I made my first purchase from Zappos in December and was extremely pleased with both their friendly, helpful service and fast delivery. The product was exactly as ordered so no returns were necessary but it was nice to know I had that option of returning the product free of charge. I would definitely order from Zappos again!

A great boot for those rainy days. However, they feel so comfortable that I want to wear them even when it doesn't rain! Boot is true to size as well.

I bought these for my trendy, hip daughter who lives in NYC and walks everywhere. She can't stop raving about how much she loves these boots.

I love these boots! They are so comfortable, perfect for any type of wet weather. They keep your feet warm, and they are stylish as well! I like the original boot WAY better than the glossy boot. The glossy boots show fingerprints and look like they have grease stains and smudges. Go with the original!!

I ordered these and absolutely loved them. The aubergine color is really great. Tried them out in the house. Easy to walk in, so cute. Ended up returning them though, just too expensive.

Bought these to give as a gift to my mom, she loved them! Nice, traditional style. Be aware the that the green is a very bright green!

I gave them to my daughter who lives in NYC. When it snows there, the pedestrians have to slog through a lot of dirty slush. Hunters are comfortable and perform well.

Bought these for my daughter for wear during her dairy production class and other time on the farm or working around animals. Other boots have fallen apart on her, but not Hunter. They hold up to the wear and tear, are comfortable and easy to clean after a day in the muck. The sock inserts are great for the winter.

My daughter loves these boots! Best to have the Wellie socks with them for use through multiple seasons. She's a half size, so we ordered up. Good fit - especially with the socks.

I love these boots. I already had one pair and couldn't resist getting another - they are incredibly versatile so you can never have too many pairs! I would suggest, however, getting the matching socks because the boots alone are cold in the winter.

I love these boots! After a year, finally made the purchase. Super comfortable, great arch support, walked all around Boston after the last storm in total comfort. Bought them in my normal boot size (9) after reading the reviews and I'm glad I did. Fit well in the foot and shaft. A little room in the ankle, but since I wear these over everything from tights to jeans, it's perfect!

Love these boots. I bought the eggplant color and really like theme. They fit well, I usually wear a 7 1/2 and bought a 7. Fit great even with a heavy pair of socks. Would highly recommend these boots!

I got these boots to weather the Seattle winter, and they totally rule hard! I moved here from the desert with only Toms to wear, and needed something better to wear for dry feet through the rainy winters. Walking through 8 inch deep puddles, they are great. they are comfortable for everyday walking use, but start to hurt if you have to work too many hours in the kitchen or behind the coffee bar. My Toms are size 6, and the size 6 Hunter wellies fit perfectly, with the necessary extra toe room for thick socks. I can't wait to try going to the beach and wading in Puget Sound in these boots on the next drizzly day I have off work!

I've been wanting these for some time now and had done my share of research on the fit to avoid buying the wrong size. I am an 8 1/2 in shoes but usually have to buy a 9 to 9 1/2 in boots. Based on reviews I ordered down a size and got an 8. They were too short. My toes were at the very front of this boot with my big toe rubbing against the rubber with no room to spare. I returned them for a 9 worried that they'd be too big but they are perfect. I have room in the 9 but they are as a rain boot should be. Enough room for some cozy socks and room for my toes to wiggle around a little. I love them. And I love Zappos' unbeatable customer service. They are Diamond Level all the way!

These were a gift, so I can't comment personally. But I can comment on how great Zappos is! Great service, great people, great place to shop!

I bought these boots for my daughter. They were a little snug in the calves (but not binding) which is a something she encounters frequently in boots but otherwise comfortable. She loved the look and has enjoyed wearing them. She usually wears a 7-1/2 but the 7 was perfect.

I read and reread all of the reviews on these boots. I would not normally spend this kind of money on rain boots. I finally ended up getting them because I know how good Zappos is about returns. I absolutley love them. They fit me perfect, are super comfortable and, of course, so stylish. I am happy that I finally got took the plunge!

These boots are great! They are really cute. I'm getting lots of compliments! I've found that if you order your regular size, the welly socks will fill out the boots for a perfect fit.

These are the best rain boots Ever. I bought it for a Christmas present for my daughter and she loves them! She wore them after the recent blizzard we had and said she could not have done without them.
