Perfect Sneakers! I wear a 7EE. The last pair of NB shoes I bought seemed too long, but these are perfect. Good arch support. I can't speak to orthotics as I don't wear them. I'll buy another pair so that I have one in reserve in case they stop making this model.

I am so happy to be able to buy for my extra wide feet so easily. I like New Balance because they are wide and well built.

Excellent shoe, light, flexible -- and sturdy, with plenty of room for the toes.

Comfortable shoe - This has everything I've come to expect from New Balance. The comfort, the arch support, etc. The only thing I didn't like was the light grey in front of the shoe and a few other accent areas is kind of a cheap shiny vinyl looking material. I almost sent them back when I saw that, but it didn't look bad when on.

Love my New Balance shoes! I walk/run 6 miles a day and these shoes are by far the most comfortable! I will definitely get another pair as soon as these wear out.

Great sneaker - I have too many foot problems to list here, but this sneaker is awesome. I ended up buying a second pair in another color because the first pair fit so well, was so comfortable, and gave great support for working out and walking. A little pricier than I normally spend for sneakers...but worth every penny!

Love them! Very comfortable sneaker. I have a little extra room because I ordered a wide size. When I run in them, they have a nice bounce.

New Balance WR768 - Love the shoes - fit great. Needed a width of D and the shoe was wide in all the right places. I also use orthotics and they fit in the shoe perfectly.

Most comfortable gym shoes I've EVER worn! My New Year's Resolution was to get in shape for my upcoming wedding in July, so I wanted a new pair of gym shoes to keep my feet dry and comfortable while I workout. I actually bought these shoes from a specialty shoe store that carries all types of athletic shoes. I decided to look specifically at New Balance b/c I have always been satisfied in the past with their quality and workmanship. When I went into the store, I really did not intend on spending this much money, but once I tried on the WR768, they felt like I was walking on air! I had no break-in period and have had no pain in my feet or knees after working out! I would highly recommend the White/Carolina/Raspberry color...it looks great!

Was having a problem with heel pain. I've always have worn NB, so I thought a new pair might help. Love the shoes! Even the doctor approved! As a teacher, I'm on my feet all day. These shoes are a LIFESAVER!

Great, but not for me. I really wanted to love this shoe, and I almost did. I have a really narrow heel, and this shoe gave me almost no slippage. That was fabulous! But, it just felt like there was too much going on inside the shoe. It felt like there was too much stability control, and like my heels were in cups. I liked the cushioning, but they squeaked when I walked. As usual with NB, I had to order a half size larger and the fit was good. I really loved the way they look.

Zappos is still my favorite place to buy shoes! As far as comfort goes, these shoes get an A++. I wasn't expecting them to be so shiny though, the front toe and part of the back are reflective (great if you run at night), but I just wanted comfortable shoes. I decided to keep them anyway.

Not too bad - I was looking for arch support and comfort due to severe plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. These shoes are okay. I actually put additional inserts in that help. I am getting custom orthotics soon, and the insole in this shoe is removable and will accommodate them. I have absolutely no complaints about Zappos however!!! Their service was the best of anyone I've ever ordered from. Awesome. I will order again. Thank you!

Good support - I had recently purchased another pair of New Balanced shoes, the NB858, and after wearing this pair of 768s, found that I like them more than the more expensive and newer model 858. These shoes support my ankle much better and overall feel better when walking. Be sure to buy 1/2 size larger than your true shoe size.

Comfortable good looks for the Cure! I bought this shoe to wear while training and walking the Breast Cancer 3-Day. I was pleased to find out that New Balance was a sponsor and created shoes from which a portion of the profits goes to Susan G. Komen Philanthropic Trust. It would have been of little value, however, if the shoe didn't work. So far, I'm finding it to be exactly what I need for the training and the event. I will order another pair.

New Balance walkers are great! Very comfortable fit and very cushy with a good arch support!!! I have problem feet and need really comfortable sneakers. I will buy these again!

I bought these to replace NB W767 since NB said it's the same shoe. It fits slightly differently from the 767, but I am keeping it since I have such trouble finding anything in a narrow that is any better.

Good sneaker - I ordered this shoe because it's hard to find a cute sneaker in XW. It does not disappoint - very cute. However, I think Brooks sneakers are made better.

I usually wear a 7 in casual shoes. In running shoes I usually buy a 7.5. However the 7.5 in these shoes are too big. My heel slides around and it causes blisters on the insides of my heels. The shoes are also a little bulkier than what I am used to. I would buy your true size if you are going to buy these shoes.

Thank you Zappos! I just ordered these YESTERDAY and I just received them less than 24 hours after ordering! I haven't tried running in them just yet, but so far they are VERY comfortable. I'm glad I listened to other reviews and ordered a half size up. They're super cute too! Thanks Zappos!

Good but could be better - Arch support was not really what I imagined--usually I can wear the original insole for at least a month before resorting to my orthotics-- on these shoes I switched to my orthotic insoles on the second week and they are not as stabilized as I read and believed. Would not buy them again for the money--

Great Shoe - Feels excellent! My feet feel so much better when I where them. When I'm not wearing them, my feet don't feel as good as when I just had them on. I thought there would be more support on the inner foot. Overall feels great with my high arches.

Great shoe with comfort! This is a great shoe. I had been training in old shoes and got a blister. With these I was able to keep training. They were a bit stiff at first but the next day I walked longer and faster then before. I’ve only had them a couple of weeks so rated them lower, I don't know yet how long they'll last.

Comfortable but... I think these shoes are great... They are comfortable and they are wide enough to accommodate my EE feet. And they are soo light!! BUT I can't love them because they look so big! I am a size 8 or 8.5 and these shoes make my feet look like a 10 (or are all New Balance shoes like that?). And I just can't get over that because I am short and skinny, and my size 8 feet already look too big for me. So I am going to let my vanity get the best of me and I'm going to send them back... Oh and I noticed a lot of people saying that these shoes feel shorter than usual, I don't think so, I have had size 8.5 New Balance in the past, and I feel like I could go with a size 8 in these.

Very comfortable for all around sports, including walking - Comfortable and lightweight, but not as much arch support as I prefer. I am using a pair of inserts to compensate for that, but otherwise a great shoe for support and comfort.
