I bought these bouts for my daughter and she loves them! They are great quality and she said they are extremely comfortable. They do run a bit big, she wears a size 6 1/2 so I went by other reviews and got her a size 6 and they were perfect. Great customer service! I love Zappos!

The video sold me on these rain boots for my daughter. She loves them! States they really do keep her toes warm and dry! Of course the Zappos happiness we receive when getting our packages is hard to beat, ordered Hunter youth size for grandson. Great boots true to size.

Got the Hunter boots for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them, very in style right now. Since they don't come in 1/2 sizes she had to go a size up, from a 7 to an 8 as her size is 7 1/2. She suggests socks and they are great. Anything that Zappos sells I will order from them. They are the most pleasant people I have ever dealt with, free shipping, and they must have elves delivering in private jets, things are always delivered within hours! It is always next day, but way before actual 24 hours. When speaking on the phone they sound like they enjoy their job, how rare is that? Had to do an exchange, they accommodated to the last detail to insure we had the new size boot before they even received the old size. Obviously I cannot say enough about them...I love Zappos!

The best boots you'll ever purchase! Get the welly socks for winter! I've owned mine for well over a year now, and they're indestructible! And, you can't beat Zappos service! Love these boots! Oh, and it's true to buy a size larger than you usually wear, because they are slightly large.

After 4 years of horrible rainy days on campus, which included soaked shoes and a nasty cold to deal with, I finally decided a pair of rain boots were needed. Now I tried various boots from other companies, but only ended up returning them because of sizing and comfort. Back in 2009 I discovered Hunter boots and immediately fell in love...with the boots not the price tag. Well here it is 2011 and I caved and finally bought them! Love! I was so worried they would look silly on me because I am 5'4", but surprisingly they fit just fine. They fit perfect with a little extra room for socks. Now all I need is some rain to try them out!

I spent 3 weeks debating about whether or not to get these boots. I finally did and have worn them the last 2 days in cruddy Ohio weather. I love them. Not only are they comfortable, they are warm and look really cute. I have had many compliments. They really aren't as big as some reviews said I ordered true size. I have defined calves and they are fitted but not uncomfortable.You won't be sorry if you get these.

Overall I'm super happy with this boot. It's my first pair of Hunter boots. I've worn them in rain, snow, and on mildly chilly days, with skinny jeans or leggings. They look great with the fleece welly socks, and those socks are so nice and warm. I typically wear a size 6.5, and ordered the boots in size 6. Perfect fit, even with the thick welly socks (although some might prefer to get a larger boot if pairing with the welly sock). The one downside is no arch support, so you may not want to make these your on your feet all day shoes.

I bought these rainboots because of the recent New York City snowstorms. They're super comfy for rainboots and the sole is very flexible. The circumference of the boots is kind of small, so if you have wide calves, this may not be the boot for you. Also, I did not size down like the other reviews suggested because I wanted to wear extra socks for winter. I usually wear a size 8 or an 8 1/2 and I bought an 8 in the navy color. I still have plenty of room for a thick sock. The boots are very high quality and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Hunter boots run a size bigger than normal fitting. I wear a 11, bought a 10 and fit perfect! Best rain boots ever! Delivered very fast. This was my first time ever buying through Zappos. Highly recommend.

These boots are obviously well-made. They are very thick, unlike other flimsy rain boots. I was surprised that they fit me so well, (I'm 5'4") because most boots are too tall for me. I'm sure I will have these boots for many years to come.

I bought these in green and I love them. I wore them the same day they arrived! They are both stylish and comfortable. I have other rain boots that offer no support and my feet end up hurting after wearing them for a while, but I walked around in these all night with no problems. I am usually a size 6 1/2, and the 6 fit perfectly. Love these and would definitely recommend them!

I've been eyeing these boots for years ever since I first started seeing/reading about them on the personal blogs I read. I really couldn't justify the cost or would know when it's appropriate to wear these or how slippery they would be say walking through a grocery store. Finally I caved & it's amazing how often I wear these wellies! They have a funky rubbery smell that follows you around for the longest but eventually it starts to fade. The black color was a great choice instead of the classic green as I have found the black to be flattering with pretty much my whole wardrobe. I do find myself a little more cautious when walking into a store or other place with highly polished/slick floors as I don't yet feel I have a good sense of assurance that my feet are going to fly out from under me if I walk too quickly or change directions suddenly. The black color had taken on a odd white-ish appearance but I was prepared for that & found a good scrubbing with some Oxyclean solves that dilemma. If the weather is cold, wet, misty, snowy, etc - that's reason enough to wear these out. I was a little self-conscious the first time wearing these out and about worried that it would come across as pretentious or overkill...but I got over that real quick! So if you have been on the fence about these and you got the money - get them! Really consider black instead of green too. Fits true to size. If you wear an 8 - get an 8 (39 UK). I tried a size larger & smaller just in case & found that my correct size was indeed my correct size - thick or thin socks!

Love these boots! I wish I had bought these boots sooner. Ordered the short version and returned them for the taller hunters! I am 5'9" so the short looked a bit strange. These boots are so comfortable! The fit is great as well. Not too clunky looking. I got them in the Navy and I love them! Worth the price - will have them for long time!

Love these boots. I am normally a size 9.5 and I was unsure about what size to order because there was nothing in that category. I ordered the 40 based on other recommendations and they fit well. There's not much room if you wear them with skinny jeans, but it's definitely doable. I also got a pair that are a 42 and the only real difference is room in the calf and they are easier to take off and on.

Just got my Zappos package delivered today and opened up to find my Hunter boots! So excited! I ordered the black (matte -- not glossy) Hunter original boots. I didn't have any wax film on my boots that I've read others mention in reviews, so maybe it's the color or gloss of the boots that affect that. I am a US size 9 and I ordered the 9 -- fits fine, doesn't need to go down in size. They look super cute with skinny jeans and leggings.

I ordered these boots and wellie socks for my 14 year old granddaughter. She is thrilled with the fit and comfort of both - wears them every day (especially with our winter wet weather!) It's fun to her how many adults recognize her boots and wellie socks and regale her with stories of their 'boots.' These Hunter Original boots were purchased for my daughter as a gift. She loves them! She usually wears a size 9 1/2 or 10 and has a narrow foot, but the size 10 was much too large and the size 9 was "just right." She's wearing them in rain and snow and reports that they're very comfortable. I'm seriously thinking about getting myself a pair.

Loved this boot! For the winter, definitely get the liner socks; they are worth it.
