Product cost slightly more than other stores but shipping was less so overall it was cheaper at Zappos for the same exact product. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I bought this clean care kit for my 9th grade daughter who somehow ruined one of her Ugg's in oil (covered the top part and much of one side) at a gas station. She would not wear them anymore due to the stain which also exuded a bad smell. I admit I was a bit skeptical that the oil could not be cleaned, but I gave the kit a try. My daughter cleaned the boot and brought it to me for inspection. I was amazed that it not only looked much much better but the old oil smell also was gone. I could not tell the difference from the non-stained boot to the had been stained boot. My daughter is meticulous with instructions and she followed them to the letter and the clean kit actually worked way beyond my expectations. I will most certainly purchase this product again and highly recommend it. I am a mother of 8 children and do not recommend things often. I do believe I found a product that will keep the Ugg's that we own (6 pairs) in great looking condition.

This product is absolutely the best!!! I should have gotten it when I bought Ugg boots but I declined and one nasty rainy day I was out walking my dog and BOOM!!! He steps his big muddy paw directly on the TAN Ugg boots leaving an ugly mud paw print. I searched all over for the products but they were out of stock in all the stores. So I found and ordered them from Zappos, got it before delivery date ( A PLUS :) ) and once I began cleaning the Uggs with the cleaner and the wonderful scrubbing brush which brings your Uggs right back to the look they had when I first bought them, it was great!!!

My UGG boots were spotted from the rain and my dark jeans had rubbed dark blue on to the top of my boots. The cleaner easily removed both water spots and the blue from the jeans. Very easy to use and made my boots look new!

I have purchased this kit multiple times over the years. I use the freshener every night after I take my boots off and it keeps them smelling fresh. The water and stain repellant works great keeping my boots looking like new. Drops of water do not stain my boots. The brush works to make them soft again after spraying them with the water and stain repellent. I will purchase this again when needed.

I love this product; it keeps my Uggs smelling fresh, just as the day as they arrived. The cleaning care is wonderful. If you use it as directed your Uggs stay looking new and the color stays pure. Just as well as the suede. The repellant spray that's for the snow is amazing also; it helps the rain and snow bounce off the boot so they won't get soaked. All in all if you have Uggs, this is a must have product for them and it won't cost so much for you to send them to get cleaned. The washing machine is a no no, you’re only going to mess them up and why pay that much money to throw it away?

This kit is worth every penny. It cleaned and protected my older Uggs and they look brand new. I used the protector on my new ones and it's helping to keep them looking great. The little brush gets rid of any dirt or mud in a flash. Oh, and the packaging is cool. Highly recommend.

Product works great. Boots weathered all of the snow, etc. fine. Great product, great service, as usual, from Zappos.

I looked at other websites for this care kit. Zappos had the lowest price and free shipping! I needed the protector for my brand new boots. So far my boots still look brand new, even after wearing them in the snow. If directions are followed, your boots will stay nice looking a lot longer.

I am the proud owner of 2 pair of Ugg boots and 1 pair of slippers. Living in NEPA and our cold snowy climate the Uggs are a God send. The sheepskin care kit is a great way of keeping them clean, fresh, and protected from the wet. I have been wearing my boots almost every day since Christmas 2009 and they still look brand new.

This product is great! Being in a rush one day, I accidently got some snow on my boots which left water stains at the tip of my Ugg boots. I thought I wouldn’t be able to get the discoloration out, but this kit definitely does the trick -- it restored my Uggs! The instructions are easy to follow & not only did I get rid of my boots from the water stains, but they’re like brand new again! Love Zappos and their quick shipping and love the product!

I had a bad water and dirt stain on both toe ends of my boots from rain, I followed the instructions on my UGG care kit bottle. After thoroughly rinsing boots and letting them air dry, the next day I found my boots to look as new and in the same great condition as they were before the horrible water and dirt stain. I would recommend this product to anyone wishing to revamp their UGG boots.

Great product, only spray once a season! I didn't let dry for quite 24 hours, but everything was fine and it works great! No water leakage whatsoever.
