This is the second pair I have purchased. Great support and control.

Perfect for summer workouts -
Remarkable support for such a lightweight trainer and I expect it will be cool and comfortable for sweaty summer workouts. I only wish it was a little plainer in appearance - would be more versatile without the stripes & colors.

This shoe would be good for someone who needs a really lightweight shoe. I personally didn't care for the foam/netting instead of leather, which is what I'm used to. It felt as if it did not have enough support for me. Also, the toe box felt a little wide. The quality and look were both great.

Ann, RN -
As a nurse with 31 years on my feet, I am constantly trying new shoes and spending almost anything I can on shoes. These NB's did not pass my "10 hour test". The size was fine; the width was wider than I expected requiring a thicker sock. My orthotics did not fit in the shoe. After wearing these shoes for two weeks in the operating room, I have gone back to my old shoes. The shoes are fine for exercise walking, but not for the day to day standing required for my job. This was an expensive mistake!

New Balance WR768 -
The shoe has great cushion and accommodates my orthotics well. I love the give of the mesh. I ordered the 2E width and it is true to width, but I can't seem to get a good fit on the size. 7.5 is my true size and the toes hit the front of the shoe. The size 8s are far too big. Frustrating!

Not for high arches -
Many people like this shoe, but if you have high arches, look elsewhere. The tops of the shoe barely meet the sides of the tongue and the laces are almost too short when the shoe is on my foot. I've never had a pair of NB shoes before that didn't fit, so like an idiot I put these on and went for a walk. I got the strangest blisters on my heels, low on the insides of my heels. Can't return them now! I found a pair of Profoot insoles to replace the existing insoles that save my heels from the weird bumps in the shoes, so I guess I can get some wear out of these. It just goes to show how different people's feet can be.

Okay shoe -
I purchased this shoe originally in the normal width, but it seemed too tight, so I ordered the wide and now there is too much room. I think the shoe just isn't right for me personally. I purchased two colors, but will be sending one back since I have not worn it yet. I think if the shoe fit me right, it would be a great shoe.

Cute shoe - that alone should have told me it would not be what I needed. No arch support.

It has been an entire year looking for a new pair of New Balance to replace the old ones. Saw the WR768 but was disappointed because they are clumsy looking at lease in my size (13) that is the reason I returned back for a narrow fit.

I have wide feet and neuropathy. Normally I buy New Balance shoes but this one feels narrower and shorter. I would not recommend for anyone with feet problems.

So Painful!
I wore New Balance walking shoes for my first 1/2 marathon in March 2008 and was quite happy. However, my first pair of NB running shoes, the WR768, were horrible! They were wicked cute, but after a mile on the treadmill, I was almost in tears from the pain! Even with my inserts, the shin pain was terrible. I couldn't get these off my feet fast enough.

Looks great, feels bad -
Very unhappy with these shoes. I loved the look and was hoping I would be able to get back into an exercise regime however I have never worn a shoe that I developed such pain in my heels after wearing them. Unfortunately I have had to settle for less attractive sneaker with greater comfort. Wish I could return these after wearing them a few days.
