I love these boots but had to return the pair I received because I was sent the wrong size. I ordered a 7 and received an 8. From Original Hunter Boot experience, if you wear half sizes, order the size lower- even with the Hunter liners they still fit.

I love my Hunter boots! I ordered navy and really love it...very versatile color. I wear 7.5 and ordered an 8, but had to exchange for a 7. The 8 was huge and even with big socks I couldn't wear them. The 7 fits great. I wore them for the first time for a day of sightseeing in DC and they were so comfortable!

The style was awesome, and it was high but not too high. It is also true to size, but if you have athletic legs I would say size to so you can tuck in your pants/jeans comfortably.

The tall boot looks cool, but if you're short like me, it can be a little uncomfortable around the knees. But overall I love them.

I love them! They are perfect for rainy days and winter days. I have both short and tall hunters, but the taller ones are my favorite in my opinion. They run big, so be sure to size down. I am usually a 9.5, 10 in shoes, but I bought a 9 and they fit great!

Purchased for my daughter and she absolutely loves this boot. She stated they were difficult to pull off after wearing in the rain but loves the fit and style. Purchase the Wellie Socks if you need the extra warmth in the colder months.

Feels great. Keeps your feet warm and dry on the rainiest days. I recommend all my friends to buy them.

I love these boots. As a woman, it is very difficult to find cute boots for my huge feet, especially because men's sizes usually run wider and taller in the footbed and have wide calves. These are skinny boots. Once I put in two layers of smartfeet I can now actually walk around in these, though there is still a little jolt to the spine with each heavy step.

I bought my Hunter boots in Navy and I absolutely love them! I was unsure of what size to buy since I am a size 6.5. I decided to go a half size up after reading some of the reviews and I am really glad I did. I got the size 7 and I am very happy with them. They may feel a little loose at first; however, in the winter when you wear thick socks you will appreciate the extra room.

The Hunter Original Boots are very high quality and very comfortable. They're excellent for casual wear. The rubber is softer than many other knee boots, so I don't use them for heavy work where more durable rubber footwear is required. Make sure you order your correct US size. I feel that Hunter sizes are a bit smaller than the sizes of other rubber knee boots you can buy in the US. I normally take size US 11 on other knee boots, but I took size US 12 on the Hunters. Also, be aware that the tall shafts of the boots are realtively narrow. If you have very wide calves, you may have to order a special wide calf version of the boots. They are fully waterproof, and quite comfortable for extended wear. They are relatively expensive, but I highly recommend them.

I love my boots. Very comfortable and the hunter green is a great color. We just need some rain so I can actually get use out of them! I highly recommend, but if you have a large calf, you might consider the Huntress style because the calf is larger circumference by a lot! Bad thing about Huntress though is it is quite a bit shorter and the height of these is part of what makes them awesome.

I love the look of Hunter boots. I got them in February 2010 and I have worn them somewhat since then. They still have a milky film on them, that I think is sort of weird. I am hoping that goes away with more wear. I do love the classic green. They are very England and very wintery. I will say the only bad thing about them, is that they are very skinny up top. I have very thin legs, with some calf muscle and it fits me just barely. I can only wear skinny skinny jeans with them.

I typically wear a 7 1/2 or 8/ 38-39 euro and since other reviews said these are big I ordered smaller. I ended up having to return them for a size up. I got the 7M/8F/39Euro and they are great, especially since I wear socks with them when it's cold.

These are definitely not distressed/worn out. They're a pretty shiny blue/green rubber. So not at all how they're pictured. That being said, they're super comfortable, and the best rain boots I've ever owned. Highly fashionable, so most people won't get it. If you care about that, they're not for you though. I pray for rain now so I can wear them.

The item I received wasn't worn in as the image shows. It was just plain flat Navy, which was fine. As someone who has very high arches and who walks aprox. 1 mile a day, these shoes did give me blisters on the tops of my feet when I wore them 3 days in a row. They did keep my feet dry though and seem to be well made.

I agree with another review in that the sizing is a bit larger. I take a 10.5 and the 11 as too big, so exchanged for a 10 and they fit great; however, the calf is way too tight and my pants could not be tucked in. Defeats the purpose of rainboots if you cant tuck in the pants. But they are nice quality and look good. You should have skinny calves to wear these. I returned.

I love these boots. I'm a size women's 9 so I got the men's equivalent because I specifically wanted the traditional olive green color and they didn't offer it in the women's selection - they fit perfectly. I have narrow feet and they are a great fit - I don't feel like I'm wearing a rubber boot. The only concern I would have is that they are quite snug at the top. I slim calves but they are still quite tight. You definitely can't slip them on quickly. You have to tuck your jeans into tight socks and put them on carefully so that they don't all bunch up at your knees. I was a little disappointed with that because I wanted them to be a fast solution to running out quickly in the rain - but it's a bit of a performance. Color's great and style is fabulous - exactly what I hoped for.

Classic wellington, but thin rubber and no lining. Definitely need thick socks.

I am packing it and want to return them. I loved them, but for some reason the left boot got wet the second time I wore them few weeks ago "after" a rainy morning. I got a huge blister and it hurt (both my heart and toe). Friends told me their Hunters also have holes after few wears. I did not believe them, and now I do. I gave them five stars before, and I will take four back for their poor quality.

Cute boots and very practical for wet weather which our springs are nothing but wet and cold. That being said - these boots are bigger than I thought. My feet are very narrow and the boot are whole sizes only, so having to order the 1/2 size up meant that the boot feels large and loose on my foot. I wear thicker socks. Good for taking my dog to the large dog parks and for getting around. Glad to have them. If not so expensive, would have them in other colors as well.

I love the service I recieved from Zappos and the boots are great for ease of cleaning out the bottom and the rubber material but for me they are too narrow at the top. I use them with my jeans tucked into them an there is not enough room to do that. The tightening buckle on top is not necessary on top becuse of the lack of diameter of the top.

Live in the south Tampa area that has a lot of flooding when it rains. I absolutely love these boots! Long pants tuck in nicely and everything stays dry. Also wear them working in the garden and yard - very comfortable. Just squirt them off with the hose and they clean right up. True to size. Have worn with or without socks and never had an issue.

Do not order this product if you have bigger legs. I have ordered them three times and none of them fit my calf. I am so angry, they are expensive. They should fit!

These are awesome warm and comfortable dry and sturdy boots. I'm not interested in style just want function as I live in flood plain and my yard gets wet! My feet are wide for women so I got men's boots.
