This shoes is great for Zumba dancing I did not feel like I was stuck to the floor anymore. Great for the knees no more knee pain.

It's rare when a shoe is more attractive in person than in the photos, but this one is - even in a size 12! I got the white with gray color, and the swirl pattern actually helps my feet looks less Sasquatch. More importantly, the fit... well, they are a little snug. Haven't decided if I'm going to take a chance on breaking them in or send them back. If I could get a half size larger, I think they would be perfect, but they don't make them any bigger than 12. I am looking for a great shoe to use for Jazzercise, and so far, this is my best option. Note: I also tried the Nike Musique IV, and for me, the Ryka Studio D is a million times more comfortable. To each her own, but if you're weighing the two styles, I recommend this one.

I bought these shoes for Zumba, and they are perfect for this activity. They are lightweight, with good support. The pivot spot makes turns much easier. They were comfortable immediately, and provide good lateral stability without hindering movement. I like the removable innersole also.

Perfect! I've been a Nike fan for years...but I'm a believer. Offered much more support for Jazzercise. Love them!

First of all Zappos service is outstanding! I was very worried these shoes would not fit but they were perfect in the fit. (I wear a street size 10 and ordered a 10 since there were no 10-1/2 size available and I needed them right away so I could not wait!) I wore them for an Afro-Brazilian high impact dance class and they were very comfortable...like walking on air! I can't wait to get another pair in a different color! Fantastic shoes! I love them!

First let me tell you I have no stock in this company (wish I did) and that I have visited many sites which sell shoes. This site is hands down the best. My orders are received sooner than expected and have always been just as described. These shoes are perfect for my jazzercise class and fit the bill perfectly. I love this site, the people who work for them and the selections they have. Bravo Zappos. Keep up the good work.

I purchased these primarily for Zumba. At first they were tight but after 1 wearing fit great. Lightweight. Comfortable. Turns are easy to make.

These shoes are great for my dance class! So much better than regular workout/tennis shoes! Allows me to spin, turn, etc. with ease due to the circular tread.

I tried a couple of different shoes (including nike musique) but found them too stiff and, frankly, ugly. the ryka is cushiony like an aerobics shoe and conforms to my foot like a dance shoe. they are a little bit slippery on the floor (during my first class wearing them). If this doesn't change, i'll have to score or sandpaper the bottoms a little bit to get better traction.

I am a Zumba instructor and I have been recommending the Ryka Studio D to my students. They are true to size and all that have purchased them for class really like the way they feel and move during Zumba.

This was the first time I ordered anything from Zappos. I have to say I was so impressed with how fast they expedited my order. It was at my door within 2 days. I will definitely order from Zappos again.

These are very comfortable shoes and I do get a lot of compliments. They run small though. This is the first time I've ever worn a size 6 shoe. I wear a size 5 in dressy shoes and a 5.5 if it's a shoe that laces and I can wear socks (as 5 is hard to come by)...I have not worn them for Zumba yet (recovering from injury) but walked in them for several days on vacation (zoo, gallery, museums, and such) and they didn't disappoint.

I love this shoe. I teach Zumba and my knees were really starting to hurt and I wasn't sure if I needed to curtail my Zumba. Nope, I just needed really good shoes! These have the perfect blend of cushion and flexibility. I highly recommend them and do so to my students!!

This is the third pair of these shoes I've purchased for Zumba classes. Obviously I love them! I have very cranky feet and these shoes have plenty of room inter-leaf darkly have great support.

I really like these shoes since they provide more arch support than most dance shoes. I use mine for Zumba.

I wear these sneakers for zumba. They are very comfortable and allow for the extra movement needed. Order half a size larger than your normal shoe size if wearing for this type of activity.

I really love these shoes. They are great for Zumba and other dance-type aerobics classes. I wouldn't use them for running. I have had less knee pain, which I attribute to the turn points on the shoes since I don't "stick" to the floor. I also recommend getting a 1/2 size larger. They are so cute. Would buy again!

I liked this shoe - bought in November 2011 for Zumba. It is now August 2012 and the shoe is ripping along the side stitching near the front. I guess I got almost a year's wear out of them. Was very comfortable when new, now need inserts. Good for dance classes as you can pivot. I usually wear a 5.5 but bought these in a 6 which worked well. I am going to try another pair of Rykas instead of the Studio D.

Love these Ryka's for Zumba class! I have wide feet and have typically trouble finding shoes, sandals, sneakers, etc that fit so I was bit hesitant to order these online. To my surprise they fit (I ordered 1/2 size larger than I would otherwise based on other reviews that I read). These are just wide enough and with the mesh they stretch for wonderful comfort while still providing some support. My knees and ankles feel so much better now that I've ditched the running sneaks for these. Thanks Ryka!

I bought the Ryka Studio D for my zumba classes, and I love them! They have a lot of mesh, so they breathe and are comfortable (not stiff!) I usually wear a size 8, but in running shoes I wear an 81/2, so I got an 81/2, and they fit perfectly!

This is a great shoe, but the sizing chart is not accurate. I ordered based upon the directions, but it was still too wide and big even with thick socks.

Love this shoe! I am getting ready to order my third pair! I use them for zumba, kick boxing, and every day wear. I don't recommend them for just walking, but I have terrible knees, and I feel like they give great support! I have a high arch, and I feel like the arch support is appropriate. I order mine 1/2 size larger because I have wide feet, and they swell when I exercise.

Great shoes. I bought it as a cross trainer for kick boxing, step, & weight class, but made mostly for zumba. It is a dance shoe not made for balance since your foot rocks side to side. Good looking shoes which doesn't make your feet look big. I received lots of compliments for it.

These are great aerobic dance shoes! My second pair and counting (in a good way). Good fit, great styling, excellent support! Did buy the shoes a half size larger than my normal shoe size for a more comfortable fit.
