I happen to be very fond of Avia brand sneakers. I also have very wide feet which are difficult to find good fitting shoes/sneakers for. Avia has never let me down. The width is correct, the arch is comfortable and I would highly recommend this brand. I was sorry to see the navy blue color no longer available. They were definitely my all time favorite.

These shoes are great for low impact aerobics, which is what I bought them for. We have a wood floor in our exercise class and these shoes are strictly worn for this.

I purchased the Avia A5020W sneakers and I am very pleased with them. They are comfortable and fit well. I received them in 3 or 4 days after ordering them with no shipping charge.

I bought these for my granddaughter to use for PE. They fit her very wide feet well and look good. They are perfect for what she needed.

I bought the Avia tennis shoe because of the style but really found out that the support in the shoes was excellent too. They are very comfortable and great for walking distances.

I love these shoes. I do an average of 20 miles of power walking a week and they are great. Wonderful arch support, good traction, and comfort.

Overall a decent sneaker. Holding up well and has pretty good cushioning. The heel support is a little odd. It seems a little narrower or stiffer than other shoes. My dad has a pair of the men's version and he has the same complaint. It took a little getting used to.

Light weight, comfortable, good support. Perfect for fitness classes, elliptical, general gym use. Also comfortable for walking. I wear a 7.5 for shoes, but bought these in 8 and they fit just right.

Good, solid shoes, though bulky and heavy on the feet after wearing them all day. For the price, however, I am very pleased.

These are great shoes, comfortable, price is right. I do wish they came in a more fashionable color -- 10W is so hard to find! Black with purple trim etc would be great. One negative: the sole is definitely marking up my floors. I thought they only made non-marking soles now. Lots of black streaks everywhere. But the price is great and they are so comfy.

A good flexible shoe for working out. I think Avia's keep their shoes sufficiently wide in the toe box which is important to me in a workout shoe. I do agree with one other reviewer though that there could be more padding to protect your feet from pounding workouts. I am enjoying the shoe, but I did add some padded insoles in them.

Great until the sole separated from the shoe top on the right! I am not joking...as if the glue disappeared. I will be sending these back. Worn, yes. Acceptable, no way.

Love these tennis shoes! I have foot problems but found these to give me the support and comfort for all day wear. Can't beat the price either! The last on these shoes is wider across the ball of the foot than most shoes and the toe box is not as small due to where the stitching lays at the top of the toe. I wear a size 10 and most shoes cramp my toes after a few hours. Not the most fashionable but where comfort rules, these are the best.

I had been having a lot of trouble with my sauconys and other running shoes and I thought maybe a wide width shoe would help and that's how I found Avia. 8.5W was not available but I thought I'd try a 9M. I have been running in these shoes every day and I have had no rubbing, blistering, etc. I recommend them.

I have NEVER written a review for anything before. But I had to write for these shoes. They are the comfiest shoes I have ever worn. They have good arch support that makes them super nice. Also, I love the overnight free shipping, I ordered shoes last evening, and got them this noon. I was not expecting to get them this soon, which makes the deal all the more sweeter. Definitely ordering more stuff from Zappos in future! I am a fan now. :)

These are pretty comfortable. I got a blister after wearing them for my first run, but it went away after that. These are my first pair of running shoes so I don't have anything to compare them to but I like them!

Very comfortable for everyday wear. It doesn't seem to have the support and comfort for walking for miles but everyday wear around the house and out doing errands is fine.

Love the quick turn around when ordering and the return policy is the best I've ever heard of and no shipping charges. Who could ask for more? I love the shoes and will definitely order from Zappos again and will also tell my friends.

A very light weight shoe with good support for the price. Can't say they're the most comfortable walking sneaker I've ever purchased. Concerned about their longevity as well.

The only drawback I've found is that the insert comes out rather easily. I have a hard time finding shoes to fit my wide feet. These fit well.

I've been wearing Avia's for a few years and, prior to this pair, have been happy with the arch support, which I need. However, these do not have the arch support of previous pairs. Wouldn't buy again.

These shoes are good for short walking only! I wear these to work and that's all their good for and I sit at a desk most of the day! If I walk more than 1/2 mile or run in them they kill my back and my feet hurt really bad. I like them because they're lightweight but the bottom feels like a flat bottom skate shoe.

Avia has a problem with their running shoes and they are always too short. I should have known next time its a cross trainer.

I'm having issues with the shoes fitting well. Light-weight and felt great going on, but now I have blisters after a few miles in them. I'm thinking they might be a little wide in the heel, and not very good in the arch support. But Zappos, you are the greatest! I love doing business with you!

This shoe was incredibly Ho-Hum. I was looking for an inexpensive shoe to leave behind while on vacation. This was alright. Little arch support, not the lightest weight, and unfortunately unattractive. If you're serious about your walks/runs, invest in something else with better support.
