Great, cute shoe -- runs big - I was so happy when I opened the Zappos box-these shoes are super-cute. The colors are great: a nice navy blue with brown accents. LOVE the look, great for jeans. I returned just because I normally wear a 9 (granted, I have very narrow feet so it's hard to find a fit) and my feet just fell out of these...they were at least a 1/2 inch too long. No arch support, but the sole does feel cushiony, like one other review said. Very cute, very comfortable. If you don't mind any arch support, order right now!

Cute and chic - This is a really stylish shoe but being a flat, it does not have much support, but more support than other flats I have worn. I got the black patent and have gotten compliments from the teen crowd. It does run slightly big for the sizing, but I think you should order your regular size.

Comfy Flat - Some Problems on Sizing - Cute shoes. I'm an attorney and can pull them off at work, as long as I'm not dressed in a suit. They are good for a business casual workplace. Definitely order a half size smaller. I'm usually a 9/9.5 but I ended up needing an 8.5. Also, I bought inserts to stick in on the inside of the shoe on the heel so the shoe doesn't slip!! Really helps, otherwise, I think these shoes would slip off.

Pretty good - Very comfortable for ballet flats. A little cuter online than in real life. They come off my heels when I walk, but I think they're the right size.

Cute as can be but... Even cuter in person than on the web site. As other reviewers remarked this shoe does run ~ half size too big. Also needs a good break in period. I really felt it by the end of the first day, but since I don't have to walk a lot for my job this is still a great look for fall.

Sizing Issues - The shoe is extremely comfortable and cute. However, I usually wear a 9, so I ordered that and it was way too big. Then I ordered an 8.5 and they are still a little bit too big - meaning I probably should have gotten an 8 - a whole shoe size below my normal.

Great shoes...one minor issue. Really, really cute shoes! However, my toes are super-long, and the top of the shoe rubbed on my little toe, and it started to blister, and hurt really badly, so that's the only reason that I gave it one star for comfort, otherwise, the shoes would have been great, and really comfortable. I unfortunately had to return them. (I about cried!) But, they are really cute shoes, and are great for work.

These took a while to break in, and rubbed on my toes until that happened. They also needed heel pads to prevent the heels from rubbing.

Clark's Giana - Very cute shoe! Pretty comfy for a ballet flat. I felt it ran a size big. I usually wear a 7 1/2-8, but the 7 1/2 was way too big. I'm reordering a 7 and hope it fits, because this shoe is adorable!

Very cute - Cute flats with a great sole. I often am on tile floors and like the rubber sole, it won't slip. The shoes are very cute and dress up most outfits. The trim is brown (I thought it was black but it doesn’t really matter). I really like these shoes and they are much more supportive than a lot of other flats I have tried on lately but do not have an arch or any actual support. I did blister pretty badly the first time I wore them.

Cute shoes but not that comfortable for long walks - These are very cute shoes. Inside, the bottom is lined with a corduroy-type material which can get a little sweaty if you wear these shoes without socks. When I first put got them, they fit like a glove, but after wearing them all day for a couple of days, they stretched to a bigger size. They shrank back to their original size after not wearing them for a day or two. I don't know if it would've helped to order a half size smaller. There isn't much arch support, but, after all, they're flats. Overall, a cute shoe that I can wear with a lot of different outfits, but I wouldn't wear them if I had to walk a long distance.

Cute, versatile, needed a little wearing in, but I'm very happy with these shoes.

The shoe was true to size; however, it is a very narrow shoe. I have only worn them 2 times, but I would suggest breaking in the shoe before a lot of walking. Overall the shoe is very cute, and pretty comfortable.

Clown shoes - These shoes are too big, about 1/2 size, and the upturned toes look like clown feet. Try Me Too -- great shoes.

Not up to par with other Clarks... I like this shoe, but it doesn't quite provide the overall comfort that my other Clarks do. I'm not too fond of the square toe and there's a bit of a gap on the sides which makes it less comfortable as well. Still, overall it's a better shoe than most in its class.

Extremely Cute Extremely Uncomfortable - I love the look of these shoes, but they cut across my instep horribly. Unfortunately, I found this out after I had worn them outside. They do not "break in" after wearing.

Giana shoes - Cute but not that comfortable. Size runs large by at least 1/2. Like the look not the shoe.

Cute, but not good for my feet - I thought these shoes were very cute, but along the top, they rubbed a bony part of my foot, the joint where the big toe connects to the foot. Also, arch support was not great. I am returning them, since I hate to spend so much on a shoe I don't find comfortable.

Cute but uncomfortable - These shoes looked so cute online, but when I got them, they were too big--a little too long and way too wide. I've put an extra insole in the shoe which helps, but does not make it any more comfortable. In fact, I wore this shoe for a few hours where I was seated most of the time and when I got home, I couldn't wait to get the shoes off my feet. Even after taking them off, my feet hurt.

MY WHITE SHOES - These shoes were a great disappointment. I ordered them in white. They look much better when you hold them in your hand, but when you put them on... a whole new deal! They are way too wide, but I have narrow feet. After only half an hour walking they gave me blisters. All in all great disappointment!

I don't ordinarily wear ballet flats because they are invariably uncomfortable to me, but I ordered these in the floral satin because they were just so cute I thought I'd take a chance. I have several pairs of Clarks, so I hoped these would be more comfortable. Unfortunately, I sent them back because they were at least a half size too big and they slipped off the back of my foot. Also, there was no padding in the footbed and no arch support at all, but that’s to be expected from this style of flat. My advice, order a half size down.

Great look & value but surprisingly uncomfortable - I had high hopes for these shoes but was very disappointed by the fit. Thanks to previous reviews, I ordered the right size (I'm usually a 9 but ordered a 8.5 which fit fine, length-wise). There is quite a bit of padding in the footbed which I really liked. But the shoe was very uncomfortable at the area around the bow when I walked, and I had to return them. Not sure why my experience was so different from others...maybe my foot is too wide? Bummer!

I wish they had been comfortable! These shoes look wonderful--they are the perfect look, but I had to return them when I quickly got 2 blisters on each foot from wearing them! I understand "breaking in" a shoe, but going through agony to get there just isn't worth it. The shoe also felt big in places, but then when it rubbed my feet so much in other places, I couldn't decide what to do. I am very sad to be returning them. I will stick with the Gabriella Rocha "Elly" which is also cute, and I know it fits!

Too BIG. I always wear a size 7.5. These were a full size too big. They fell off my foot. They are too cute though. I'm going to try to order them a size smaller.
