When they say "High Arch" that is what they mean. I don't have box so I cant return but I won't wear these very often.

I suffer from PF and high arches, but boy are the arches in these sandals high! Make sure you like a very high arch support before ordering. I don't know if I am just not someone who can wear Birks, but my toes hit the end when I walk and they are too big. Maybe that's why they hit?

The shoes would have been perfect. I am about between a 39 and 40 in Birkenstock. I am a size 9 and 9 1/2 with a B/C width. I ordered 39 Narrow and these fit perfect.
