Finally - a stylish boot that fits! I love these boots. I've probably tried over a dozen pairs before stumbling upon these. I was afraid the heel height would make them uncomfortable, but they are more comfortable than lower heeled shoes. They are beautifully made. Love the lacing on the back. Also, thrilled that a boot marked medium actually worked for my narrow feet and they don't gap at the calves like most boots do.

Boots that feel like slippers! Read all the reviews on these and thought there was no way they could be that good. Ordered, figuring I would return. Well, believe the hype! These boots look hot and are as comfortable as slippers! I have wide feet and these fit great. They are a little loose in the calves and mine are just normal size, but it looks fine, just feels different than most boots. Get 'em now!

Sofft Tyla - I haven't actually worn this shoe out of the house yet, but when I tried it on, I knew it was a keeper. It's not really formal, but attractive for semi-dressy and casual outfits and it is very comfortable.

Another Great Boot from Sofft - I ordered these in black suede, shortly after ordering Sofft's Modena. Another boot that doesn't disappoint. Unlike my "45-minute" shoes that I need to break in for weeks in order to wear them for a full day of work, these were extremely wearable right out of the box, just like the Modena. Also, since wearing Sofft's boots lately, I noticed I don't wake up with ankle pain in the morning or feeling like my feet are tree stumps trying to heave them into the bathroom, mainly because I was wearing shoes that did lack arch support. Seriously, my foot hell days are over since I've discovered Sofft. They're pricey, but your feet will thank you and you'll be able to walk around showing them off because they're that comfortable and they're that gorgeous, and I guarantee you'll feel sexy in them, especially if you have trouble finding boots in 10W w/ high arches. Also, the Sofft boots (both Modena and Tyla) fit my wide calves quite comfortably. I could probably even wear them over a pair of jeans if I wanted to. They are also absolutely dead-sexy gorgeous with the trim on the back. Also, just to add: the Modena boot has a relatively short shaft, while this boot has a higher, almost-to-the-knee shaft, if that's what you are looking for.

Very comfortable boot! I did find that this boot felt a bit larger than marked, though it is perfect to fit warm, thick socks inside! Very comfortable for long walks on city streets, and looks great under jeans. Very stable, supportive heel.

Nice Boot! I bought these boots for my daughter who has a wide foot and has trouble finding comfortable shoes of any kind, especially boots. Not anymore! She said that they fit perfectly (true to size) and were comfortable the first time she put them on. The bonus is that they look great with just about anything.

I Love It! I thought the boot was very comfortable and felt very good on my feet. It felt more like a "comfy slipper" than a boot. I wore it all evening to a New Years Eve party and never felt any discomfort. I was surprised because I've had boots in the past that after a few hours, I've had to pull them off my feet. I'm very happy with my boots.

Stylish and Super Comfortable - This boot is well made and needs no break-in time. The leather is soft and the lacing up the back is a terrific detail. I am short (5'2") and the boot comes up to just below my knee. It is a little loose at the top. If I had a longer leg, the boot would not come up so high on my leg and the top would probably fit tighter.

Yay for Zappos with their overnight delivery! I never liked to try on boots because my calves are too big. These are a little tight in the calves, but the leather is nice and soft and the insides are padded. Footbed is roomy enough for thick socks (but I got 8W to be safe) and it doesn't feel like a 3 inch heel at all.

Just what I wanted - I wear a wide shoe and it’s hard to find a good fit. I put these on and wore them the whole day. Good color, too!

Perfect - These boots fit and are comfortable the moment I put them on. I usually do not purchase boots, but, because of the positive comments given by others in their reviews I gave them a try. I'm even thinking of buying another color. It's going to be in the 30's here in Florida this week so they will get a workout. This is my 4th pair of Soffts and there is no break in time with any of them. It feels like a favorite shoe the moment you put then on. Perfect.

Great for large calves - I love these shoes! They are worth the price. I have a hard time finding boots that will zip over my 15" calves and these do the trick. They are extremely comfortable for a high heel boot. They are a little baggy in the ankle for me, but may be perfect for someone who has larger ankles. I wear them with bulky socks for extra cushion and can wear them all day with no problem.

Absolutely My Favorite Boots! I now own this in both red oak and black leather. Easily the most comfortable shoes/boots I own and so very cute. I have done more walking around and traveling in these than any other shoes I have for this winter. I wear them with pants, skirts, dresses – everything, but PJs!

Great, comfortable Boot - I have a hard to fit foot and a troublesome bunion as well, so, I have shied away from heels for years. I tried a pair of Sofft clogs with a heel and found them very comfortable so thought I'd try the Tyla boot. They are worth every penny and I'm back in heels!

The perfect boot. These boots are so comfortable, even for someone like me that doesn't often wear heels. The leather is beautiful, and the stitching up the back is adorable. The second time I wore them was for an entire day in New York...not a moment of discomfort and a great look!

Beautiful boot - If only it came in a size 5 - These boots are exactly what I desire but a 6 is the smallest available size. The leather is very soft, the support is divine... Other Sofft styles are reviewed as running small. Unfortunately, this one does not.

Nice Boots - Not particularly dressy if you are looking for dressy, but good with skirts and pants. Very comfortable and I have a hard time in any heels. I have worn these all day very comfortably and I bought a 1/2 size larger so I could wear wool socks inside for warmth.

Finally!!! I have been on a quest for size 12/13 women tall black boots. These are great. The calf is perfect for me. I find that most "wide calf" boots are waaaay to baggy...and most normal ones are too tight. The Soft Tyla is snug and comfortable. Love the heel. Love the height I am 5'10" and the boot comes up to almost the lower knee. Great with short skirts. The heel feels sturdy and fairly comfortable. I have a pair of Soft strappy sandals which are a size 13...but for some reason the boot fits great in a 12.

FABULOUS BOOTS in ALL CATEGORIES - I bought these in suede bourbon color and black leather and both are fabulous in comfort and looks. They run 1/2 size large, so you should order 1/2 size smaller than usual. If you have a slightly wide calf, they fit great, too! These boots are beautiful and look great with skirts and pants. The toe box is rounded and has lots of room. The back details are subtly sexy. I also bought a third pair in black suede but decided I was getting carried away so will return them. But if money was not an object, I'd get these in every single leather and suede color they make! BUY THEM! In fact, I may exchange the black suede ones for navy suede, which I think they have.

Great to walk in - I live in Boston and bought these boots to walk all over town. I love them. Very comfortable, wide enough at the base to support you and the incline is easy on the ball of your foot. I thought 3 in. might be tough to walk in, but I wore them all day today. Nice suede, too.

Cool sexy boots - I tried other pairs and love those. They are sexy boots, right under the knee, and super comfy, it's easy to walk with them and look like a star! They go with a bunch of outfits too. They are a tad tight on my calves (16" calves), but the leather is supple so they are already feeling better. No skinny jeans inside those for me... I also like the fact that the soles are rubbery as I live in a place with real winters, thus ice, and can still walk on my own without risking a fall.

Timeless, Classic Boot - They are a little tight on my 16" calves, but these are gorgeous boots with an elegant classic look. They aren't too pointy, too rounded, or too square, so they defy that Winter 2007 look. The leather is so soft and supple that they were comfortable to wear right away. The lining is perfect - warm enough to protect your legs from winter, but won't make your feet sweat at work. People compliment me on my outfits almost every day at work - the thing is, they're the same outfits I was wearing before… the only difference is the boots!

Very Cute Boots - These boots are sooo cute. I love the lacing up the back. The toe is slightly pointed for a feminine touch, but do not pinch your toes. They are true to size and fit an average/medium calf size.

Great boots - I've been looking for the perfect boot for awhile and this is it!!! The heel height, color, comfort and fit are everything I've wanted. The lacing and bow at the back add just the right amount of detail without distracting from the clean look of the boot. They were comfortable right out of the box and I'm wearing them more than I ever thought I would.

Review of Sofft Tyla boot - Love these boots. They are extremely comfortable, the leather is very supple, and you can walk for hours in them (I did so recently over Thanksgiving). They fit my semi-wide calf, which is great (most boots don't zip up all the way). Also, they are very cute and I have received compliments on them already.
