Lovely boot - I have wide, short toed feet and with that, comes a challenge to find footwear. These boots are lovely and comfortable.

The toe and everything about the boot is a lot rounder looking than I had expected so I'm returning them. They make my feet look big. They were comfortable though.

Nice shoe, not a great fit - Sofft makes a really nice shoe. These are quality boots. The sizing was accurate for me and these boots were very comfortable. However, the top of the boots were too wide, and it looked like I was a child trying on my mother's boots. I tried them on with jeans, and you could see shape of the wide top through the jeans - it looked very silly. So I have to return them. I wish they worked; there's a lot of nice qualities about this boot, but they didn't work for me.

Comfortable - This boot is easy to walk in, really doesn’t feel like it’s a 3" heel, looks really sexy and great with jeans. Nice leather and good arch support, too. I couldn’t get them, though, because the calves were much too big. They looked like galoshes at the top on me! I do have small calves, so skinnier calve ladies these might not work for you- for average or bigger, they will probably be great.

Beautiful boot - OK comfort - I fell in love with this boot when I saw it...and it's beautiful in person. Unfortunately, it did not work for my foot type at all. I have a pretty normal foot size/width. The boot was OK in the forefoot, but very loose in the ankle and heel. It felt wobbly when I walked. I am very used to wearing 3+ inch heels. I did not feel stable in the boots. I also question whether they could be worn any longer than a "non" comfort high heel boot. They are still worth giving a chance because they look great.

Wide on the leg, not on the toe - My sister wears 7W in a Sofft mule sandal and they fit great. These boots were quality leather, but fit loose in the heel and tight in the toe. The worst part was the leg, which gapes about 2 inches on an athletic calf. Bad fit.

So soft, but tight in the calf - I bought these based on the reviews for the shoe being comfy...and it would have been, but it was pretty tight in my right calf. These definitely feel like they would be comfortable to wear all day, but not for the big-calf sisters.

These boots are so cute and seem like they would be very sexy. The fit was comfortable. However, this boot is definitely for people with wide calves. I have standard size calves and these boots were flopping around on my ankles and legs. I would have put up with it because they were comfortable and cute, but there was so much excess room that just walking around the house in them felt a little weird on my calves.

Peculiar fit - Guess I should have measured my calves! These were quite roomy and didn't fit my average-sized calves snugly. For a Wide Width, these boots are pinchy in the toe area, exacerbated by the pitch of the heel. The arch support was misplaced from the angle of the boot and felt non-existent. Just the whole shape of the boot was off for me. It's too bad, they look like nice little boots, but they are witchy-pinchy for those who need a nice roomy toe box.

Defective heel - I liked these boots -- the fit and style -- and received a lot of compliments on them the two times I wore them. (They did get a little baggy, as someone mentioned, but it looked okay.) However, on the second (admittedly long) day in these boots one of the heels snapped in half while I was leaning on that leg. Literally snapped in half -- a jagged break. Luckily I didn't get hurt, but it was a little unnerving, and I certainly would not buy this brand again. I am tall, but otherwise of "average" size (I'm a runner, and not overweight). The heel looks like it's made of some plastic/glue substance. Not well made.

Disappointed - I will be returning them. They are a very practical and comfortable boot- my returning them is because I wanted a sexy boot with a fat heel. This is not sexy, but it is comfortable. I guess from the picture I misjudged it. It's a real nice boot - just not the look I was after. I will be returning them soon. Thank you.
