Order a full size smaller than you typically wear. I wear a 9.5, but have to order a 8.5 to have the shoes fit. Shoe comes incredibly hard. Be prepared to have a rough break-in period (about a week). After broken in, I love them. My third pair.

First off, let me say that I am a hotel manager and I am on my feet most of day, up and down stairs and on both carpeted and hard surfaces. The first few days was a break-in period. My right heel developed a minor blister. After that, the shoes have performed extremely well. Comfort level is exceptional considering the dress quality. The insoles are well designed and padded. The shoe itself is well-made. They are a loud shoe on hard surfaces and quite slick; so be careful. After reading all reviews I decided to go with a half size down from what I usually wear. Medium width is what I normally wear and what I ordered. Initially they are very snug due to the cushioned insole. Now they fit perfect with no irritation. I will see how they hold up to continuous use. If they last at least a year, I will probably purchase another pair. GO HALF SIZE DOWN. THEY WILL BE A PERFECT FIT WITHIN ONE WEEK OF WEAR. Very sharp-looking shoe!

Don't listen to the reviews that say the shoes run small. I ordered based on that and had to exchange (Zappos is awesome). The are good shoes thus far, a few months in. The heel does seem slightly tall, making it feel stiff. So far worth the price point.

Good looking shoes that are holding up well to daily workplace wear. I have few objections about them and the Zappos buying experience was painless.

These shoes are beautiful and for the most part very comfortable. They do, however, need to be broken in on the heel. The first day I wore them I did limited walking; two blocks to metro, another two block from metro to my office and then two block to a meeting. In short order I had blisters on both heels. I will take the time to break them in. Don't plan to wear them to a special event right out of the box. When they are broken in, you'll love them.

Shoes are just what I expected. I doubt I'll ever have to go to a shoe store again. Last 6 pairs I have purchased have been from Zappos. And the return policy if they don't fit is a breeze.

I have had no problems with durability. It is easy to keep this shoe polished and looking great, and they fit well with my wide feet. Excellent professional office shoes for my DC office environment.

With all the reviews that either said the shoes were a half-size too big or a half-size too small, I flipping a coin and went with the shoe maker's recommendation of sizing up a half-size. I usually wear an 11, so I went with the 11.5...and boy were they big. They kind of fit, but there was a generous amount of toe room left over. So I took a chance and ordered the 10.5 (returning the 11.5), and I found the right fit. While the toe box is narrow, they aren't too tight, but rather out of sight and dynamite. So there you have it.

These shoes were extremely stiff and tight when I first put them on. But now that they are broke in, they feel incredible. I would definitely recommend these shoes to anyone. I will be buying the same pair in brown leather soon!

This shoe looks really great in person. Very sexy, masculine, and goes perfectly with a suit.

Super comfortable dress shoe. Looks great with nice jeans, chinos, or slacks. The footbed is nicely padded and provides decent arch support. This is my first go around with the brand after growing tired of Kenneth Cole Reaction soles constantly cracking. Very happy with the purchase so far. Go for it!

Love these shoes. Very comfortable right out of the box. Virtually no break in time. I have wide feet and these fit me like a glove.

These are my favorite pair of shoes. I have fallen arches and it is very difficult for me to find shoes that provide sufficient arch support without inserts while also maintaining their shape. These shoes look sharp. The soles make a solid footstep sound when walking on firmer surfaces, which sounds pleasant to me - but you won't be sneaking up on anybody in these shoes.

STYLISH and COMFORTABLE! I have probably purchased and returned, 6 pairs of black shoes for my husband. This is the winning pair...finally! He recommends it and that's saying a lot!

Great shoe! It's a bit stiff at first but loosened up fairly quickly. I recommend this shoe.

Beautiful shoes - look just like the pictures. Needed a comfortable shoe for work as my feet were killing me in my Bostonians. These did the trick! Ordered a 12 and they were true to size. This is a well-made shoe and gives great support. I give my "Big Man Certified" seal of approval. Enjoy!

Recently bought an identical pair at an anchor store at the mall. Dog chewed one of them up! So I knew the exact style, size and color of the ones I wanted again. Zappos had the exact pair, at a lower cost. Very comfortable for a dress shoe once broken in. Low rise so they don't cut into your ankles. They take/hold a polish well too.

Love the look and quality of this shoe but I couldn't get it on my foot. I have a high instep and that is where this shoe didn't work. My foot went in about 3/4 of the way and topped out at the tongue. There was no way in the world my foot was going into this shoe. I wish it would have. Love Zappos though.

I ordered a full size smaller than my actual dress shoe size of 10.5 W. Ordering a 9.5 W was a good decision. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. One thing, pay close attention to the pictures, especially the top view photo. These are definitely somewhat square toe shoes. If that is not what you are looking for, then pay close attention because most of the photos don't shoe this well. I don't like square toe shoes much, but these look pretty good regardless and when polished up look great. I will be buying another pair in black.

Fantastic shoes. I have a wide foot and got the wide size and fits perfectly. Very comfortable and stylish. I originally got the black and then went back to get the brown too. I have no worries about walking around in them all day.

Great everyday work shoe for the office. Maintains a great shine with little work. Most importantly, the shoes are very comfortable, very flexible and very durable.

Shoe is really sharp looking and has excellent padding. Purchased for my husband who typically runs size 13 in dress shoes and size 14 in athletics. Size 13 in this shoe was super tight and will have to order a size up.
