A well made shoe with excellent support -
This shoe feels great. It does run a little snug however. I wear a 9M and I ordered a 9M. I think it is stretching a bit each time I wear it, thankfully. I teach step aerobics and it is very well cushioned although it does not have the look of a traditional aerobic shoe. I am very happy with my purchase of the Studio D and of course with Zappos, they are awesome.

These sneakers are great for my Jazzercise class. I have also used them during a Fit Ball class. I wore them to a high impact cardio and I wouldn't suggest them for that. Overall I love the sneaker, I just wish they came in the color white. I know they come in the grey, but I prefer a white. I wear a 6 1/2 and ordered a 7 and they fit just fine.

Best Buy in Years!
I spent 3 days Christmas power shopping and not once did my feet hurt. They provide great arch support and have cushion in the heels. Awesome shoes!

Studio D fits the dance fitness bill -
These Ryka's replaced my Nike Shox O Drives for my 3-4 times a wk Jazzercise class. They are more comfortable and supportive than the O Drive and provide a bit more forefoot movement when dancing. They handle the impact as well and I've found I can even wear them without socks and they are still comfortable. I highly recommend them for dance fitness.

Fantastic Jazzercise Shoes -
I purchased these shoes for Jazzercise about 2 weeks ago and "I Love Them". They have good support and the cushion on the heels and the ball of the foot are great for the jumping and dancing on the wood floors. I am very impressed with the mesh fabric which allows my feet to breathe better than the leather shoes. I purchased 1/2 size larger than my regular street shoe size and it is perfect fit for working out.

Too narrow for wide feet I have them on a shoe stretcher. Hopefully that will stretch them out. They do look good!

Got these shoes for Zumba class and they are great. Very light and easy to twist and turn. Also very stylish and wear them with jeans, etc.

I have flat feet and there is just not enough support for a one hour Zumba workout. Great shoe though, well made and cute on. I wish I could wear them.

Super cute shoes that are a great alternative to wearing athletic shoes for comfort while wearing capris. These are my new walk-to-work shoes too! If arch support isn't a concern- these shoes are great.

I did not like this shoe at first. I even requested a return label but decided to try it for one Jazzercise class. Well, after wearing them for one class I changed my mind. They are comfortable and my feet did not hurt for a change. I think they are good for all of the side movements we do. So I think I will keep them after all. Thank you Zappos for being such a great company!

This shoe is really cute and stylish as well as functional! This shoe is nice because it fits comfortably close to the foot, almost like a glove. It doesn't feel bulky like some athletic shoes. I especially like that the soles allow me to swivel and move in my cardio classes without sticking. The only drawback is the footbed/sole doesn't feel like it provides much shock absorption.

These are great shoes. I bought a pair and the first time I wore them my aunt literally had to have them. So I gave her that pair and bought a second. I teach kindergarten and they are a great alternative to a regular running shoe in the looks department. As far as comfort they are wonderful. I find that the sole has better traction than I expected. My aunt has asked me to order the black before they run out.

I like the way they look and feel for Zumba. they handle all the turns quite nicely. However, they don't offer much support for training. My ankle kept twisting.

Unfortunately I have to return them. It's a really light and nice shoe, it's narrow (right for me) in the back but too wide in the front part. I am usually a size 10 and I ordered it in 10 & 10.5; the 10 was slightly too small and the 10.5 was too wide in the front and a little too big overall (but that's because I just have a funny foot size ). Still a really nice and good looking shoe!

Like many others I bought this shoe for Zumba. It does the job; I can pivot on it and am not worried about hurting my knees with side-to-side motion. But the shoe is very narrow and runs small. The toe box is too narrow and it feels tight on the sides, and although I bought a half size up after reading other reviews it still feels a bit too small, especially as my feet expand a bit by the end of the day. It has too much arch support for my low arches. However, it's also the best shoe of its kind that I've ever tried on. I'd probably buy it again, but next time I'd go up a full size.

I purchased these for Zumba. I like them but find them tight. I have loosened the laces and they work better (but they are now loosed when I dance) and as I use them they are hurting less. This is the first pair of sneakers I have owned that have had this problem. I am a 10 regular and that is what I purchased.

I really enjoy my Ryka Studio D shoes. They are very comfortable and quite good looking. I had to exchange my original purchase for a a half-size smaller and the entire process was extremely efficient and 'painless'. Thank you!

This is my second pair of Rykas for Zumba class. This is my first pair of Studio D. They offer light arch support. They are extremely flexible, good for dance moves. I have wide feet and I find the lack of support around the toe makes my foot tire quickly during class. Also the sole of the shoe is a harder rubber material. On hard wood gym floors they don't have much traction.

These shoes are super sharp, interior comfort is great & supportive. My only issue was lack of ankle support, which I personally needed. I ended up with the mid rise version of this shoe and I dig them!

I have been looking for shoes for Zumba that are comfortable since I have wide feet. Itried many shoes and these seem to fit the best. The first time I wore them they were not that comfortable and now I wear them and they are very comfortable. The only issue is I have to retie them often since laces get loose.

I like the look of this, but for me the arch support wasn't as good as I need. It was easily solved by just using thicker socks than I had been. I also ordered half a size larger after reading the other reviews. If I had ordered my regular shoe size, it would have been too small.

I bought these shoes to wear for Zumba and they were great! I've since tried other shoes, but these have been my favorite. The circular tread on the sole is perfect for easy pivoting, which means less stress on the knees. My only complaint is that I prefer a shoe that is flexible and moves with my foot, and these were always a bit stiff even after wearing them for months. Still, I absolutely recommend them for anyone in a dance-aerobic class, and I recommend them to my Zumba classes now that I'm an instructor.
