Been buying these slippers for almost 10 years,,,get 2 pairs a year. WHY DID YOU CHANGE the Coddles to these horrible take out insoles and call them Coddles 2..? Terrible shoes now for someone with flat feet, I slip right out of them... Please go back to the regular memory foam that's not removable.. I was shocked when I seen this.. Soles are even different!! Sending these back and will have to find new brand.. These are horrible

Returned after wearing 2 weeks. Inner sole pulled up and seams buckled. Poor quality workmanship.

I am sending these back pronto! First, these slippers are very heavy. The sole is like a good quality sneaker, which is OK because I wanted something to be able to occasionally go outside, but these weigh a ton. That should be noted in the description--that they have a heavy, sturdy sole. I ordered a half-size up from my usual 8, and Wide, because I always wear socks. I could barely force my foot into the slipper and when it got in, my toes were mashed up against the front of the slipper. No wiggle room at all. The toebox is also quite low. And the W, width was definitely not wide in any way, shape or form. Overall, this slipper is not true to size and you probably want to order at least a whole size up, but if you want Wide, I think you will be disappointed. The slippers are very well-made and stylish, so with a larger size, you might get lucky. Zappos does very well in the Customer Service area and handles returns expertly, and with a minimum of bother for the buyer. But in order to avoid multiple attempts to fit this slipper, I will have to shop locally for what I need. I am surprised at the general lack of variety in styles of slippers, most of which are unattractive (to me , at least...) But that is probably due to what's is available, not that Zappos is offering a limited selection. Zappos=Yay!! These slippers=Not So Much.....!!

Too tight and no support

I ordered these in size 11 wide. The width was the same as the regular size. I previously had ordered a pair in a size 11 normal width. Since I kept that pail I could compare the two slippers and verify that the width was the same. Very dissappointed and returned them.

Do not buy these slippers. I’ve owned these now for four (4) months and they’re shot after two months. The foam bed of the shoe is nonexistent; they have become totally unwearable. When I first got them, they were wonderful. It was like walking on a cloud. Well, that was short-lived and now I have to replace them. When I first got them, they fit my foot perfectly. Now, they’ve become so smashed and stretched out from wearing, they’ve become dangerous. My foot can fly out at anytime when just walking through the house.

I normally wear 7W. This slipper was long enough, but much too narrow to be a "wide."

I wear a 7W shoe. This was 7 1/2 and I could not even get my foot in it.

Cute and soft but not enough arch support for me.....back they went. Hurrah for Zappos return policy.

Loved these slipper when they first came. In three months they were shot, the rubber soles were completely worn through. Not good quality, unfortunately. Threw them out.

I really liked the way this slipper looks but there is a label sewn in the heels that is very rough. It feels like you are walking on pebbles or sandpaper. You cannot remove the label because it is sewn into the foam insole and it is just too rough and uncomfortable. Somebody wasn't doing their job in quality control. I had to return them.

Loved the shoe, but even though I ordered a wide size, my grandma couldn't even get them on. These are not sized correctly, they looked narrow right out of the box. Very disappointed.

These definitely run small. Order the next size up.

These are very narrow on me. I usually wear an 8 1/2 shoe so i ordered a 9. I wanted to put my orthotic inside but it wouldn't fit. Also there is no arch at all, not sure what others were referring to that said it has good arch support. If you don't have foot issues, it's a cute closed back slipper. Just order at least 1/2 to a full size larger than you usually wear.

Was hoping to like these....but I ordered an 8 1/2 and a 9 figuring one of them would fit, I normally wear an 8 1/2....both of them were too small...also, the shoe heel is shallow, and I figure it would not hold your heel in the shoe even if they fit...Sorry, will go back to Tom's.

After reading reviews I thought finally a pair of slippers for my 12 1/4" feet. I order the 13 . They were so short I couldn't stand to have them on 15 min. I have sz 12 that fit better then this. Too bad because I thought the style was very nice. the support was less then moderate just not flat. Plus these slippers have quite a curve to them. Will have to go back

Bought these for my mother who takes a size 8.5. Both the 8.5 and 9 were too small. Sizing is way off. Too bad. She loves these slippers!

Ordered three different sizes without any luck! 8-1/2 fit my mother in other shoes just not this one. Neither did a 1/2 size larger and wider!

The slipper is very pretty, that's why I ordered it. I wear a 9W which, in shoes, is very roomy both length & width. This slipper was too short, my toes were hitting the end & it was too narrow as well. The box showed size 9W but the slipper itself had only a 9 on the outer sole, no width shown. It felt like it was a medium. The foam inner sole is uncomfortable with 2 cloth tags sewn in & the edge of the inner sole is bound & stitched, all of that under my bare foot. Ouch. I sent them back.

This is one of the WORSE slippers out there. Do not bother buying them! I had another pair that fell apart and thought it was just a fluke. Reordered these and the same thing happened. The sole starts to separate from the front of the slipper causing one to trip and nearly fall. Wish I had kept the box I would be returning them!

I have wide feet and high arches. I ordered this slipper twice and just couldn't get the right fit. The first time I ordered it in my normal shoe size of 7 1/2 and the wide width. It was so small and narrow I couldn't get my feet into it comfortably. I returned the slippers and ordered them in a size 8 and wide width. They still were slightly too small and still way too narrow. I finally gave up and looked for another style slipper. The quality of the slipper felt very good, but you may want to order a half size up if your feet are normal width and a full size up if your feet are wide. Still, the width may not be enough for you if your feet are wide.

I do not like them at all. The fabric inside bunches beneath your toes. Very uncomfortable. Also, they have no support. I expected a lot more for the price.
