Wow! It's been five years since I've purchased a pair of shoes with backs on them as I have very bony heels, so mules and slides are my norm. These shoes are lightweight and comfortable and haven't bothered my heels at all. My new favorites! I normally wear a 9, but saw that some people felt they were a half size larger than marked, so I ordered an 8.5 and they fit perfectly.

Classic comfort - These shoes fit well and I love the look with a pair of jeans. The front upper part has caused some rub marks on the top of my foot -- after a full day of heavy walking in them. I'm hoping they are fully broken in, now.

A Great Flat! I love these shoes! I was concerned that I wouldn't like the quilting on them, but it's very subtle - just enough to add some interest. They have the perfect shape for a ballet flat: simple and cute without being too fussy. They're also comfortable enough to wear all day. Aside from some minor rubbing on the inside near the toes, these fit perfectly right out of the box.

Clarks's Gianaa - I really like this shoes, they're comfortable and fashionable. Please keep making this kind of shoes that are classic and at the same time looks in.

Red is the new brown - I decided that I wanted some shoes this season that weren't the usual brown or black. These shoes are very attractive in a deep (not bright)rich red color, trimmed in brown ~ I have to stand a lot at work and they are sooo comfy!

Nice Fit - Since my foot is slightly wide, this was a perfect fit for me. It's dressy/casual and very comfortable.

Indigo by Clarks Giana - Loved the shoe but I am a definite size 9 and these ran big. I like them enough to return for the next half-size down.

FABulous! I've been looking for a stylish and comfortable flat for awhile now and I've finally found THE ONE. Super comfortable and cute. I have large feet and have such a hard time finding cute shoes in a 10 or 11. These totally work and don't make my feet look super long.

Like Wearing Tennies - These shoes are soft and flexible. I did take a little to fully break them in around the nap of the toe area, but the rubber bottoms make walking in them a pleasure. They look fabulous - I get complements on them every time I wear them.

A very comfortable shoe! These shoes are stylish and comfortable! They really dress up a pair of pants for work. I've been looking for a pair of blue dress flats and these are just what my wardrobe needed--love the quilting and the brown piping!

23 yr. old shoe lover - I'm 23 and not many 23 yr olds would wear this shoe, but I love it! I’ve had lots of people comment on it saying they like it. It feels great, looks great. It’s a great shoe.

Super cute and comfy - Even cuter in person. The footbed is squishy and comfy. The only downside to the shoe is that they are a bit tight up at the top so the knuckle of my big toe gets a bit sore. Bought a shoe stretcher and stretched that spot and now they are perfect. I walk a lot (living in NYC) so am always on the hunt for super comfy shoes. These fit the bill. Love them so much I may even order another color. If only my orthotics would fit in them they would be PERFECT. But even without my orthotics, I love these shoes.

Comfy and cute - I am a big fan of Clark shoes and this pair of shoes did not disappoint me. They are extremely comfortable and cute too!

Cute comfort - Cute flat that is fairly comfortable. Not as easy on the feet as some other Clarks that I've had.

I'm now a believer - Friends have been telling me for years that Clarks are some of the most comfortable shoes, and I finally have to agree. I bought these just the other day to replace some brown ballet flats, and I got more than I bargained for, especially for the price! They are stylish and can be dressed up or down. They are uber comfortable and the non-slip tread is ideal for slick weather. I wore these out the other day and I had people complimenting me on the shoes. They are definitely a good buy, so I think I'm going to buy some more. You can't go wrong, and as always, Zappos offers phenomenal service!

Clarks Don't Disappoint - Such comfort and ballet style without looking like all the other ballet flats out there.

A little tough to break in! I ordered these shoes a few weeks ago. I tried to wear them around the house to break them in for a week or so. Then I decided to actually wear them all day. I am in my last year of college as an Education Major so I am constantly on my feet. The first time that I wore these shoes for an entire day, I got terrible blisters on my heels. The leather is very stiff! I hope they break in soon because they are super cute! I will try them again when my heels recover.

This shoe is so cute and seemed very comfortable - at first. Now the upper edge near the bow is rubbing very hard on the right side of my foot. Also, the black band around the top of the shoe looks cute, but the black is rubbing off on my foot.

Cute and comfy! I have gotten tons of compliments on these shoes. They really give a little extra to your outfit--especially the red ones because they stand out a little more. They are so comfortable! All the Clarks my husband and I both have are super comfortable and we both stand by the brand! I would recommend highly for both style and comfort.

Double Review of Indigo by Clarks "Giana" I ordered black patent -- so perfect were they that I ordered the same shoes in Toad Suede (how can one NOT order a shoe whose color is "Toad"?). Clarks usual good arch support is everywhere present -- arch, of course, but all 'round, about which I'd had some concern, given their minimalist bent. For several years I'd sought black patent flats that looked right with a tux, and these are (finally) they! But by no means all, though, for they go with so much else -- pants, skirts, dressy and casual. Their cut is elegant: even the round toes. They fit perfectly straightaway, and stayed comfortable. I've worn them a great deal -- even on our 108-degree days -- and they seemingly molded to my foot immediately. Skinny heels and high arches are a challenge to some shoes, but Clarks never fails. The toebox has perfect space and sides don't gap -- a frequent failing in flats. Functional but interesting design on the bottom prevents slipping. When first I noticed the small rectangle within the heel ("Indigo"), I feared it would be uncomfortable, but soon I forgot it; never feel it. Of Zappos, what to say? Everyone knows "no tax; no postage; incredibly quick delivery; helpful reviews." To those, add "perfect customer service; countless brands, styles, hues, sizes; glossary of terms; multi-views of shoes, handbags, accessories, and the best leather cream I've found." There's more, but you must have a limit, given the enthusiasm of your customers. But let me tell you a story. In a magazine I saw a photograph of shoes which I'd never seen, but which had been in my mind for months; I dreamt them; longed for them. Because I buy shoes only from Zappos, I combed their offerings (the magazine where I saw the dream-shoes said in tiny print beneath the photograph, "Clarks"), but I did not find those shoes. But Zappos' Customer service never fails. So I called and described the shoes, admitting I'd dreamt them up. The imaginative person helping me offered to do some research and call me back, which she did: Zappos' had ordered and received those very shoes -- peeptoe, elegant heel, and all -- but when they arrived they weren't up to Zappos' standards, so were returned to the maker. My wonderful helper didn't stop there, though: she learned when replacements were due, and placed my name on Zappos' inspired "please notify me. . ." list. Sure enough, last week Zappos sent an email saying they'd arrived. I ordered, and as usual they were at my door almost in minutes. They're precisely what I dreamed; they fit as if made for my foot. . . At Zappos, such experiences are not at all rare; they are the norm.

Love at first sight! Clarks makes wonderful shoes. I have several pair of Privos and I just ordered two pair of Indigos. I do wear a half size smaller in these shoes. But they are soooo comfortable and look sooo good! And Zappos gets here quick!

Very cute! I am a fan of Clarks sandals so I was happy to find these. I am a jr. high school teacher and live for comfy shoes, but can't do open toes at work; dress code issues. These not only feel good but look neat and feminine. When I tried these, I went straight to my computer and ordered two more colors. I think a bit more arch support would improve an already terrific shoe, and do wish Clarks would do wides in this style although these are comfortable in a regular width. Love them! Good job Zappos!
