Great shoes; light, comfortable with good support. I ordered the wide width and my regular size and they are a little big. I should have dropped a half size with the wide width.

I wore this shoe only all summer as a host in a state park with Superfeet insert to help my low arch. It was very comfortable, held up very well and my plantar fasciitis didn't bother me. I am replacing it now because my toes are beginning to hit the front and I suspect they have loosened up some, but in general I have been very pleased with them. The 10 1/2 were too large so I hope the new ones will feel as good as they did at the beginning of the summer.

This is my 3rd pair in this style. I wear sneakers every day so I buy a new pair every 3-6 months. They are comfortable, stylish and reasonably priced.

I bought these shoes for my teenage daughter to wear to school. She wears them all day long and tells me that they are very comfortable. She also let me know that they were a comfortable fit from the first day she wore them. I think that it\'s because they are a wide width, and she didn\'t have to break them in. She has been wearing them everyday for a month now and they have held up very nicely. I would definitely buy them again.

This was the first time I had used Zappos. I had purchased this exact tennis shoe previously in a retail store and liked it very much; they were beginning to wear out so I decided to give Zappos a try. I then chose another style and am completely happy with them. Product came very quickly and to my expectations. I have a 2E wide foot and have a hard time finding shoes to fit my feet! There was a very large selection to choose from. I will use Zappos again when I am purchasing shoes. I appreciate the free shipping (back) in case they didn't fit, or I didn't like them. Thanks.

I have order about 6 times from Zappos and have never been disappointed. Most times my shoes were there within 24 hours! They have a great selection and prompt service. It's the best.

Love this sneakers beacause they let me us my othodic in them. I have lots of heel problems. It give me a chance to get out and move around, even on my worst days. I all so love that the sneaker is not to heavy, and has great support.

These shoes were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I use them for my daily walks and they are comfortable on pavement as well as other surfaces. When I first walked in them I had them tied a little too tight below the ankle and they bothered me there. But the next time I loosened it there and they were great. Like walking on a cloud.

The New Balance WW558's are great! They fit well, look terrific. I have been purchasing shoes from Zappos for about four years and have NEVER had a problem with any product and certainly not the service. The shoes arrive almost as fast as if I drove to a Mall to pick them up! Unbelievable service and down-to-earth fair prices...often the best on the web!

Very comfortable walking shoe. Doesn't seem to require any break in period. This is my second pair and I really like them. I ordered an 8 1/2 in this shoe and wear an 8 in sandals/dress shoes. The 8 was a little too snug.

These shoes are just wonderful. I was looking for a comfortable walking shoe that would provide me with the motion control features I need for my flat feet. These really fit the bill. I would caution, however, that they run a little small. Normally I order a 9 1/2, but with these I found that size was too small and returned them for a 10. These fit perfectly with just the right amount of room in the toe area. I love them! Also, Zappos handled my return/exchange with the highest degree of speed and proficiency. This is an awesome company that puts customer service first and foremost. Way to go again Zappos team!

Overall, the New Balance WW558 is a sturdy, good looking walking shoe. It is a bit stiff to break in, but the support is good. I found the shoe to run a 1/2 size smaller than usual, but true to their word Zappos had the larger size in the mail before they received my return - at no extra cost!

Initially great - walking 2-3 miles. Went for 10 miles Saturday and nearly lost the little pig who went wee-wee-wee all the way home (pinky). I usually buy Asics because they typically have a wide toe box...ordered Asics yesterday...going back to a good thing. I will keep these for house work. Not good for distance if you have Flintstone feet like me.

Great shoe! Comfortable and true to size. I have a very narrow heel and there is no slipping!

Shoes are true to size and width. Very nice and comfortable for day to day walking. I am very happy with them.
