!

I am an aerobic instructor in Texas and I am always looking for a comfortable exercise shoe. I also have a narrow foot and I am 60 years old, so comfort is everything. I like this shoe because it is true to size and the toe box is a little narrower than some of the other shoes that I have ordered. I truly recommend it to my students.

WR768 is without a doubt the most comfortable and supportive walking shoe I've ever owned. It's snappy looking too! Only negative comment: the shoelaces are too long! (And I can live with that, and shall buy another pair soon.) You're a great company to deal with too!

I'm a new fan. In the past, I wore only Sauconys for their fit and looks, but decided to try something new with this order. Along with two Saucony styles, I added this NB model and found it to be more comfortable than either of the Sauconys. The toe box is high, which is great for me and the tongue of the shoe doesn't come up too high in the front, so there is no rubbing there and more ankle flexion is possible. I ordered my usual size 10 in a D width and was comfortable with a thin running sock. I just ran a few miles in them and no break-in was necessary. Yeah!
