I have long thin feet and I wear a 7 or a 7.5 high heel pointy toes. I find that these boots run wide and the are bigger then size posted; however, I find I need the room to wear two pairs of socks for the winter. Yes, I could use a women's 6 for the spring/summer, but I would be all cramped for the winter. I find that 7 is okay for a seven if you are going to wear socks and a welly. The rubber is way too cold for a New York winter without socks. I have room for a orthotic as well and I think the new colors make the boots real winners. I need rain gear since I am outside for a living. I wear them with suits and dresses; they look good with leggings also.

After 3 failed attempts at buying these at Nordstrom, I finally ordered from this site. I ended up saving money also. Good shipping time and quality. FYI, sizes run big! I wear an 8 (closer to 8 1/2) US women's, but bought a size 7 in these boots (sizes run big so Hunter can sell you their thick socks which I'm not a fan of). They also don't come in 1/2 sizes! It's just the brand! Awesome buy for those who appreciate quality and brand! Oh, and comfort!

I absolutely love these boots. My husband and I were at a muddy (and I mean muddy!) outdoor concert back in August. We were all sinking into the mud. But I didn't mind because I kept completely dry and then easily hosed them down once we got home. I love these boots.

These are great boots! They are stylish, comfortable, and they definitely keep you dry. I usually wear a size 8.5 or 9 and the size 8 fit me perfectly. I highly recommend these!

These boots are wonderful in the rain! I also got the wellie socks which make them extra toasty for those really cold, or snowy days. I am amazed at how comfortable they are. It's like wearing slippers out in the rain. Typically I wear a size 8.5 or a 9 so I followed other reviewer's advice and sized down to an 8. It was okay but something just felt a little uncomfortable about it. I usually like my shoes a bit on the snug size but in this case it was just too tight. I ordered the size 9 instead and it is a much better, more comfortable fit. I got the hunter green color and it is a nice classic, tasteful look. I will probably end up getting the lime green for spring because I like them so much and want another pair!

Stop thinking about it and just buy a pair! These boots are excellent, top quality rain boots. I have tried cheaper rain boots and they are pretty much disposable. This pair will literally last forever. I call them my "east coast Uggs". We have really wet winters here and some snow. I got the welly warmer fleece socks to go in them and they are warm enough for use in snow. Love them. Buy a size smaller than you normally wear.

Great boots; bought the Hunter socks, too. Both very comfortable. Zappos shipping was awesome as well.

I love these boots! They do run a little big, but I ordered the sock inserts and they are perfect. I always look forward to overcast, rainy weather so I can wear them. My feet stay dry and warm and they are well made. I will have these for many years. Ordering from Zappos is so quick and easy. I have been ordering from them for years and have never had a problem.

Great boots. Comfortable. Run 1/2 size to 1 size large. My daughter usually wears a 7.5/8 and she had to get a 7 in these.

Fantastic boots! You should be aware that the entire Oslo West is wearing them, down to 14 year olds (it is the rain boots for the teenagers here).

This boot is well worth the price! I put off buying a pair of rain boots for months, all the while hoping I would find a low-priced pair that would withstand lots of wear. I kept coming back to the Hunter brand, and I am glad I did! The Hunter Original is classic, easy to wear, and very comfortable. If you are a half-size, I suggest ordering down. I am W8.5 and ordered a W8. I find that I have ample room to wear a heavy sock if desired. The boot is still comfortable with thin sock, though.

Absolutely fantastic boots! I get compliments whenever I wear them, which is all the time here in the rainy wet northwest. I have no problems tucking skinny jeans completely into them without the unattractive bulky denim hanging around the top like other wellies I\'ve tried. \r\n\r\nI have a larger calf (14") and I still have space. I imagine if you have anything bigger than a 14" calf you might have trouble tucking jeans into them and if your calves are 15" or larger I\'d suggest a boot designed for extra large calves because there is no way these would fit. \r\n\r\nI wear a size 7 and bought a size 7 in the Hunter\'s. Unlike other reviews I\'ve read I would say they fit true to size with an average width. If you have particularly narrow feet I\'d suggest downsizing. \r\n\r\nOverall I LOVE them, very comfortable, durable, and stylish. Worth twice the price.

So glad I made the investment! I just purchased these in aubergine (it was between green and aubergine and I was not sure, very happy with my choice). The boots are a really dark purple, almost black, but they look great and they will go with anything! I followed the advice of other reviewers and ordered a size smaller (normally I'm an 8.5 - 9 and I ordered the 8, I also have a pretty narrow foot). The 8s fit great, plenty of room at the toes, a little snug on the upper calf, but I was able to tuck my regular boot cut jeans in them (probably would be easier with tights or skinny jeans). Zappos has to be one of the best companies out there. I received an email shortly after I placed my order (Monday evening) saying that they upgraded my free shipping to free overnight shipping. The UPS guy delivered the boots Tuesday evening. Wow! I also felt confident that if I did have a problem or change my mind about the color, Zappos has such great customer service (from a previous experience) that I would easily be able to exchange them. Luckily they fit great and I'm happy with my purchase. Awesome experience and now I can't wait for a rainy day!

I'm tiny (5'1") and was concerned the boots would be too high based on other reviews, but they're totally fine (my legs are a bit on the long side, though). I bought a 37 which is what I normally wear; size is perfect, but I do have quite wide feet. I had the 36 before, but found they wore out quickly at the widest part of my foot. I wore them for 5 days straight in Paris while walking tons - super comfortable.

I love these boots! Easy on/off, great fit and completely waterproof. I like an extremely supportive shoe, so I use an insert and my insert fit just fine. The adjustable buckle at the top of the boot is a nice perk. I bought the color Aubergine (an extremely dark purple) which I think has a little more zest than plain black. These boots will last for y-e-a-r-s. Worth the money!

The Hunter wellies are just wonderful in every way. You'll need warm socks if you are out in the snow in them, but they are so comfy you'll want to wear them even in nice weather. The Zappos team just can't be beat. I got my boots only a couple days after I ordered them because they upgraded my shipping. You can't beat their service, selection or friendliness. I canceled an order for these boots with another company just so I could buy them from Zappos once they came back into stock because of their great service. Highly recommend both the boots and Zappos.

These boots are comfy, warm and thoroughly waterproof. Good colors, and you can get fleece inserts so you can stay dry and cozy in winter, too.

I finally caved and splurged on a pair. I love my pair. The fit is great, my calves are on the smaller side so I can still easily pull my boots over my pants. I was for a while, confused what size to get since everyone says they run large. I wear a 7 - 7.5 and I simply ordered the 7s. They are a little loose, but you don\'t want your rainboots to fit so tightly, otherwise how will they possibly breathe through the rubber? I\'m planning on wearing them in slushy snow, so I\'m factoring some space for thick socks. The 6s did fit, but they fit too perfectly with thin socks. I just don\'t like the idea of tight fitting rubber boots.

Just received my boots, wearing them as you're reading this! I bought the black glossy size 10, and thought that I would have to "modify" the calf width, after I had tried some on in a Freeport boutique and due to my equestrian calves, they didn't quite fit. Perhaps I was just having a fat calf day because when I took this pair out of the box this morning, they fit perfect! Foot length is exact for size 10, and they have nice supple rubber, but not so much that they will fold over. Ordered on Thanksgiving, Zappos fast service has proved itself once again; I won't buy from anywhere else!

I am in love with these boots. I can't wait for rainy days so I can put them on. I got the yellow, which I love. They go with everything and besides being really really cute, they are completely waterproof. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and the 7's fit me perfectly. They're not too narrow in the calf, but definitely wear with skinny jeans or tights. A great investment!

I love these boots! I have wanted a pair forever and now I want them in different colors. The fit was great for me. Some reviews said the calf was tight, but I did not think so at all. I do have golf tee legs though with almost no calves to speak of, so maybe that is why they fit so well. If you have always wanted a pair of real Hunter Wellies, these are worth the price.

These quickly became my favorite boots. I have never left the house in them and not received an onslaught of compliments. They\'re comfortable, they keep my feet dry, and are all around great for the rainy season.

The Zappos service experience was exceptional. I accidentally ordered the wrong size boots, but reached a service rep swiftly who adjusted the order and sent me all the appropriate materials with which to easily return the incorrect product upon my receiving it. I was also not charged for the additional pair that I ordered to correct the error. Returning the incorrect product was a breeze and all email correspondence throughout the process was clear, cordial and prompt. Thank You Zappos!!!!
