These would be good for light hiking trips, but too beefy for sidewalk city walking. Fairly heavy and sort of stiff (like hiking boots should be though). Very hiking shoe looking vs. urban. Cute for hiking shoes though. Will return since want something more stylish.

Returning the low Voyageur for the style that has mid-lacing around the ankle because my heels were slipping in the heel cup, even with thick socks. I have wide feet, and the toe box is great! I often have trouble finding shoes that are wide enough in the toe box, but need more narrow in the heel. I love Zappos return policy and quick shipping.

These shoes are very comfortable. They run a bit larger than most of Keen's in this size, but I substitute my prescription orthotic inserts and they fit perfectly.

I have also like Clarks, but Keens offer me better support and fit

I gave these four stars because they were not waterproof, but other than that, they are a five! Size-wise, they are pretty typical Keen shoes, as they run wider than most other brands I have tried and a 9½ fits my 9½ feet perfectly. It is quite comfortable to be on my feet all day in these shoes.

These feel really comfortable and look fun. I got them a half-size bigger than normal since I'll be hiking in them. They are pretty roomy but I haven't tried them with thick socks yet. I have to tie them pretty tightly though. I usually have to tie my shoes to keep the back from being too loose. I haven't figured out how to do that with these yet.

These run about half a size large. The attached tongue also creates a friction point on the top of my right foot even after adjustment. The shoes look good and has good lateral stability. They are heavy shoes with solid lacing. The arch support is fairly good for an off the shelf insert. If you have flat feet, you would probably still be well served to use an orthotic.... either custom or something like an Orthera.

Wide heel, adequate toe box. If you've got reasonably proportioned feet - i.e. your heels aren't much narrower than the balls of your feet, then this might be the shoe for you. Like the other Keens I've tried, they are beautifully made, with no bulky seams or protrusions on the inside of the shoe. However, they're just not a good fit for my narrow-heeled and wide-toed low-volume high-arched feet. I found the toe box fairly comfortable, with little slippage forward while trying them on carpeted stairs. They are comfortable to stand in. They didn't dig into my ankle bones the way some shoes do. The heel cup is what did these shoes in for me - too wide, allowing for both lateral and vertical motion, similar to what you get in a clog. Back they go. Somebody at Keen please read the various reviews on the heel cup widths of your otherwise great shoes! Some of us need wide and deep toe boxes, combined with narrow heels!

Yes, I like this shoe. I walk every morning in wet grass and need waterproof shoes and these also last longer then your typical tennis shoe. They do run small so always order a half size larger. Keen heavy shoes like this run small.

they had an odd feel on my foot --wider than expected and like the shoe itself was not high enough around my ankle, but I had super loft under my feet for support -- the overall effect was that I was was walking out of the shoe.

The orthotics in these shoes made my feet roll inward and there was an uncomfortable pressure on the bottom outside forefoot of my sole, both feet. If you are going to use your own orthotics this wouldn't be an issue. The toe box was very wide which is generally nice, but I thought my foot would have too much movement b/c of this for hiking.

The fit was okay however I would have liked them more if the toe box was a bit higher for my hammer toes.

I had to return these, as they were 1/2 size too big. I did end up getting Hoka hiking shoes instead, as they have a little better arch support for me.

I’ve worn out six pairs of these shoes, which were reliably comfortable and supportive. About two years ago, however, the fit changed. It felt tighter atop the foot, and the tongue kept sliding to the side. I sent back a pair, reviewed them and hoped that Keen would resolve the issue. I just tried again, two years later. Same issue, perhaps even worse. I’m sending these back too and, sorry to say, removing them from my favorites list.

Went up half size and still too small. Bummer because Keen have been my fav for years. And toe box seems not to be as ‘high’ which I need.

I tried both the 7.5 and the 8 (I wear a 7.5 in slip-on shoes and an 8 in hiking shoes). The 8 was true to size but they run wide and I kind of felt like I was wearing a "clown" shoe. The toe box is large which is good but the sides of the shoe rub on my ankle. I really hated to return them but they just did not feel good when I tried them on. I have "problem" feet so my shoe has to feel really great before I buy. I had to return them. I did buy some slip-on Keens which are great. I thought maybe the Keen hiking shoe would be my go-to shoe now because Merrell's just are not that good, but it didn't work out.

I’ve long been a fan of Keen shoes, but this style was a disappointment. It has a seriously techy look, at least to me, but the arch support was in the wrong place for me and that’s a deal breaker.

I wanted to like these... However, they are too small! I have 2 other Keen shoes in the same size (7) so, I do not understand it. I am going to have to send them back!

Usually love the Voyageur, however these feel a size smaller than my previous pair. After returning my normal size 8, I sized up to 8.5 and the fit width-wise in the toe box was fine but my toes were hitting the end of the shoe. Back they go. I'm undecided on trying a 9, since everything else will be too large. Sad. And disappointed in Keen. My previous pair have lasted for years of almost daily use.

I am a Keen fan simply because they have an arch support. I was really disappointed when I tried these on and found no arch support! I love the colors and the style. I have Newport H2s that are amazing. I need trail shoes with good arch support for hiking-that's why I bought these Keens. So I called Keen and complained. That's when I sadly discovered "not all Keen shoes have an arch support." I found this annoying. But this Keen salesman's next sentence was annoying as well. He promptly told me to buy a pair of orthotics sold on Keen's website. But, I protested telling him if I am to pay the high price for the shoes I shouldn't have to buy orthotics to add to the shoes, the shoes should have a well made arch support in them. That being said I waited a few days and keep on looking the style and color of these shoes. I like the look a lot and bought myself a new pair of orthotics for them. Yes it added more money to the price that I didn't want to spend. I have justified this by telling myself it's ok because I bought them on sale at Zappos for a good price. I'm going to keep them because I really like the style, color, thick protective sole and rubber toe bumper. I am going back to Acadia National Park to climb Mount Cadillac in these shoes. I just really wish they came with a comfortable arch support foot bed. Also, when I removed the insole that came in the shoe it was flimsy. No cushion nor support. Be aware, nice shoes but know you'll have to up the price of already expensive pair of shoes to get are support and a decent cushioned foot bed.

I bought these in a half size larger than my normal size, which I usually do for hiking boots/shoes, but my big toe still rubbed against the front of the shoe. Disappointed, but back to Merrill's as their sizing seems to be better for my feet. These are going back and I will try again.
