Love this kit for my Uggs. The brush lifts up the nap nicely and the protector does a great job of protecting the boots from what you might get into. It makes my boots look new again. Also, the freshener does a great job of keeping them fresh. When I take them off and put them back in the closet I just spritz a pump of freshener in the boots. My boots are several years old and they still look new because I take care of them with this kit.

This kit is great. I bought my boyfriend Uggs for christmas - they were slippers he has decided they are all terrain shoes and had water marks all over them. I was not hopeful that the stains would come out. I had to use this on the shoes twice but they now look great and I have sealed them. We live in Michigan so trekking through the snow in your slippers is not the greatest idea. Thanks Uggs for saving what is now his fav pair of shoes!

You definitely the deorderizing spray! Also, you will need to weather proof your boots first thing out of the box. If you have light colored boots, cleaning them is probably as must, always weather proof again after cleaning. The brush is great for re-napping.

I am surprised at how much I like these products. I used the protectant as soon as it came and wore my boots shoveling out of 21 inches of snow last weekend. My boots kept dry! Used the stain remover on my old pair of boots and they look great. I am sold!

Hello, I've received my care package along with my 1st pair of UGGS. I decided to treat my boots first before wearing, I have yet to wear them so I can't honestly say whether the product work or not.

Love Zappos and love my Ugg boots. Now for the care kit --Ugh! The brush is too harsh. I brushed my new boots before spraying the protectant and it seemed to be shaving off the suede. So i immediately stopped. Now I know why this brush is great for cleaning off stains. It takes off the suede with it. Don't use this brush unless you want a pair of bald Uggs. As for the protectant spray pump, it's hard to pump & sprays sideways. Kept aiming and would spray everywhere except spot I was aiming at. Pump was not clogged either. Appreciate the ozone safe pump but makes me wish for an aerosol can in this case. Im waiting for my boots to dry and I'm sure the protectant will be fine. But what a pain to do it. Uggs please just pretreat the bootsfor us - I'll pay whatever extra it costs. I haven't used the cleaner or freshener yet. Years ago, bought a pair of Bearpaws, sprayed w/ cheap scotchguard & boots are still dancing. Guess I got a little foo foo w/ my uggs, But I still love them. On a positive note, the care kit is boxed beautifully...

This kit is very nice. The brush is great and I love the spray that you put in the boot after you've worn it. It keeps the boots smelling nice inside. Love the repellant/protector as well. Haven't used the cleaner yet, so can't comment on that.

Even though I haven't even opened the box yet I knew I'd be in trouble if I DIDN't get this. I now have 2 pros of very light colored UGG's & they're not going anywhere before I use the protective spray on them. I do have a friend who has just this item & swears by it but I thought all the items made sense.

This is very useful for cleaning for Uggs. I highly recommend it.

Just received my care/cleaning kit and used it the same day on an old pair of Uggs to clean and freshen and on a brand new pair to protect. The full size bottles will last a long time. The brush is durable but soft enough so it won't ruin your boots. Well worth the price and great to be able to do it myself vs sending my beautiful Uggs out to be cleaned. Shipping was fast as always!!!

Everything you need to keep your Uggs looking and smelling good. Good size bottles. Should last a few years.

If you own Uggs, this kit is a must! Totally and completely love it! Wore my brand new boots and they got some mud and water on them. Followed the instructions in this kit and they look as good as new. I really thought they were ruined, but fortunately for me, this kit helped me bring them back to life!

ALWAYS EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ZAPPOS. If you invest money in Ugg or Bearpaw boots, you need to invest a little more in this kit. It works wonders to keep your investment looking like new. I wouldn't be without it.

Love this kit. Easy to use and essential to the longevity of your Uggs. The eraser is really impressive too, it literally works like a pencil eraser to remove stains!

Hi I brought this product to see how it would do my child old Uggs after cleaning them.I couldn't believe how clean they turned out. And it rained the other day and her boots still looked good. After she put them on I used the spray for 24 hours like it said to when the weather is bad again to see how they will turn out.

This is a necessity if you want to protect the investment you made with your Uggs. There is plenty of product to use this numerous times and the brush is pretty cool, in addition to the bristles, it has rubberized nubs to "erase" spots.

Purchased to keep new Uggs looking great for longer. Easy to use products in a handy box that includes: a spray-on protective substance to use before you wear them, a spot cleaner, and a spray to use inside the boots to keep them oder free. Wouldn't buy Uggs without this kit.

I bought my daughter and I both brand new Ugg boots for Xmas. Wanted to make sure we could take proper care of them. So far I've only used the protective spray. Worked great! No discoloration.

A must have for Ugg owners. Products work great, they definitely prolong beauty and integrity of the products. Its very reasonably priced for what you get out of the long term use.

So far, I have only used the kit once. I say that it is pretty good. It cleans my Ugg boots well. The brush also works really well regarding brushing the leather. I do not know yet about the weatherproof spray and freshener spray since I just sprayed my Uggs with it, and right now it is August so I cannot say much about it yet. However, I do recommend people with Ugg boots get this cleaner set to clean your boots and keep them clean and stink-free.

I bought the complete Ugg Sheepskin Care Kit for Ugg's suede protector. I applied two "coats" per product instructions. Eureka! The delicate green shade of the most expensive shoes I've ever owned did not change and my shoes are water resistant. (I can run through the rain without staining the delicate suede's color.) UGG protector is sold as a kit. For my delicate light green suede pumps or any suede you really want to keep looking like new - the cost of this kit is well worth its price. You can't go wrong using this product.
