I was very pleased with my Ryka's. They're great for my zumba class and very comfortable.

These shoes are great for Zumba. There isn't quite enough padding in the ball-of-foot for Zumba, but if there was more padding, it would be too bulky for Zumba. I tried a bunch of shoes (thanks Zappos!) and these are the best.

I love these shoes, I am not a big Tennis shoe fan, and have a box of shoes just didn't fit me right, or they feel too bulky, this is my second pair of the Ryka Studio D. My foot tends to be on the narrow side, but I also lent my first pair to a male friend of mine who has a shorter wide foot and he loved them as well so they are a great fitting shoe. They are very lightweight and supportive.

Absolutely love! When I first found this style my size was not available, but I checked back and the next day it was there. Some reviews suggested on getting a larger size, this was not true for me. These fit like a glove and are super light weight.

Great sneakers! I got these for the use of Zumba. I have wide feet. Because of that, I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable and cute. Well, I found them in these sneakers.

I love these shoes! I bought them for Zumba and now I am using them for Jazzercise. They are perfect for both. Not heavy, work great for lateral movement. My knees have not hurt at all since using these shoes! I will definitely buy them again once these wear out!

Great shoes for Zumba and spin. They slide well for Zumba and the soles are stiff enough to be similar to spinning shoes. Very cute look too. I will likely buy a second pair.

Finally, a dance shoe that's both nimble and supportive! For years I wore Bloch split-sole jazz shoes for Zumba. While traditional jazz shoes do allow easy movement, they provide zero arch support. With my history of plantar fasciitis, I spent months looking for a better shoe. Finding nothing in stores, I turned to Zappos. I ordered 4 different pair of "Zumba" shoes from Zappos (2 Nike and 2 Ryka), and these were the clear winners. Their "footprint" is perfect: just wide enough for stability, but not cumbersome. Dancing around my house I could feel the toes of some of the other shoes "catching" (potentially tripping me). Notice how rounded the toes of these shoes are. This is one important thing to look for in dance shoes. They also look adorable on your feet. I don't have particularly big feet but they make your feet look petite, and I also enjoy the fact that the style is a little "different." I do high-impact Zumba (I jump around whenever possible) and am very demanding of my shoes. I need good cushioning, and these come through. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars for comfort is that they're a bit stiff (and unlikely to "break in" since they're synthetic), but that's a compromise I'm willing to make for support. I can't wait for my next Zumba class! If you have wide feet, be sure to loosen the laces before you try them on. When I first did, I didn't like them, but they'd been laced tightly. Love Zappos, by the way.

Very comfortable pair of aerobic shoes for Zumba. Note, no sole beneath arch so they are extremely flexible. But this also man's they are probably not the best for any high impact aerobics. Ryka's tend to run a little wide... gives you more room to move. I love them!

I bought this shoe so I could turn and swivel easier in my Turbofire and Zumba class. My regular gym shoes had too much tread and my knees were starting to hurt. This shoe is perfect. I ordered a 6 and it fit me like a 6. It is one of the most comfortable "gym" shoes I have ever owned. I am able to "swivel and turn" with ease. I would highly recommend this shoe.

I love these shoes and recommend them to all my class participants. I teach Cycling and they are great for it because the ball of the foot is firm whereas wearing a running shoe they flex too much which causes plantar fasciitis to flare up. I teach Zumba and they are totally perfect for it, they pivot without sticking to the floor so my knees are very happy! So happy to finally find a shoe working so great for my fitness classes! I do use my own inserts in the shoes but the correct support and freedom of movement is under them.

Perfect zumba shoe! Support in the heel and circle surface at the toe for pivot turns and not so smooth it slips, but doesn't stick like a tennis shoe.

This shoe has great arch support and keeps your foot secure for side to side motion. I have very narrow feet, so my heel does up and down a little in the back, but not nearly as much as other shoes I have tried.

These shoes are not only great for zumba, but they look very cute with jeans. In places where tennis shoes are too touristy, these shoes will allow me to travel in style. The plastic zigzag on the sides keep my narrow feet snug. Since they are so comfortable, I've been wearing them every day, as well as for zumba twice a week! I hope Ryka continues to manufacture this shoe as I'll be ordering a second pair! My shoes arrived the day after I ordered from Zappos. Amazing service!

I love these shoes. Bought them for Zumba and they are great. They look great too. These are my first Rykas and I plan to try more.

Sizing was right on. These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have. Bought them for dance class but wear them to work, as well!

I love this shoe but it runs small and it does not come in size 10 1/2. Too bad.

I love these shoes for Zumba class. They give just the right amount of support, but allow me to do the twists & turns in class!

I needed a shoe with good support for my Zumba classes. These have a steel shank and good support. They are very light and comfortable. My feet are very happy now after my classes.

Because several previous reviewers advised ordering this shoe a half size larger, I did, and they fit and feel great. They also look good -- not "clunky" like cross-trainers. I bought these shoes for zumba, which I do several times a week.

I purchased this shoe for Zumba classes. My new balance shoes, while comfy and stylish were making my knees and arches hurt during class. These shoes arrived in the mail, and it was prefect! No pain! I highly recomend them. And Zappos is the best of course.

Excellent for my flat feet. What happened to all our arches? Flat feet have caused me pain in my knees, hips and shoulders because I am out of alignment. So happy to see shoes specifically for women.
