New Balance ww558 - Very comfortable shoe. On my feet all day and this shoe holds up. As a registered nurse this shoe fits the bill.

I couldn't get the NB shoe I liked so I chose this which is similar. It felt a little more "stiff" but that might be due to the fact that it had leather on the toe box. The other shoe did not.

Another pair of New Balance - I wish New Balance also made dress shoes -- these are the only shoes that are really comfortable for me. I'm difficult to fit -- size 5WW! Thank goodness for Zappos and New Balance.

New Balance WW 558 - Comfortable and attractive. I wear a 7 1/2, but ordered an 8 and it fits perfectly.

I am always looking for a walking/cross-training shoe that fits my narrow heel and my bunion. This shoe is comfortable, although I need to wear a thicker sock in order to fill up the heel space. I have to get athletic shoes about 1 1/2 sizes bigger than my regular shoes. So instead of a 10-10.5, I bought a 12 in these, and that has worked out well.

Not so sure... I ordered these shoes with hopes for comfort right out of the box. It's been several weeks since and I still have not worn them outside. I am contemplating returning them. They were not comfortable when I slipped them on. They felt tight across the width of my foot and I also felt like there was very little cushion or support around the entire foot. The only reason I have not returned them yet is because I know I don't have many remaining options and I'm wondering if I should just "make them work" by wearing them to go for my walks and breaking them in. I wore them for a few hours around the house recently and when I took them off, both sides of my foot were very reddened so I know they aren't wide enough, even though I ordered the widest available in this style. I was hoping for a lot more from a brand like New Balance which I've heard so many good things about...

These shoes are so cute, and being made by Born I was sure they would be comfortable. However, something is wrong with the footbed. I ordered two pairs because I liked them so much and BOTH pairs POKED my instep from the second I put them on. It's a shame because the leather is very nice and Born usually makes an extremely comfortable shoe. Something just must not work right in this one's footbed.

New Balance Shoes - This shoe has been great for my super narrow feet. I'm glad New Balance has narrow athletic shoes. I do wish there were more styles available in narrow to have more choice, but I learned a long time ago that I can't be picky with narrow feet. Zappos is great. Thank you for good and quick service.

Pleased with shoe & love Zappos! The New Balance Shoe I ordered is a very good shoe. I've worn New Balance walking shoes for years; this is probably my 7th or 8th pair. And I'm always glad I can get the wide width. I'm also very impressed with Zappos.com. It's the first time I've ordered from you, and I really appreciate the expedited shipping I got at no extra cost. I will definitely order many more things from Zappos in the future. Toe box a little too narrow - I wear a 13 narrow and most shoes are not narrow enough. This show is a little snug in the toe area and by the time I walk the treadmill for 30 minutes, my toes hurt. Otherwise New Balance makes a great shoe.

Pretty good shoe - This is a very good looking shoe, but for some reason, it wasn't that comfortable for me when I first put it on. I bought it in a wide width, but it still felt tight. I had to loosen all the laces, but it fit much better after. It fits great now after about three weeks of daily wear. It's become very comfortable.

New Balance WW sneakers - Being I have to wear extra wide width shoes/sneakers, I had in past years difficulty finding sneakers that were both comfortable and stylish. Having found Zappos.com a few years ago has been a godsend. I have had no problems with my purchases and I've also received the pleasure of upgraded shipping a few times also! As to reviewing the New Balance WW558 sneakers they are very stylish, comfortable and true to both size and width. The only thing that was different at first was the bottom of the sneaker isn't a flat, smooth surface (more like little grooves) and I had to get used to the feel when walking. Other than that, for me anyway, it is a sneaker that's definitely stylish and a fit that's right!

Good shoe for the price - I bought this shoe for walking and it is great. I wish there had been more color options available, but the shoe is comfortable and serves its purpose. I tried wearing them with short socks and they rubbed the back of my ankle, but once I wore a pair of higher socks they were fine!

Reliable NB sneaker - I've always liked NB sneakers and now that I am a serious walker (every day!), I need a walking shoe that will perform well and not make my feet ache. This shoe felt pretty good right out of the box--I jumped on the treadmill and gave them a work out. This shoe makes my feet look even bigger than they are (I'm a 10) and I felt a bit like Frankenstein with boxy feet.

Life Savers - I needed these shoes for a 2 week trip to Europe that involved A LOT of walking! I got these and they were FABULOUS! I initially ordered them from a different website because they were a little cheaper, but they were a tiny bit too small and that website couldn't get a new pair to me fast enough, but they found them on Zappos for me and so I returned the 1st pair and got them here the very next day!!! Very fast delivery! Just remember that New Balance tends to run a little small, order a 1/2-1 full size bigger than what you normally wear!

I have worn New Balance for many years primarily for exercise and walking. This is the first pair that I have felt seemed smaller...maybe a half size or so. Also, the material used seemed thinner overall. I will continue to wear these shoes as the problems are not enough to return.

New Balance tennis shoe - This shoe is very nice looking. I bought it a half size larger than my normal shoe size and it slips a little on my heel. Other than that… I really like the look of the shoe and it is very comfortable.

Comfort classis - This walking shoe gets high marks for comfort. I originally ordered three different brand shoes. The first two were more expensive and did not feel as comfortable or look as nice. Although I could only purchase the very girly pink and white pair (I prefer bolder colors) overall I am extremely satisfied with this shoe. Thanks again Zappos for your dynamite return policy!

A little snug - These shoes have great cushioning, but I have to wear thin socks because they are a little snug. Not a true WW.

Good Service/Good Product - The shoe seems true to size. The tongue was a bit stiff and required some breaking in. The shoe is lightweight and comfortable.
