It worked good. They came clean and it has been three years of dirt on them. If your shoes are extra dirty they made need soap which did not fade my ugs. The best opt ion is to clean often. The deordorizer works good. I use it on other shoes also.

My three year old son got his brand new black Ugg boots saturated with puddle water and mud. I got the Ugg Sheepskin Care Kit. I was floored at how amazing it is! His boots look like they were never covered in mud! They look amazing! I also cleaned my niece's tan Uggs that she wore five years ago (her brother now uses them) and they almost look new! I totally recommend this product!! It is worth way more than its cost! You will not regret this purchase!

Great product! I was thinking about buying a new pair of Uggs but decided to try the cleaner first on my 2 year old boots. Works great! Recommend for cleaning and preventative care as well.

Can't go wrong taking care of your Uggs! They will last for years and years if you maintain them. I still have my first pair from 9 years ago. I keep them clean with this set and then I have replaced the inserts once.

After my daughter's classic Uggs were vandalized by a student pouring soda and crushed potato chips on them at school during PE class, I contacted Ugg about how to best clean them. They were very helpful and suggested trying the cleaning kit or Woolite. I already owned the cleaning kit and had planned to use it to clean all of our Uggs at the end of the winter season. I followed the directions as the Ugg rep specified exactly as stated on the kit and it worked great! I was really surprised because of the amount of damage to the boots with sticky soda stains and rings plus the grease spots from the chips. The boots are two years old but well cared for. They look like new! I am very impressed with how well the cleaner worked. It was time consuming to do it properly and gently, but the results are well worth it. No spots no rings and they look much fresher. Be sure to wet the surface of the boots entirely but do not saturate it. Work the cleaner in gently with a soft sponge and rinse well. I sprayed some of the freshener in them and filled them with crumpled brown paper bags to hold the shape while they dried (do not dry them near a heat source). Then I used a soft brush to gently raise the nap once they dried. They look great. I was very skeptical about the product when I purchased it but was pleased with the results. It was definitely worth the money.

I use this at the end of every winter to clean my Uggs. It gets rid of all the dirt and grime they may have attracted during the season. Goes a long way, too. Highly recommend to keep your Uggs looking like new year after year!

This came very quickly. Kudos to my Zappos pals. We now have several pairs (teenagers) of looks like new Uggs. Better yet they smell lots better too!

Great product to help keep your boots looking new! Highly recommended to protect the outer layer from the elements. The instructions are included, but I found the zappos instruction video even more helpful.

I love this product. It's a must-have if you're planning on owning Uggs or if you already own them. It keeps my boots clean, comfortable, and it's easy to maintain their life. The instructions are on the bottles so make sure you read them before you begin cleaning.

Bought this as a gift for my nieces for the Ugg boots I bought them. I use this kit on my Uggs and it really helps keep them clean and looking new. Plus, I think it's a great price for all the pieces included. Just wish they sold the brush separately since my nieces have different color boots and worry what that might do to the lighter one. Other than that, great item.

I got my package supper fast. I wish that Zappos would recommend this care kit when people order their Uggs. I wanted to treat my Uggs before wearing them in our Michigan weather.

This is a very good product. My old Uggs had a lot of stains after winter, so I renovated them using this stuff. Right now my boots look like new.

Great value! I used it on my previously worn UGGS and they looked new. Will use it on all new purchases prior to wearing. My only (slight) disappointment was the size and quality of the brush and could have been larger and better quality.

If you own UGGs, you need this product. I was amazed at how much crud came off of my black UGG boots. A small investment to keep your $200 boots clean. Definitely worth every penny.

This is an essential item if you have Uggs. I am a little OCD about my shoes getting dirty so if you like your boots to look great then this is a must have. The water protector says you can't wear the boots for 24 hours but it dries really quickly so you could wear them 15 -20 hours later. The eraser brush is great but I feel that the brush part is a little rough for suede. The eraser part is great though for light colored Uggs.

Customer service was very good. Product was exactly as described. Also could not believe how fast I received my order even it being only two days before Christmas. Would buy from this site again.

I really liked this kit. I have Ultimate Tall Uggs as well as 8 other kinds of suede boots. I cleaned them all with the cleanser (a little goes a long way). Let them dry, used the brush on them and then sprayed them all with the water repellent spray and they all look great and I can wear them in the snow with no problem. I recommend this.

The kit itself was wonderful and it came in a very nice looking box also. I wish my finger didn't get so tired from all that pumping while I waterproofed my daughters new Ugg boots, but it was definitely worth the work out and better for the environment (ie. aerosal) Though I have not had a chance to use the cleaner and brush. I am sure that it will come in handy soon enough being that we live in the Rocky Mountain State.

A must have with your Uggs. Works great to remove and protect against stains. The brush really works well to spruce up the nape of the leather. If your going to spend that much on a pair of boots, then get the kit.

I got this because it was recommended to keep my UGGS in optimal condition as long as I owned them and I thought so too, so I bought it. I think it works well if you are a person that won't treat your UGGS like a rain/all weather shoe. I will get the job done. There is a sheepskin refresher for after you've worn it to keep it looking new, if you want to keep your UGGS looking nice and new for as long as you can, this is the way to go.
