Glad I was able to find extra wide, I really like the Sperry Boat shoe. I have had several pair and this one fits great. The stitching around the top of the shoe tends to work loose around the instep.

Purchased for a cruise wore them everyday. They are too long but over extended wear do rub the sides of my toes. I am satisfied with my purchase though.

Haven't owned Sperry's for 20yrs. So glad to be back in a warm climate that allows me to wear a wonderfully crafted shoe. I'm rough on shoes, so I'm already looking at different styles and colors to add to my collection.

overall the shoe is great except for one thing--the shoe laces. It keeps getting loose! I just bought this a couple of weeks ago here in the Philippines and the laces are a letdown. ITs like a Ferrari with cheap tires.

Have been purchasing the same shoe for years - and just became aware with a current order that they have discontinued the dark tan color in size 13 EW. Why???

Fit is very good; style is very nice; the right shoe/insole causes "squeaks" when not wearing socks. Forms air bubbles under the foot.

This shoe fits well, looks great. Order one half size small, they do run a little big & you'll be glad that you did.

my son wears 13W in every other shoe but when i ordered this one, it was nearly an inch too big.. unfortunately the next size down is a 12 and I am leary about ordering that small... he never can get into 12's . Have to return. Good quality shoe, however. No complaints there.

when the manufacturing went to china so did the quality, but with that said ive worn these shoes for ten years and will buy nothing else. i hope they are never discontinued.

I love this shoe. I mainly wanted them because they're in style, but now that I've gotten them, I love how comfortable they are. However, I've had them for a week and the first time I wore them, they rubbed my heels raw. Overall, awesome shoe!

I love the Billfish. It's very comfortable and I like the two tone style of it. I wish it came in the same style with leather laces and two eyelets, like the traditional Topsider. I'd buy that too!

My 9th pair, same great styling and fit. A little concerned about the thinning down of the leather.

your sizing has changed. I've been buying your shoes for 50 years. Always great. NOT NOW. I wear a wide. the new ones are decidedly cramped. And I checked the label & they are labeled WIDE.

There is a line of stitching along the instep of the left shoe that scrapes the skin on my instep on my foot. Any way to fix it?

I like the shoe, that's why I ordered it. The arch is not to my liking. Feels like the arch was digging into my foot. I have this problem with my current pair of Billfish (not a wide) and just deal with it when I wear them. I ordered a wide with the hope that my foot is weird, but it was the same feeling. Like many of the comments, mine will echo what others have written- the plastic arch (instep) uncomfortable and item was returned.

They aren't what they used to be. I've worn them for years, but haven't bought a pair in several years. Rough finish inside, to narrow and lower quality materials. May be my last pair
