So comfy! I love these boots! For casual days, I have worn Dansko clogs for many years and was thrilled to see they had a tall, work-appropriate fashionable, non-cloggy looking boot! They are so comfortable and look great, I want to get a pair in brown, too!

Great boot - Just what I wanted and expected. Fit is great and it’s very comfortable. I went up one size and they fit great. I love the look of them. They are so worth the money. And I think I need a pair in black, too.

loved! these are great! they look great with jeans, a skirt, dress or gauchos. And, it is not too tall for someone barely 5 feet tall. they feel great too! at first, they were a bit stiff, but I wore them around the house for a week or so. now, i'm wearing them with thin socks, and i might even be able to get away with thicker wool socks.

Super cute AND comfy - I LOVE these boots! I needed a comfortable boot with a low (and 2.5" is low for me) heel for my trip to New York. I was skeptical about these at first (were they cute and funky or just ugly and clunky), but once I got home and tried these with different outfits, I was convinced. The boot shaft is very fitted and doesn't bunch up around the ankles and the style is very simple and clean. Looks great with jeans, pants, skirts and casual dresses. Also, very cute with all those colorful and patterned tights and socks that are all the rage this fall/winter. The Dansko Risa is probably my best boot buy ever! (A note on sizing: I wear a 6.5 in dress shoes and sandals and a 7 - 7.5 in boots. I purchased the 37 and they fit well, with just a little extra room).

Comfortable boot - I bought these boot for a trip to Japan. They were comfortable and still looked good with skirts. They are not as comfortable as my Dansko Sonjas but still the most comfortable stylish boot I have tried. The suede is high quality. I waterproofed my boots before I left. No rain damage occurred and they still look great.

First-Time Dansko Owner Extremely Satisfied - I have never worn a pair of Danskos before, but I heard wonderful things about them from a podiatrist and other sources. Since I only wear shoes that can support a flat foot and that are attractive, finding these shoes was a treat. They are so comfortable- my first day wearing them I had to do deliveries for work all over New York City, and my feet were no worse for it. I almost never wear heels and have never worn boots other than snow boots, and these boots were an amazing first pair. If you like the look of this boot from the website and want to wear only the most comfortable shoe, you would be ridiculous to pass these up. Don't let the price tag faze you; these shoes are worth every penny.

Risa - True to size - comfortable for all day wear.

Great shoe! I am really enjoying this shoe! I did have to order a size larger than what I normally wear. It is a great fit and extremely comfortable. I enjoy wearing with jeans as well as dressy skirts! I have always loved Dansko shoes and would buy again. A great investment!

Comfort, comfort and fits 15" calves! This boot is both extremely comfortable and beautiful. I have 15" calves and this is the only regular size pair of boots I have found that fit me. The zipper did get stuck on the leather lining behind it the first time I tried it on though, but now I watch out for that and it has not happened since. No pain after hours of standing and walking, and the suede is beautiful. The brown is a bit darker than my monitor showed it so that was a nice surprise as well. Highly recommended.

Great Looking Boot - I thought the shoe wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped. Then again I have problems with my feet and can hardly ever find a pair of shoes that *don't* hurt.

Risa - This is the second pair of Dansko boots I've ordered, and I'm so pleased with both. It's tough to find a warm pair of boots that are dressy enough to wear with a skirt or suit. These are just right.

Great boots--Great service! These suede boots are terrific. Comfortable and stylish is hard to beat. I also appreciate Zappos great service. I first ordered a 39 because I normally wear a size 9. They arrived and were unfortunately too small. I called and was told the size 40 was available and could be sent out to me immediately. I received the next pair; they fit perfectly; then I returned, at no cost to me, the size 39 pair. It couldn't have been simpler. Thanks, Zappos!

Great fitting boots! I love these boots, so soft and comfy! At first I thought that they felt a little small in the foot but they softened. I only wish that they were a little higher up the leg. I'm always excited about Dansko's!

Great boots! I purchased these boots for my Christmas outfit and am absolutely thrilled with them! The fit was true to size. The image shown is true to life - no "trick photography" needed to show off these boots. Although I'm not a fan of suede, it works with these boots. I have a very wide foot and obnoxiously high arch, which means I usually can't wear any type of pull on shoes or boots. These were a bit snug, but nothing that caused discomfort in any way. I fractured my knee 5 months ago and this is the first heel I've worn since it happened. I can't say I didn't feel a bit of difference compared to flats, but I was still able to wear them without a problem.

I put these on my Christmas list as a whim and never thought I'd receive them! These are the best. I wore them all day New Year's Eve (until 2am) and they were still comfortable. My feet are trashed since taking up dance and few shoes can still feel great for that long. These are beautiful, classic, well made and so comfortable. I'm so glad my husband splurged. I will wear these for years!

Dansko shoes are the best - I have been wearing Dansko shoes forever over the years they have added many new choices to choose from. The comfort and quality of their shoes are wonderful. These boots are stylish with all the comfort you would ever want. Great Boot.

Dansko Risa black boots - I originally ordered up a size but they were an inch too big. Ordered my normal size and they are perfect. These are perhaps my favorite boots. They are comfortable and elegant enough to wear with a suit, casual enough for jeans. Very warm boots. Love these!

These Boots were made for walking! Okay, okay. I loved boots since I was a kid, but it seemed they never looked that good on my very long legs. Well I believe these boots would look good on most anyone. The styling looks good on my long legs, and I have seen them on more average height gals, and the proportion still looks great. Oh, and the best part is that they are true members of the Dansko family. Comfy, comfy, comfy, just like my other 5 pairs of Dansko’s. I have been having problems with sciatica, so I haven't worn high heels in about 6 months. No problem wearing these great boots. I bought my "usual" Dansko size, and they fit just fine.

Dansko Risa - Beautiful boot - very soft, luxurious suede. The suede around the toe box is molded. The toe has a nice rounded shape. The heel is a little tippy but comfortable. Very elegant looking boot. The black is very black - the brown is a luxurious chocolate color, not reddish at all. I am debating keeping both!

Fabulous boot! I have a bunch of problems, including a ruptured disc and calves that are prone to cramping, which make it imperative for me to wear comfortable and supportive shoes. However, I'm also 29 and I want shoes with style! These are great looking boots and I can't wait to wear them!! I wear a size 11 wide and ordered the boot in 42.

Love these boots - Very comfortable but cute boots. Not very high on the calf, but the comfortable heel makes up for it. Had to return original purchase for the next larger size, but it was worth it.

Risa Dansko--THE PERFECT BOOT - This boot is awesome. I wear a size 10 and ordered a 41.The fit is perfect. This boot is comfortable. I can walk all day in them without blisters or aching feet. They look great with all outfits. I thought they might be a little tight around the calf, but they are not. I am so happy that I decided on this boot....PERFECTION!!

Any heel I can wear after having back surgery gets 5 stars! I recently had back surgery and was afraid that I would never be able to wear heels. I have Dansko clogs which are amazing, so I was thrilled to find out that had a boot as well. I could run miles in these shoes and never even think about my feet. They are not only the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn but they look great. Also - I have wider calves and find it difficult to buy boots that fit my calf but these zipped up perfectly. 5 stars all the way!
