Love these boots! My go-to summer hiking boot, hence the need for a new pair. Interestingly, I have ordered the same size in Keens for years, all styles (boots, sandles, etc.) - yet these felt small and I had to exchange for a half size up. Not a big deal as the return process is easy, but still a surprise. Oh well, my new boots feel great and I'm ready for a new hiking season!

My search for a cool summer hiking boot continues - alas. The Keen Voyaguer held promise, but the toe box rubbed my big toe. Back the go.

This is at least my fourth pair of Voyageur Mid. I am pretty hard on my boots, wearing them almost every day and all sorts of terrain. The tread lasts less than a year. They are comfortable right out of the box and do not require much of a break-in period. Love the ankle support. My only complaint would be the limited color selection. The dye of my blue jeans often turns the lighter "custard" color. blueish/black.

I bought these based on the the number of reviews and the 5 stars. Got them today and I love these! Put them on when I got them and don't want to take them off. I bought them to use for hiking around Northern MI and a kick around outside shoe. I am so delighted. Love the extra room in toe box. Love everything about it.

I love these boots! They are comfortable right out the box. The nubby Keen laces stay tied. They have loops on the back which facilitate putting them on a carabiner on your pack. I wore these to Zimbabwe and ran in to multiple women wearing the same ones. Great minds think alike! Five stars for these great Keens.

These are great boots. I'm going on a safari and needs something more than a tennis shoe. Keen's always feet small on me (I'm an 8 1/2) so I bought the 9 1/2 and it works well even with my orthotics in them. They are lightweight and the tie holds. This style is a wide fit but I was looking for the toe room so it works for me.

This is my third pair of hiking boots, the other 2 didn't come close to these. I am very pleased with my Keen Voyageur boots. I enjoy hiking, but without a good boot, they were very short hikes. Now I am back to my 10 mil hikes again. Thanks for selling an excellent boot. These are by far the best hiking boots I have worn.

Very comfortable shoe. I purchased them for my trip to Utah. I did lots of hiking and these boots were great ankle support and also had great traction. Zappos sells them for a great price. Saw the same exact boot in outfitter stores on my trip for more than I paid for them.

I love the width of these shoes around the ball of the foot. They rub a little near the heel, but thicker socks helped with that.

Love these boots. I like that I can tie all the way to the top, or leave the top undone for more flexibility when bending.

These boots are wonderful. I have bad feet, untreated bunions, and back problems. I bought these boots for a trip to the Rocky Mountains and hiking opportunities. The performed beyond my expectations. Traction was not compromised by mud, rocks, water, rain, roots, leaves, steep inclines and declines. Comfort was amazing, I have never had new shoes fail to cause blisters. These boots caused no blisters or pain even in the first few days when I had them on for 5-6 hours of walking and hiking. They are light but supportive. I'm really impressed with these boots.

Finally! (I reviewed this boot earlier, when I couldn't even get it on in my normal size) Two half sizes up from my usual size, it's an excellent fit, and very comfortable. I'll take these on my two-week hike in the Alps (the Tour du Mont Blanc.) Terrific support, and I need it. No issues with where it breaks at the toe--it's soft fabric there. I'm not sure how much cooler the mesh makes it, but I'll take it on faith it's a good thing. Wearing the boots around the house (before taking them out on trails) on a hot day, my feet are hot. I'm also taking it on faith that these boots dry relatively quickly when wet. I forewent Gore-Tex models for the ventilation. With well-fitting socks I don't mind hiking with wet feet, but I've found that boots that stay wet day after day become foul. Anyway, I won't know for ages how these fare when wet.

I can't imagine why people have written that this shoe runs true to size. It's almost an inch shorter than the true-to-size hiking shoes I own, and perhaps half an inch narrower. It's a handsome, well-made lightweight shoe with great traction and apparently excellent support, but needless to say I didn't spend any time wearing it.

These boots were very comfortable out of the box. Very true to size. I wear a size 7 and thought I would have to order a half size up for thick socks but ended up returning the 7 1/2. They were big so I returned them for a size7 that is just right with thick socks. I can't wait to get out on the trail.

This was a very attractive, well-made boot, but simply too large. The blue accents are also more teal in color, which I liked, but the heel was much too wide. My foot (in the shoe) slid diagonally when I tried them on an incline, though the grips on the outside of the sole did not. I usually wear a 4.5, but thought the 5 might fit. Sadly, it didn't. There's great arch support too!

Comfortable and spacious! This boot gives my toes room to wiggle and stays firmly on my foot and ankle while hiking about. I trust Keen for my walking needs, they always deliver on comfort and this boot is no exception.

This is a great hiking shoe. They were comfortable from the minute I put them on until I took them off. They are nice looking and made very well. A+

I love these shoes! They are the first pair of Keens that I've ever had, and I'm in love. I recently wore them backpacking in the mountains and I was so thankful to have them. They are so lightweight, and the strength, durability and performance are not sacrificed at all. It seriously feels like I'm wearing running shoes when I have these on. Couldn't ask for anything better!

I love these hiking boots! They fit great. I do light hiking with my family in them. They soles are not completely stiff and I know some hikers like that but I've found them very sturdy, comfortable and, dare I say, stylish!

These boots are great - good fit and very comfortable. No break in period required.

Great shoe, I'm a big Keen fan. Not a huge hiker but am going hiking soon so am busily breaking these in, and will wear them routinely otherwise in place of sneakers since they are so comfortable! I did go with my regular size and they're fine.

Super comfortable hiking shoe. I also use it for casual wear; it looks great with jeans. This is my sixth pair of Keens, but my first boot. The fit and finish is perfect, as usual.

I worw my new boots hiking last week for the first time, and I am very please with my new hiking boots. I did purchase a size 10, but could have gone with a 9.5. I decided to keep the 10 for the extra room in the toe box.

Purchased these for my 21 year old daughter for a hiking trip to Alaska. She loves them! (I did order a half size up to allow for extra layers of socks.)
